April finally got a good look at what was going on, before sighing. "Is that kid insane?" She meant Ian, motioning towards where he was drawing the Sentinels off. "Or are you and Hank insane for bringing him? He's a student!" She didn't argue though when he said to get Faith out of there, there was one little problem though.
"I can do that. But I'd have to take Beast with me." April had absolutely no medical experience. There was no doubt in her mind that Faith would die with only April caring for her. "Where do you want me to take them...?"
Suddenly, she paused, remembered why the four had come on this mission to begin with, well other then to help survivors. "Where's that girl? You guys didn't leave her on her own, did you...?" April was instantly worried for who ever it was that was rescued. Did they not do any research on Cain before hand? He could easily find her again, seeing as he could turn into the air itself.

"He may be insane, but he's been helping out more then we thought he could."
He followed April's gaze to Ian, who was now using his speed to get the sentinels after each other, like he did in front of the factory. Ian was definitely proving himself and he couldn't help but be glad that they brought him along, even if April objected.
"Get them both to the mansion." He said when she asked about Faith and Hank.
He was beginning to get a littler annoyed that she's asking so many questions. Did she not think that they would be able to handle things without making any mistakes?
"The 's safe, but Ian's the only one that knows where she is." He said, giving a half smile, "And don't worry about Cain. According to Ian, the man's too busy repairing the factory Ian helped him demolish."

April sighed in defeat. Of course Logan thought everything was under control. And she had to hand it to Ian, a student able to handle multiple Sentinels on his own. She still might not agree with bringing a student, but he really had proved to be that useful...
"I will." She paused for a moment, preparing to teleport to Hank and Faith, but stopped herself. Quickly, April fixed Logan with a serious look. "Don't stay for to long. You're injuries may heal as you get them. But theirs won't. You may have to choose between them and those would-be survivors." This time, she didn't wait for an answer, vanishing instantly to leave Logan. Hopefully he'd make the right choice. She appeared right next to Hank, reaching out to touch his shoulder and Faith's hand.
"Just as a forewarning, don't move until I tell you to. You'll get very nauseous." Then, they were gone.
((Meanwhile, Meav is just hiding in that crate like a good little girl, but scared to death that A) They won't come back for her. or B) Cain will find her before they come back.))

Logan gave April a look as he heard a loud clank and rattling behind him. He couldn't believe she was wanting him to choose between himself and people. He growled at that thought, then turned to look at Ian. He didn't have far to turn cuz the boy was right next to him. Giving him an odd look, he turned to see where the sentinels were. What he saw made him almost laugh, cuz the sentinels were lieing all over the place. It looked like they had a boxing match with themselves and lost.
"So where's Hank and Faith?"
"April came and took them to the mansion. Get the and bring her back here. We're gonna need her by us as we go help the survivors." Logan answered.
Ian gave a nod and sped off towards the docks. He looked around and almost got worried when he finally found the red X he had placed on the crate. He didn't want to scare the inside, she was already shaken up enough as it is. So he just walked near the crate and called out to her.
"Meav? Meav you there?"

((She wasn't telling him to choose cause she wanted him to XP. She said he might have to if things got worse.))
Meav hadn't moved from the box.... or moved at all quite literally. She hadn't even moved a finger or toe in the slightest as she curled up inside the crate, ears straining for the faintest sound of danger. She could hear... Something, but it was to far away to make out, she just assumed it was the Sentinels... Probably. When she finally heard Ian's voice she relaxed a little, well jumped in surprise, then relaxed. Cautiously she unfolded herself, standing and sliding out of the crate. "I'm here....." Like she would have gone anywhere. Had he expected her to? She didn't know. He could have just been trying to alert her to his presence.

He was worried for a moment when she didn't answer. Was April right? Did Cain get a hold of her again? He didn't know how he would explain it, but when he heard her voice and saw her, he smiled when he saw he didn't have to. He sighed with relief seeing she was alright...well...as alright as one would be at that moment.
"We're getting ready to leave soon, just gotta get the survivors safe."

For the first time, Meav was actually.... well relieved. There were survivors. Thank God.... After her moment of relief, she finally registered everything he had said. Another wave of relief. She couldn't wait to get as far away from here as possible, to get away from Cain. Maybe she'd even be able to breath, and not hallucinate seeing Cain everywhere she looked.
Like right now. Every time she turned her head Meav thought she saw something moving. Whether it was real or not.... She tried not to think about it. "The sooner we leave the better It'll be."

"Yeah, no argument on my part."
Ian walked over and picked her up again, speeding back to the others. Just the thought of them being in Tokyo made him want to run back to Cain and settle things. But he knew that his job was Meav and the others. Thankfully it didn't take long to get them back to where Logan was. The Sentinels were destroyed, but he didn't know how long that would last, Cain was defeated, but likewise with him. The survivors seemed to be coming out of the woodwork so they just need to find someone who spoke their language as well as english.
"You wouldn't happen to know their language would you?"

Meav didn't move nor react in anyway when he picked her up for a third time, just closed her eyes to avoid seeing most of the destruction once again. Only when he spoke did she open her eyes. If her nerves hadn't been so shot she probably would have given him a look that called him stupid.
"Japanese? Yes.... Fluently...." She might have mentioned her being Japanese herself, but it was rather obvious, how he hadn't noticed that before, well.....

It wasn't until he saw her completely did he realize she was Japanese. He couldn't help but feel stupid and Logan looked at him oddly. But both men turned when they saw the remaining people of Tokyo coming up to them. One who seemed to be dressed more formal then the others and more decorated, either showed to be the mayor or a member of the military. Logan walked up to t he man, stood straight, and bowed in the traditional Japanese custom. Ian set Meav down on soft ground and walked up to do the same next to Logan.

Meav stayed back when he set her down, suddenly extremely nervous. She didn't bow like the two men, but it didn't seem like the Japanese man cared. When he finally spoke, Meav was quick to translate. "He wants to know who you are." She paused for a moment as he continued. "And why you are here." Another pause as she sighed softly, wrapping her arms around herself. "I think he blames you for what happened..."

When Meav said that they japanese thought they were to blame for the attacks, Ian looked to Logan a little worriedly. Were the people going to attack them, after they tried to help? Logan gave Ian a reassuring squeeze on his shoulder and motioned for Meav to come and join them. When she was within earshot, he looked to her.
"Please tell him that we are part of a group called the X-Men. We came to help, but apologize for arriving too late."

Tentatively, Meav obeyed, taking a few steps closer. When he asked for her to translate his words she took a deep breath, before doing as she was told, repeating what he had said in her native tongue. The Japanese man didn't say anything for a moment, though some of the few survivors seemed to get a little more nervous from her words. Finally, one of them spoke up. "They want to know why mutants would help them...."

He couldn't help but feel what the man was asking. Mutants weren't known for their kindness due to the racism that humans gave them. But Logan knew that things like this is what could bring humans and mutants together, if the cards are played right. When Meav repeated the mans words, Logan chose his words carefully.
"We are trying to help humans where ever possible. We seek to build peaceful times between humans and mutants."
He couldn't help but smile inwardly as he spoke. Xavier would be patting him on the back if the man were here.

Quickly Meav translated, making sure to use either the exact word, or as close to the exact word as possible. The Japanese people looked a little surprised by the words, as if unable to believe them. Finally, the man in charge did just that, took charge. He stood up a little straighter, head high and voiced something that almost sounded like an order. Shifting her weight from foot to foot, Meav spoke. "If you're here to help, then help." She paused, slowly turning her gaze to Logan. "He wants you to get them out of Tokyo."
