It took a while for Tim to convince Xavier and the faculty to shut down one of the danger rooms for the Halloween Party. When he mentioned that it would get everyone's mind off of Cain and what's been going on, that pretty much one them over. With a smile, he recruited Drake and Bobby to help with decorations, while Ian literally ran to get the snacks.
It wasn't long before the boys had managed to turn the Danger Room into a banquet for halloween, and Tim had to hand it to who ever backed the cookies, pies and the pumpkin shaped cake decorated like a jack-o-lantern. The only thing they needed now was music, and thankfully he was able to talk Kaia into using her music, though they had to compromise on what was played, which took longer then he thought it would.
Now he stood in the doorway, inviting everyone into the room. So far it was becoming a good turn out, especially with the younger mutants and the "kids at heart". He smiled proudly, even as Xavier rolled up to greet him.
"It seems you're pretty good at setting up parties, Tim." he said.
"Just a little something for the holidays, professor." Tim said with a sheepish smile.

Alex smiled when the Professor said that it was alright she waved to him as he left and turned to Tim as he spook to her.
Alex was a little confused when he said the Ian helped she then looked around seeing if she chould see him in the mass of people
“really Ian helped do you know where he is” alex hadn’t talked to him since she snapped at him in Xaviers office she kinda felt bad she wanted to help him but she felt she didn’t know him anymore
“Its still lovely you boys did great if you need any help cleaning up I can help the best I can O Tim your so nice to do this for everyone, This is so cool, it looks like lots of people are coming I think this is really what everyone needs ” Alex spun around in a circle in incitement “Tim you shouldn’t be standing hear you should come party”

He smiled when Alex came bouncing down the hall, full of energy like she always was. It was as if all the things that happened with them in India was just a long ago memory. He laughed a little as she spoke about how excited she was, and even Xavier smiled, always glad to see the youth of the school so full of energy and hope.
"It's alright, child, I was just leaving to join the party." Xavier said with a smile, then nodding to Tim before heading into the crowd.
Tim smiled before looking to Alex. "It's nothing to big, really, just convinced the teachers and Xavier that some holiday fun would get everyone's mind off of things. I got David, Ian and Bobby to join in, and we changed the Danger Room into this. It's the biggest place in the school next to the hanger."

Alex smiled at the Professor when he said that he just leaving to join the party and waved as he left. then she turned to Tim as he talked surprised when he said that Ian had help

It was a strange idea thinking of the Professor at a party it was hard to imagine him anywhere but behind a desk or in a classroom.

Max walked into the party area, his counsellor and adviced him to come here and try and make more friends and he didn't want to seem like he wasn't trying. He walked through the crowd of people not saying a word to anyone, he flicked his blonde hair then had another quick look around. He had absolutely no idea what to do, he hadn't been to a party since he was still at home. He waited to see if anyone would talk to him if not then he'd try to get try and sneak back to his room and not bother with the party, but he waited for a while first.

Ian was the next to show up at the party, but didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He had to humor Tim though, having promised to go to the party if he helped out. He walked past Alex and Tim, giving them a small smile and a nod as they entered. Tim watched as Ian entered the place, still getting the feeling that something was wrong.
"He's been...different since Rose died huh?" Tim asked Alex.
Ian continued through the crowd, making his way towards the table that held the snacks that were provided by members of the faculty. He poured himself some punch and turned to face the dancing crowd, listening as the music played and drinking his punch. He didn't know why he didn't care much for parties anymore, they just weren't that fun to him now.

Max walked to the tables but didn't sit, he went to the wall and leaned against it. He hated being the new kid. It came with way too many disadvantages for his liking and he wasn't that keen on parties unless they were a certain type, and this wasn't really his type of party. He sighed and stared at his shoes, not the most exciting thing in the world but it was better than being jealous of all the people having fun.

Kaia entered with a bit of a flare, living up to her costume. It was the only excuse she could think of to expose her legs for a night. That and no one would picture her as a cheerleader. No one probably thought that she could do multiple back walk overs, but she did. Once she was in, she turned around and zealously thrust her arms into the air, a bit disappointed at how few people were there.
"I was hoping to be fashionably late...I guess that didn't happen."

Alex smiled when she first saw Ian and waved at him acting really excited to see him but dropped the act as soon as he walked by.
Alex nodded when Tim asked if he was different she felt like Ian would have at lest said something to them when he walked by but he just nodded
“yea I want to help him but….I don’t know him anymore it like his soul died along with Rose he puts on a face but…you can tell inside he’s dying or something I want Ian back not Zombie boy over there.”
Alex attention was darn to someone who was doing back walk over why entering, Alex smiled at the little display then seeing that it was Kaia Alex gave a huge grin and waved at her then turned to Tim beaming up at him
“I’m going to go see if there any sort of fruit or drink at the table you two have fun”
Alex hoped off before Tim could stop her leaving him and Kira alone why she went to find the food, when she got distracted by a boy who was leaning against the wall looking at his shoes Alex hoped over towards him smiling not recognizing the boy he couldn’t of been to much older then her 16-17 range
“Hi…so do you want to dance”

Max smiled at Alex. "Hey, sure." He didn't know whether it was just a friendly dance or something else which he wouldn't be interested in because of his... preferences. He got off the wall smiled at the girl and then followed her over to the dance floor. He flicked his blonde hair and stuck near the girl that asked him to dance. "I'm Max, what's your name?" He said, he was glad that someone was talking to him as he didn't expect it on his first night at being in a new school.

Tim nodded again, looking towards Ian as he walked past. His attention was taken from Ian once Kaia entered, his jaw almost dropping when he saw her. She looked hotter then hot, and he watched as she did her moves and couldn't help but stare. When Alex said that she was going to get some snacks and leave the two of them to catch up, he nodded.
"Yeah...sure...have fun..."
He was too focused on how Kaia looked to really pay attention to where Alex was going. When Alex had left, he walked up to Kaia and smiled, looking at her again and applauding her for her moves. He took her in his arms and kissed her, smiling at her afterwards.
"You look great."

Ayden was mad. When her roommates said they were going to a party at a rich dude’s house, she wasn’t expecting the party to be at Xavier’s School for the Gifted. She hoped that the school knew to keep their powers under wraps because news of the party got out. She inhaled and exhaled, knowing that she couldn’t go in without being recognized. The fact that her accent had become clear to the world since she had started working at Merlotte’s didn’t help.
She knew for a fact that Melinda had a flask filled with vodka to spike the drinks if she thought the party got boring. Before she could enter the danger room, Ayden took the liquor and took a shot, her nose scrunching at the bitter taste before swallowing another mouthful. If she was going to be able to make it through the night, she would need a few drinks in her. Melinda was going to take the vodka away, but Ayden knew that she would probably need a few more drinks later on if she were to make it through the night. She entered the danger room, but hid in the corner to the best of her abilities.

Alex smiled even bigger then ever when he said yes making her way to the dance floor,
“My names Alex so how long have you been going to this school I don’t think we’ve meet but then it hard to keep track of everyone at the school you know what I mean there’s so many students and teachers and the hole who is what like you know X-men type thing so yea anyway…where was I going with that …O yea so how long have you been hear.”
Alex was dancing and really enjoying her self she looked at the boy when she had talked to him smiling, hoping that maybe she could end up being friends with this boy well at lest he was talking to her and had actually gotten on the dance floor.

The costume wasn't exactly one that would scare people, something that looked like a B-Movie put together. He still looked pretty cool from what he thought, torn clothes and skin looking like it would fall off at any minute. A few touches and ideas from his friends around school, and he looked about as much of a zombie as he could without even being one. He stood at the entrance to the party, looking around at the many people in costume.
"Wow...now this is a turnout."
He said to himself, smiling at the massive crowd of people coming to the party. Even Xavier was mingling around, which made the worries of the party completely disappear. He saw Alex dancing with someone, Tim talking to Kaia, and Ian over by the table looking as distant as ever. He never thought he would see his friend looking that way and couldn't help but worry. He didn't see Bobby, Rogue or Ayden, but he tried his best not to let it phase him. He took a deep breath and entered, wondering how the night will go.

The bad thing about Ayden drinking was that her telepathy had a tendency to…grow a mind of its own. At first. It really just depended on how much she had. Amid the crowd, the rabble starting to drive her mad, she heard her grandfather’s voice. She didn’t allow herself enough time to hear what he was thinking, but she knew that her presence wouldn’t be a secret for long with him around. In fact, it wouldn’t be a secret at all if she kept drinking.
Her judgment was a bit impaired and for some reason she was convinced that the best course of action was to down some more shots. In hardly any time, her mind was silenced. She swallowed another shot and licked her lips around her vampire fangs.
“Honey, the night has barely started and you’re already as drunk as hell. I’m cutting you off honey.” Melinda had to yank the bottle out of her hand and she walked her to a chair before leaving into the danger room. However, Ayden wasn’t going to be put away that easily. She stumbled back into the danger room and struggled over to the snack table.
