She arched a brow at this.
"I've spent plently of nights in the sewar. Not exactly this sewar, but a sewar. It's a good place and no one is unsuspecting or suspicious about a rat living in the sewar."
He began walking towards her and she arched a brow at him but then his fingers began combing though her hair, making it slide over her neck and flop over his coat. The action was strange to her, bt she was more nervous of it than confused by it. For a moment, as his finger stroked her cheek, she thought he was going to kiss her and that thought terrified her. Not because she hadn't been kissed before or she didn't like it, but because they had an audience. Remy may have forgotten about Rogue, but she hadn't.
She could breath a little easier when he pulled away from her, but her curiosity was sparked at the mention of the school. "You men the Xavier school?" Before she could recive questioning glances she stated one word that she hoped would explain how she knew about the school, let alone how to get to it from the sewars. "Exile."

"Someone as beautiful as you has no right to be in a sewer, cher."
He smiled as he saw her reaction to his attention to her. When he faced Rogue and asked his question, he didn't know Sookie knew of the school. When she mentioned it, he did give her a questioning glance, but she mentioned a name of a group known as the Exiles, Remy smiled and nodded his head.
"Ah, Freya and Tari's group. Pleasant sisters to be around, not one to get on the bad side of though." he looked to Rogue and gave her a friendly wink, "And I know that from experience."
He had been around the Elensar sisters enough to know that when you get them angry, you may as well be ready to be either burned to a crisp or sent out into the atlantic by use of the atlantic. He smiled a little, remembering his time with the sisters which was more interesting than it was fun. When he looked to Rogue and Sookie, he couldn't help but feel a little uncomfortable between two people he knew inside a sewer.
"Perhaps we can find someplace a little more sanitary to carry on this conversation."

Rogue was startled by Sookie's arrival, mostly because she was in human form. She didn't see much because Remy had doused the light before she could, but from what she had seen, the girl was pretty, fair skin, and dark hair. Besides that, Rogue couldn't make out the other features quite well. However, she saw what Remy did and she didn't need a lot of light tell tell that he had forgotten about her for a moment. She had a good idea about what this meant and she only smirked back at him when he glanced back at her, rubbing his neck, clearly at least a little embarassed by having thrown himself at Sookie with her reentry.
Rogue nodded in agreement.
"It would be smart to get out of here as soon as possible. If not for any other reason then at least to get away from the smell. Not all of us lived in New Orleans, but I don't think that these sewar pipes are connected to the mansions. For all I know they are, I mean, I don't look at the sewar blueprints, but either way it don't sound much fun."

"Why you two always comparin New Orleans to a sewer, have either of you been there?"
He looked to the two of them as he asked the question, wondering if either of them had actually been there. He took out his card again, making sure that Sookie was covered first. His eyes glowed red and the card began to glow as well, giving off enough light to send a faint glow through the darkness.
"Now let's get out of here. This place gives me the creeps."
He stepped around Rogue and began walking down the walkway in the sewer, making sure to stay at a steady pace so that his two companions would be able to keep up with him. He knew that Sookie could just turn into some sort of animal and either fly ahead or hitch a ride on him, but personally he was getting a little bored with picking up and giving away his coat constantly.
He lead the way down the walk until they came to a fork in the tunnel. One leading left and one leading right. He didn't know New York that well, so the sewers were another puzzle to him. After looking from one path to another, he finally sighed and shook his head, glancing back to the two.
"Either of you know the way?"

Sookie had to smirk at this. He doubted her comparasion did he now?
"Mardi Gras three years ago, thank you very much. Granted, it doesn't smell that bad, but it's not meadow of flowers either."
Sookie was once again tempted to lead their little pack, but with Remy already ahead of them, she decided that it wouldn't hurt him to hold the reins for a while. She put her hands in his pockets and her fingers were met by a hard, rectangular object. She arched a brow at herself and made sure no one was looking at her before curiosity got the better of her and she pulled it out to see what it was.
'Playing cards?' she thought to herself. That was a bit random, even by her standards. She slipped the deck of cards back into their place just as they reached the fork in the tunnel. She pointed to the left tunnel. "If you want to get to Westchester, or at least close to it, then I recomend North West."
Rogue gave her a confused look as if she had just read someone's mind. Sookie shrunk back slightly. "What?"

"True, but it ain't no sewer."
He felt her hand going into his coat and take out the cards. He didn't bother reaching for them, knowing that she wouldn't be able to run off with them in a sewer, that and he had a few other cards back at his place. When her hand went back into his pocket, he immediately put his in as well and took her hand in his. He held onto her hand, stroking the skin gently with his thumb before squeezing and releasing it.
"Then I guess we go northwest then."
He smiled back at her, not doubting her senses or her knowledge since she had been pretty good at keeping the two of them alive so far. He lept to the other side of the sewer, landing on the walkway as he did. He then stood by the wall and waited, prepared to jump back and carry anybody over that wasn't able to make the jump or didn't want to go sloshing through the sewer. He didn't blame them either way, knowing that there was no telling what kind of stuff was running through the sewers or carried by it's currents.

What was he doing? Sookie was minding her own business. It wasn't as if she was stealing from him, even though she had successfully picked his pocket without him knowing. She assumed that since she was wearing the coat and he was not then she wouldn't hurt anything by placing her chilly fingers into his pockets. Yet, there he was, holding and caressing her hand. She panicked and fought the urge to slide out of the coat, shift, and run, but she didn't no matter how much she wanted to. Instead she pursed her lips together, her muscles tense, unsure of what to do in the situation. When he released her, she snatched her hand back out of the pocket and glued her arm to her side, hoping Rogue had not seen. The attention Remy was giving to her made her feel odd. She wasn't afraid of it. She didn't dislike it, yet at the same time it scared her. She didn't know what to make of it.
He agreed with her and they proceeded to the left. She crouched over and cleared the jump with more grace and ease than Remy had, landing a few feet beyond him.

Rogue was clearly not very happy about staying in the sewar for any longer. However, Sookie and Remy did make it interesting to say the least. It was obvious to her that Remy was interested in Sookie, weither it be because he wanted to spend a night with her or perhaps longer, she didn't know. As a general rule, she thought he treated most women the same. You needed a keen eye to see the difference between his shameless flirting and genuine interest. Rogue had this eye.
However, Sookie almost seemed...fearful of him. Rogue was unsure of what to make of it. Most girls swooned whenever Remy opened his mouth and allowed his smooth words to wash over the ears of his spectors. Sookie, however, did not swoon. She didn't even flirt back, she just stood there awkwardly until after Remy was done being affectionate.
When they turned, Rogue grimaced at the foul water that she would need pass. Remy cleared the distance and Sookie had no problems leaping even further than she needed to. Rogue probably could have waded through easily, but she really didn't want to.
"Would ya mind escortin' a lady?"

Remy stood and looked to his two companions as they waited on the other side. Just as he had suspected, Sookie was able to clear the distance in no problem. He had to admit she reminded him of Logan, only in female form. He couldn't help but wonder about the similarities, but looked over as Rogue asked for assistance. He smiled and lept back to where she was.
"It would be a pleasure."
He smiled as he picked her up, finding her light enough to carry with minimal trouble. He turned back to the other side and lept across the gap, landing back to his original spot in front of Sookie. He smiled and set Rogue down, taking out his card and causing it to glow with an almost purple light. He then started walking down the tunnel in the direction of Winchester, their boots echoing off the stone floor and down the tunnel.
"Bobby's been askin about ya. Seems torn up that you've been gone for so long."
Why did he bring Bobby up? Well for two reasons really. The first to throw Sookie's way that Rogue was taken by another, and second to give Rogue a reason to want to return to the mansion. Bobby did miss her and kept talking about her while she was gone. Honestly, it made Remy a little nauseous.

Rogue had to admit to herself that she was nervous aobut being carried by Remy. Hell, she was nervous about anyone touching her. What if her gloves were to slip and place her exposed wrist against his neck or their heads were to collide? No, it always was more of a hassel than she wanted it to be. She breathed a sigh of relief when she and Remy were where they needed to be and she hadn't sucked out his life force or his mutant powers or any of his memories. The memories were the worst, she thought.
"Thanks."
It was then that she remembered that she simply could have frozen the soiled water temporarily and walked across it. She occasionally forgot about all the powers she had aquired. She had gymnast abilities from her cousin, her mother's ability of changing form, which she still hadn't tried yet, and even a touch of Bobby's power. At the mention of him, she had to cringe.
"He should just break up with me and get it over with." she mumbled, mostly to herself. "I can't say I'd blame him. I'd probably do the same thing."

Sookie tried to not be annoyed by Rogue's want to be carried across the small-at least by her standards- current of water. Granted, she could understand why she wouldn't want to fall in the foul water, but if she did it wouldn't make much of a difference. Not to Sookie's nose at least. With her sense of smell Rogue would be reeking of sewage for weeks. Sookie curled her toes together, her bare feet finally growing cold. However, she wouldn't utter as much as word about her feet. Sookie hated to whine.
Rogue had mumbled quietly enough that there was a good chance Remy hadn't heard all of it, or any of it, but Sookie had heard it all. She stared at Rogue in a confused fashion.
"You have someone worrying about you and asking for you that obviously cares for you and all you can think about is how you think they should break up with you instead of being eagar to hear their name or fighting the urge to scream because you want to run into their arms and shower them with kisses? You should be happy that someone cares for you like that, you shouldn't be running from it."

Rogue stopped dead in her tracks at this before turning slowly to face Sookie a dumbstruck look upon her face. Where did she get off telling her off about her own boyfriend? About her own relationship? Her life and her opinion? Sookie didn't know her. Sookie probably didn't even know what it was that Rogue was capable of, yet there she was telling her off about how she should act about her own boyfriend. Were Rogue not a lady, she would have assulted the girl then and there. However, she merely returned Sookie's words with a few of her own.
"I regret to say, Sookie, that I am not as fortunate as you are. I have my reasons for thinkin' what I think and you don't even know what they are. And on top of that you don't even know me. What gives you any right to even give an opinion about my life and my choices? I haven't done anythin' to you so why don't you keep your trap shut. And for the record, I could tell you the exact same thing aobut being afraid of someone who cares about you."

Remy continued to walk down the tunnel, even as Rogue and Sookie began their little arguments. He gave a small sigh and shook his head, wondering why it was that s seemed to get into fights over small things like relationships and boyfriends. When Rogue mentioned Sookie being afraid of someone that cares about her, he couldn't help but feel his face get a little hotter.
"If you two are going to argue about boys, can we wait until we get out of here first?"
He really didn't want to see a fight happening in a messy area like the sewers. Besides, if there was going to be a fight between two s, the least they could do is wait until there's mud around. He continued down the walk way when he suddenly heard footsteps coming in their direction. He held a hand out to the two s, signaling them to stop. Looking around for a place to hide, he cursed himself for standing in the one area of the sewers where there wasn't a hiding spot. They'd passed the split a few feet back, and to turn back and head that way would make more noise then he wanted.

Sookie was ever so tempted to leap the distance between her and Rogue and beat the girl into the ground. She wasn't afraid of Remy. He didn't scare her in the slightest. What did scare her was becoming attached to people. Having the people she cared most for slaughtered like pigs in front of her had given her a phobia concerning her emotional attachement to others. When Remy sought to keep them from brawling, she growled at him lightly, but refrained herself.
Her nose and ears had caught onto the noise before Remy's had. She crouched onto her hands and feet, her eyes locked upon the tunnel ahead. Her eyes saw nothing, merely shadows against shadows. However, her nose caught onto something. It was...strange. The foot steps were either human mutant, but this person didn't smell...normal.
"I smell...ice."
The ice seemed to become even colder and her feet, which were bareable before, were now sticking to the cold ground, as if it were freezing. She tried to move and one and found it stuck. She yanked on it again and bit back a yelp as her skin tore from her flesh, blinking back tears and biting her tongue. What was happening?

Bobby walked a few miles down the sewers when he started hearing something. It was voices, but two seemed vaguely familiar. He didn't know whether it was friend or foe, so he changed into his ice form just to be sure. As he got nearer, he could tell it was two s and a guy. The the guy had a cajun tone in his voice, and one of the s had a southern accent which made him more curious. Then another voice began to smell his element, which got him a little nervous.
Being as cautious as ever, he placed his hand on the ground and started freezing it in their direction. The ice formed under the three's feet as over them, freezing them to where they couldn't move. Figuring he had them then, unless one of them could blow something up, he walked around the corner and stopped, staring at his three captives. The he didn't recognize, behind her stood Remy, and infront of her stood...
"Rogue?" he knelt down and began to unfreeze the ground and their feet before standing up, "Remy? What are you guys doing down here? And who's the new ?"
