It seemed neither were interested in bringing this past their gentle kissing. After all, it was a nice change from their usual frantic, starving kisses. Not that she didn't like those moments. They were just meant for other moments, definitely not 'appropriate' right now.
Freya smiled softly as he spoke between his kisses across her neck. She felt all a flutter as she heard his words, expressing his deep feelings for her. She was completely overjoyed by the knowledge. "Every time you're gone, I feel that same thing..." She didn't specify what 'gone meant, but he'd know. Every time he died, and she would worry that he wouldn't come back that time... She smiled faintly into his kisses, savoring the moments, the simpleness of the kisses that expressed their undying love for each other.

It was always good when you expressed your love for someone and you heard that they felt the same way. Though Rory knew Freya cared about him that much, it was different when they spoke it out loud. "Well then I will never leave ye by choice again." He said softly, if she felt like he did last night every time he died, there was no way he was going to put her through that on purpose; ever.
After several minutes of the loving kiss Rory finally broke away, though he remained very close to her lips, looking into her eyes as he spoke. "We really should try to make it back to village now... We can rest a few days once we get there." He knew that that they probably would need at least a full days rest before they actually left for the mansion. Not to mention get off this mountain before Cain's agents found them.

Freya smiled a little at his promise. "That's good to know. I'll hold you to it. No more blowing yourself up." Though it was said jokingly, she was completely serious. She could handle his accidental deaths far more then his intentional ones, especially when he decided to go out with a bang. And he was always saying he was the subtle one.. Nothing was subtle about explosives!
She let out a sad, but understanding sigh when he finally said what both of them knew. "Yeah... Can't stay here when we have no supplies, can we?" She smiled a little, though didn't move yet, once again, she was just waiting to see if he'd be able to bring himself to move first.

If Rory had any weakness, it was explosives. Ever since he had been trained how to use them at the Agency, Rory had been an addict. The bigger he could make the explosion, the better, and precision explosives? Those were always fun, taking down an entire building with only a couple charges... That was a challenge. "You have my word."
This was going to be hard though, finally getting Freya back to her normal self and only having a few minutes with her before they had to get up. He didn't want to, he wanted to stay here a bit longer, but he knew he couldn't. He leaned over her once again, pressing his lips against hers for a few moments longer, then pushing himself to his feet and holding out a hand for Freya.

Hopefully Rory would stick to his word to, because he'd already broken his promise not to get hurt, the day after making it. Of course, he had a rather good reason... Still, he'd broken it! She wanted to be furious about that, but after he'd come to her rescue, well, she just couldn't stay mad at him.
It looked like Rory was going to be the responsible one again, which was rather disappointing but necessary. If one of them wasn't always trying to be responsible, nothing would ever get done around them! She sighed after he broke his last kiss, taking his hand and pushing her to her feet as well. "Well, this'll be fun. Explaining why neither of us have coats and why you look like you went through a blender..." She smirked a little. How would they ever come up with a solid excuse when they got back down to that town?

Rory sighed slightly, he hadn't thought about that. How would they explain what happened? It wasn't like they could walk into town with Freya missing most of her heavy clothing and Rory's clothing ripped to shreds and covered with blood, yet he had no wounds. It was going to be very... Awkward to say the least.
"I got it." Rory finally said after a few minutes of silent thinking. "We tell them that we were attacked!" He said with a grin, "We tell them we were climbing and got attacked by smugglers or something. I had to fight one off of you and that's why I'm covered in blood. The last thing Cain will want is publicity right?" It seemed like a double win. Freya and Rory wouldn't be suspected of anything, and Cain would have to get rid of his operation in the Himalaya's.

Freya suddenly laughed, noticing that 'I didn't think of that', expression on Rory's face. It was a little funny, especially since he was often the master schemer between them. And yet she had been the first one to think of that?
"Hmmmm..." Freya put on a thoughtful expression, even though it was obvious that she'd go along with it, especially since she couldn't come up with any other plans. "That'll work, I guess. Still. I'm sure we're going to get some pretty funny looks before we can get you some new clothes." They'd get more then funny looks, some people would think they were absolutely nuts! Still... the idea of smugglers didn't sound like a rare occurrence around these parts, it would probably be a very believable story. "Okay, let's go with that." She grinned.

"Probably..." Rory said with a nod, that was going to be the true problem, getting him some clothes. When they had gotten to the town it was a blizzard the first day and when they left they were a fairly good rush, so Rory never got to see the actual size of the town. Hopefully they would have some sort of clothing store, but then it occurred to him; they didn't have any money either.
"Now how to get down the mountain..." He said thoughtfully, after all, they probably wouldn't make it without climbing gear and good clothes. Though it made him a bit more easy about the plan when Freya agreed to it. Of course, she had also agreed when he asked her to fly them up the mountain and cause an avalanche... Flying... Rory slowly looked back to Freya as if to say "We could try it again". He knew she would know what he was thinking.

Freya smiled a little. It wasn't that she personally hated the bad ass look of his, in fact she quite enjoyed it! It fit him far to well. She was just more worried about scaring the poor villagers half to death. He could be rather intimidating after all. She also realized their money problem, but she was half sure one of the villagers would take pity on the poor 'mugged' tourists. Hm... That certainly gave her an idea. The villagers wouldn't react as shocked if she went to find 'help' for her poor husband...
His question was already answered in her mind. They couldn't exactly walk down it when it'd required all their strength, along with special climbing equipment to make it this far. What other choice did they have? She grinned when he came to the same conclusion. "If you want to. I don't think we'll cause an avalanche when we're off the mountain."

There was also another problem that came to Rory's mind, Cain's mutants. What if there were more down at the village waiting for them? If they came in looking like they did there was no hiding. Then again, if they went into the village everyone would know they were on the mountain. It was going to be a big risk of whether they were there or not, but it was the only choice they had.
Rory was half disappointed that Freya had agreed. He really didn't like asking her to use her powers when he knew she was probably still tired, but again they had no choice. When she smiled he couldn't help but mimic it though, "I hope not, I don't really feel like falling off a cliff again." He said with a sly grin, "Well then, if you're ready, let's do it." He said, standing by the crack in the icy waterfall.

Of course there was always the chance that something bad would happen, but some risks were meant to be taken. If they were ever going to get out of this 'alive', as in both them and not just Freya, they had to contact the X-men. To bad they couldn't go back for their supplies. They'd be able to 'call' for them then...
She shrugged, a little more dramatically then necessary, laughing softly. "Oh dear, I didn't think were were cliffs at the base of a mountain! You better steer clear of them then!" Still laughing, she quickly raced to where he was, leaning forward to plant a soft, fierce, and very quick teasing kiss on his lips. "Shouldn't we be more worried about you being ready? After all, it's still a fairly new concept for you." She grinned mischievously, before ducking under his arms to sneak past him and out into the cold... yet completely calm day. Taking a few steps more so he could follow, she let her gaze wander. There was no wind beating against them, you could make out the bright sun shining down on everything, it wasn't snowing. The only thing making it cold was the snow. "Now why couldn't it have been this clear all the other days?"

"Well, if there are cliffs down there, I'm sure I'll find them. You know how I love falling off them as I'm getting hit by an avalanche." He said with a laugh. He was starting to feel like he was in a little better mood now, probably because he knew they were getting off this horrible mountain. Suddenly, before he even heard her behind him, she grabbed him and pulled him into a kiss that immediately made him crave for more. "Well... Someones feelin' better." He said with a smirk, following her out the door.
How did she do that? One minute they were talking normal, the next she had completely crazy about her again. How she did it, he didn't really care, the fact that she did it though was what he loved. "Because the mountain is happy we are getting off it." Rory said with a laugh, had they been wearing proper clothes it probably would have been a nice day. He walked over to Freya and wrapped his arms around her, pulling her into a passionate, but short, kiss. "Any time yer ready, love."

"You and your cliffs." She rolled her eyes, though it was hard not to laugh again. She smiled a bit when she noticed his mood lightening a bit. That was always a good thing, especially when it wasn't exactly a time to be happy and cheerful. She laughed though at his next comment, not bothering to respond, but it wasn't like her laughing made it hard to guess.
Freya really did know the affect she had on him sometimes, just like he was slowly starting to notice the way he affected her. Soon, it wouldn't be just her driving him crazy intentionally. After all, he was a quick learner.
"It must be! How rude, and I thought the mountain would be grateful we made things so interesting!" She grinned, though was suddenly pulled into his arms, his lips against hers. It was far to short this time, which gave her a sour look on her face, as if scolding him for breaking it so soon. "If you say so." She grinned again, the sour look vanishing as flames erupted around them, Freya's arms quickly going around Rory to hang on to him in case for some reason he let go of her... Which was near impossible. Rory most definitely wouldn't have let go, even if they were still on the ground.
It took a little work, making sure they didn't land right in the middle of the village, they had to be a ways away from it so no one would see them land. Finally though, the base of the mountain could be seen, the village in sight. Freya could see a few people walking around outside, so it was a good thing she hadn't tried to drop them in the middle of town. That would probably be more of a shock then seeing the bloodied up Rory! Finally, their feet touched ground near the start of the trail.

Rory laughed a little, they had definitely made things interesting on this mountain, that was for sure. In fact, he would guess that nothing this exciting had happened in the entire history of this mountain. "Not to mention we did some excellent remodeling." He said with a grin, referring to the fact that when the room the two mutants were in blew up, a large part of the mountain collapsed.
Again he had to grin as he saw the scowl Freya gave him, though he didn't say anything. Now she knew how he felt when she kissed him in the cave. Then suddenly, they were off, exploding into the air and shooting down the mountain. Rory still couldn't really get used to the sensation, so he held Freya a bit tighter, not out of fear though. Then again, if they had been on the ground he probably would have held her tighter anyways.
As soon as they had started, the flight was over though, with Freya landing them outside the village. Rory didn't let go yet though, instead, he kissed her a bit more passionately than he did outside the cave. Then just when he knew she would start to like it, he broke away again, teasing her like she had him. "We should probably go into the village now... Try to make our way to the inn." He said with a sly smile, knowing he probably made Freya mad again.

The landing wasn't all that bad, but it wasn't the best, if only because they'd had to travel so far. After all, they had been pretty high up on the mountain. She could only slow them down to a certain extent. It was a good thing Rory had been holding her as tightly as he had, otherwise she might have tripped. Instead, she just grinned at him, until he was kissing her again.
It seemed that the more they kissed today, the more passionate the kisses got, after all, when they'd woken they'd only been soft, sweet things. But now... Now Rory was starting to tease her, which made her scowl as he broke away. "You really can be a jerk sometimes." Her eyes were laughing though. "But I just can't help but love you even more for it." Sure, she was a little miffed that he was depriving her of his sweet kisses, but it did make everything rather entertaining. Especially since neither of them could ever seem to stay mad for more then a few minutes.
She finally sighed. "Yeah, I guess so. Are you ready to get some weird looks by walking in, or shall I make things a bit more convincing and run in to find some 'help'?"
