When the man stood more straight, Logan didn't know if he was going tell them to leave or decide that their help was needed. He was beginning to think it was the first part by the surprised looks of the others, but when Meav said that the man wanted him to get them out of Tokyo, Logan almost breathed a sigh of relief.
"Tell them we'll do what we can, and ask where they would like to be taken to." Logan said, then looked to Ian, "Get to the Mansion and tell them we need a way to get these people out of here."
"I'll be back within seconds."
Ian sped off across the city and the world, Logan feeling more glad they had brought him. He would definitely have to put up a small meeting with the others about this. He then looked to Meav and placed a hand on her shoulder, giving her a smile.
"Thank you."

Sighing, Meav translated once more, asking the question. The Japanese people argued amongst themselves, before their 'leader' spoke up. "Clear of the city. So they can go their separate ways after that." She paused. "I think they just want to be rid of us as fast as possible, while using us while they can."
She stopped herself from flinching when Logan put a hand on her shoulder. A few moments passed before she weakly smiled in return. "I should be thanking you. If it weren't for both of you, I'd still be locked away..." She hesitated, her rising spirits plummeting again. What had Cain wanted with her..? He asked of her powers and then just threw her in that room.

((muhahaha...))
Such destruction... Such suffering..... All the pain in the world couldn't have kept Jackie from this place. There was only one obstacle that kept her from finding the man that had caused such a massacre.
There was just to much blasted rubble.
For a 'normal' person, this wouldn't be much of a challenge, but when you were paralyzed from your waist down you discovered fairly quickly how difficult it really was to go over uneven terrain. Luckily for Jackie, she had a little trick up her sleeve. Or under the ground to be exact. With a sigh, her mind stretched out, searching for the minds of those she could manipulate. Worms.
Soon a dozen had burrowed their way to the surface, but all of them seemed... off. They grew larger before her eyes, as if muscles strong enough to plow through anything were developing. And they were. Transformation down, the mutated worms started to flatten a path for the woman, pushing rubble to the side and using their slick bodies to pound the ground flat.
The worms made quick work in the path, building and clearing it all the way to the doors of a warehouse. The same warehouse several broken Sentinels lay in heaps, as if thrown away like rag dolls. Task complete, the worms returned to their normal, vulnerable state, and retreated back into the darkness of the earth.
Sighing softly, Jackie wheeled herself up the path, almost leisurely. No turning back now. Jackie scowled at herself. Why would she want to turn back? No, she wanted to meet this man. Maybe he'd be more fun then the other's... Oh she knew he would be. He'd single handedly taken control of the Sentinels and destroyed Tokyo, after all. The door screeched in protest as she forced it open before. She almost laughed when she saw the destruction, a lone figure standing among it. She knew who it was from the long, white hair. The man she had come to see. "You are Cain?"

Ian came back within moments and together he, Logan and Meav worked together to get the people out of Tokyo and on their way.
"Well that's taken care of." Ian said as the people wandered away, some looking back and he could've sworn he saw a smile on one of them, "So what now?"
"Now, we find a way home." Logan said, then turned to Meav, "You're welcome to join us if you want."
Further off the land and back towards the factory, Cain stood in the middle of the wreckage Ian had caused him to make in the factory. Sentinels laid in peices in and outside the factory. His prisoner was taken, and he yelled in anger and rage. It was the first, and last, time somebody would make a mockery of him again. He began planning a little vengeance when the door creaked open again. His form blended in with the metal ground as the figure in the doorway addressed him. Without a word, his metal arm shot out and grabbed the by the throat, slamming her against the wall. He walked up to her, anger in his eyes as his hand blended in with the metal, causing her to be trapped against the wall.
"I am not in the mood to play, . What do you want?"

Even if she had wanted to, Jackie wouldn’t have been able to avoid his attack. It wasn’t like you could do much when you were stuck in a wheelchair after all. But, for some reason she was completely and totally calm and she was flung out of the chair and pinned to the wall. With each step he took towards her, her smirk widened. “Are you sure you want to do this after what just happened?”
She didn’t even wait for his response, mentally thrusting her illusions into his head. Cain wouldn’t be able to stop it. The hand that pinned her to the wall would seem to sliver and wiggle in hundreds of directions, before something ate through the metal. A worm. A worm with rows upon rows of piranha like teeth. More worms burrowed their way out of the metal, moving their way up his arm and gnawing on everything they passed. What would probably shock him the most was how excruciating it was, even if he was currently metal. No matter what he did though, they wouldn’t come off.
“Now. I suggest you put me back in my wheelchair and we can end this unnecessary conflict. You don’t and you will relive being eaten alive… slowly… until the pain destroys your mind.” The illusion seemed to weaken when she spoke, enough that if he did chose to put her back in her wheelchair he could, but strong enough that he wouldn’t have the chance to try and squash her to end it.

He looked at her and was about to kill her there when he felt his arm beginning to wiggle and split apart. He looked horrified at his arm as mishapen and monstrous worms started tearing at his metallic skin. He tried forming spikes along his skin but they just kept coming. When he heard her voice again, he didn't know whether to crush her right there or listen to what she had to say. Something told him to go ahead and listen, so he released her and placed her back into her chair. After what had happened earlier today, this had better be something he'd want to hear.
"Speak, girl, and give me a good reason not to spread your parts around this mess."

Only when he set her back down did she end the illusion, his arm returning to normal. She entwined her fingers together, head slightly tilted as she smirked at him. “Thank you.” She didn’t like ‘standing’, it was rather discombobulating being straight and not feeling your legs after all.
When he called her girl she scoffed. “Call me girl and I’ll call you boy. I’d rather you call me Jackie.” Finally she seemed to become a little more serious. “Now that that’s clear… I have a… proposition for you. You seem to be in quite a bind. Especially if Xavier’s drones can handle you so well.” She suddenly grinned. “I can offer my assistance, and it can be quite useful as you have witnessed, as well as… first hand intel on Xavier’s school. As long as they’re around you won’t get anywhere.” Jackie shifted a little in her chair, resting her head on one of her propped hands. “What do you say?”

He really was close to killing her when she talked back to him. The one thing he hated especially from other people is to be talked to like they were better. In his mind nobody was greater than he was, that is until she came along. He didn't know what her game was, nor did he care, until she called the X-Men "drones". Did she have a hatred for them? When she spoke of her proposition, he changed himself into his metal form again. This time causing a chair of his own to rise up infront of where he was standing.
"I say...Jackie," he said, making sure not to use girl towards her, "That you have my attention."
He walked over and sat in the chair, facing her directly. This girl seemed weak, but in more ways stronger than he could think of. Was she doing this for her own benefit, or was there some sort of partnership in the making. From what he noticed so far all she could do was mess with peoples minds. But something deep down told him she could do more, especially after coming in unannounced and addressing him by his name.

She slowly smiled, though as pretty as it made her look something was obviously off about it. Like the calm before a storm. A ship killing storm. “You see, I have an… odd fascination with people like you, well there most definitely aren’t others ‘like’ you, but you get the point. I don’t really want anything in return, just as long as I can participate in some way or another. Whether it be like what you’ve experienced. Or more… physical.” She let her gaze slowly turn to where the open door was. Though she wouldn’t be able to see what was there, the meaning was clear. Cain should look outside.
Outside, the earth seemed to be rolling, much like how his skin had in the illusion. Finally the worms gnawed to the surface, but they were deformed…. Monstrous. They were much larger then normal, each over a foot in length. And before his eyes they were changing even more, all in unison. Teeth turning to vacuum like suckers, heads hardening and defining.

He smirked as she continued her talk. He had to admit her words had an odd...taste to them. A taste he wouldn't mind seeing where the rest would lead. When she looked to the door, his curiosity began to grow more when he heard rumbling outside. What was she doing now? Giving her an odd look, he went the doorway and nearly stopped in a mix of horror and disbeleif.
The same worms that she had made crawl through his arms were now crawling through the ground, and their size was enormous. They were eating up the sentinels like a human would eat a chocolate bar. He couldn't help but absently flex his fingers. The look on his face grew to pure fascination, and a new found hunger showed in his eyes. He turned and looked to her, that hunger still in his eyes.
"So you can manipulate the mind and worms. Impressive," he moved back to his chair, "Is there anything else you can do?"

The worms were making such quick work of the Sentinels, it was as if the metal was nothing more then pudding. Jackie just watched, an amused smirk touching her soft lips as his expression went from horror to hunger. Only when he moved back towards his own chair did she look at her… pets. All of them froze, before changing back to their normal selves and burrowing back into the soil. That done, she returned her calm gaze to Cain. “I can only manipulate the mind to a degree that I make it think it’s being eaten alive by my worms. And I act as the brain to regular worms, changing their genetic make up to whatever I want, and make them do whatever I want. At a cost though…” She lightly tapped the wheelchair she sat in. “They can be so.. uncontrollable at times…”
Jackie suddenly chuckled softly. She didn’t care that she was wheelchair bound because of her power. She didn’t need her legs to be effective after all. Suddenly she leaned forward a bit, fixing him with a stern, but somehow entertained look. “So, do you accept my offer?”

"Yes, I can understand how conditions can be...uncontrollable."
His eye twitched with anger as he remembered earlier that day. How one boy destroyed not only the sentinels, but the factory as well. He knew what he wanted from all of this besides the destruction of all the mutants and humans who weren't with him. He wanted the boy, Ian, dead by his hands and lieing at his feet. When Jackie asked him if he would accept her proposal, he smiled coldly and extended his hand to her.
"I beleive we have a partnership in the making, yes."

Jackie instantly noticed his twitch. She was suddenly curious, though after a few moments she smiled softly. Perhaps it had to do with the… mess she had found Cain in. She knew something had happened here, as the Sentinels had been operational when she had begun her search, but weren’t anymore. That could only mean someone had come and destroyed this place.
She watched with that same, calm, but wrong look as he extended a hand to her. A moment later she grinned, reaching out herself to accept the gesture. “If I may say, I am extremely thrilled you accept.” Actually, she was more then ‘extremely thrilled’. Her mind was like a child who had just been given their most favorite candy in the world, times a hundred. When she released his grip and brought her hand back to herself, she grinned. “And what would be on the agenda first?”

He smiled when she took his hand, his skin as cold as the look in his eyes. He stood up and changed his form to the metallic material, only enough to allow the chair to sink back into the floor. When she asked him what was first on the agenda, he came close to saying "revenge". But only a fool would seek revenge when he wasn't prepared to do so. He took a look around the area, and decided what would be the best place to start.
"I need to bring this place back to life, and find something stronger then this...pathetic material these humans gave the Sentinels."
He turned to look at Jackie, anger and hatred practically boiling in his eyes. His hatred for Ian, The X-Men, and the humans grew faster then ever possible. It was then he also put into factor another neusance that plagued him. The Runaways. Wicked seemed to be a part of that group, as was Tokra. If the two of them were easy to pick apart, the rest would be mere toys.
"We need something stronger for the Sentinels. Something that not even the X-Men could penetrate." He then remembered the crystal he had taken from Meav. Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out the orb of solid crystal and looked at it, "Perhaps find some use for this as well. It's only a fragile thing, but," he turned his gaze to Jackie, hoping she'd catch his words, "Even things that seem weak and fragile, can cause more chaos then beleived."

Jackie didn’t even have to think when he mentioned finding a stronger material. She knew of one thing. “Have you ever heard of Adamantium?” She slowly grinned. “I happen to know where you could… acquire some if you’d rather not try and create it yourself.” Her gaze shifted towards the door once more, as if trying to see what was left of Tokyo.
When he spoke of the crystal, she slowly turned her gaze to stare at the mass, her mind already at work. She slowly smirked, as if she might laugh. “It is the things that make something fragile that also make it dangerous.” She paused, tilting her head slightly. “Like a window, so easy to break… And yet you wear shoes and gloves when handling the shards.”
