He couldn't help but smile and laugh a little at Alex's ADHD. He only wished he was able to be easily distracted as much. He poked at his food for a bit, hearing her philosophy on food, then started cutting into the steak that sat in front of him. He took another look at Kaia as she played her music, then looked to Alex and nodded.
"Yeah warm is good, but you can't beat a good hot meal though."

"yea a guess" she wondered for a momnet she knew she chould make you feel stuff but was heat part of it chould she make something hotter or colder as she wished if she just thought about it with out even asking Tim she started to think about making his stake hotter not too hot but just off the grill hot perfect for the trip down the tube she whould only need to fouse on the indifuly picese that where going in his mouth and the form was all ready there the trick was letting him feel heat something a little bit hotter.
She smiled at him just watching to see if anything happened eating her own food this was just and experiment and he didn't even have to know about it just to test her powers make sure they would always do what she wanted size she was always told she should test her limits and see what she could.

He gave a small laugh when she made her comment. Though he didn't mind eating the steak, he would've preferred if the steak was a bit hotter. As he said this, he could feel the steak warming up on both the plate and in his mouth. A little surprised look appeared on his face as he looked to Alex, about to tell her about his food. He then saw her smile and it took him a bit to realize what she did. He just smiled and gave her a little wink in thanks, then continued to eat his food.

Alex was so happy that she was able to get the food to a good temperance she almost forgot to conatrate on the food and almost made it so it went back to it normal temperance . It was just to bad it was all in the head and not for real.
"so your like old enough to like go to collage or something so what do you do with your life beside walk around New York City and let random girls who are far to young for you take you to restaurants and have kissing lesions form the kiss of death her self i mean that life sound fun but if you do that everyday of your life it gots to get a little boring"

He was in the process of eating his food when Alex came out and asked a very long question. The way she said it was so funny to him he almost choked on his food with laughter. He managed to swallow his food and cough a little bit, laughing and snorting a little as he did. He smiled at her and hoped she didn't take offense to what he did after she asked.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to laugh, but the way you asked it sounded so funny." he said, taking a drink of his soda, "Yeah I'm old enough to go into college, but no colleges will accept me since I'm...you know."

Alex was a little confused of why he laughed at first but once he explained she just smiled and laughed a little as well she didn't know why the question was so funny it was just a question but she was happy that she chould get him to laugh.
When he said that the reason why he was not in school she thought that was so lame she slouched in her chair and kind of had a little pouty face on
"that's so dumb i mean isn't there some law that says that all people are to be treated equally so i guess people like us never count just cuz where not human where still people even though we might do stuff a little different schools shouldn't care if a student is different as long as there not cheating or hurting people or anything you should be able to go to any school you want to as long as your smartical enough to like go to to school if you wanted".
Alex never understood why people hated mutants so much they where just normal people and its not like they all where evil then she came up with a wonderful idea it was wothy a medel so she thought
"you should join my school I mean it would be perfect and they won't say no to you cuz your different and then you can see kaia in school and other girls like us... and boys like like um i can't think of any of there names right now but it would be fun

He sat there in silence, feeling about as depressed as Alex did. He couldn't help but think of the cruel things humans said about mutants, and was glad to know that they would at least be able to live without slavery. Just the thought of mutants being slaves to humans made him shudder and cringe. When Alex pronounced her idea, he looked at her a little oddly. A school that would actually accept him? So far both Kaia and Alex seem to like it, at least Alex always smiles when she talks about it.
"You...you think they would let a guy like me in?"
He felt he could trust Alex, and was glad. The only problem was that since Kaia's powers seem to not have any effect on him, he worried more. Humans d him already, but if mutants saw what he turned into, then he couldn't even bother to think what would happen if he entered a school full of them.
"Sorry but...I can't. They wouldn't want me there anymore then humans would."
