*A few days later, Shakaku had forgotten about the incident with the girl. It was a warmer day and he had brought out Furai, since she didn't like it when it was cold, she would hide in his pocket and just sleep. But today she ran all over, up and down him, around on the ground. She knew that this would be one of the last days that she could run around outside for a wile. Shakaku was enjoying watching his little friend run all around. That was until he saw that girl again. The one with long red hair, and the thick Russian accent. He had forgotten about their fight, until just then. He smiled evilly, grabbing Furai and placing her in his picket. Keeping his hand in it to keep her in. He also dropped some food in there, so for a little while she didn't fight her imprisonment.*
Long time no see, little ant.
*He didn't know her name, so he thought that he would call her the last thing that he had called her.*

Danielle definitely hadn't forgotten about the Japanese bully. She'd been avoiding him as much as possible, if only because he had a bad reputation. Sure, he'd probably forgotten all about her, because she'd heard about him terrorizing other students during the days she didn't see him, so he'd obviously moved on to 'bigger' prey in a sense. That is... Until today.
She was by the Stables again, doing near the same thing as that other day, just sitting there on the grass. Only this time she had a book in her lap, her gaze intent on it. The book wasn't all that special, the cover and binding fading, and tearing here and there, but it must have meant something to her, otherwise she wouldn't carry around something like it. When she heard that mixed accent though...
Danielle just about swore, suddenly angry, and worried at the same time. Her gaze slowly, and reluctantly lifted to stare at the bully. Oh he obviously meant trouble today.... "Go away." Was all she dared say. Any more back talk... and things might have gotten worse...

*Shakaku gave a look that said "Aw, but we're just getting started." If she payed attention, every once in a wile his right pocket would move around, That being Furai eating what she could find, for now.*
You can't make me do anything girly.
*He could tell she was holding back again, doing the same thing that she did a few days ago, trying to ignore him.*

Danielle wasn't all that focused on his pocket to notice the small movements. You didn't exactly find the time when you were facing a bully, one who had previously threatened to set your hair on fire. She didn't like him. Not at all. A rich brat to the core. She hated rich kids. They thought they knew everything because they had the best education you could buy with money, and had the best things...
She tried not to let it get to her though. Don't give him a reaction. It'll make him keep coming. He'll just keep coming after her if he knew he could get a reaction from her. What almost made her smile though was the fact that she could make him. Sure, it would hurt like hell, but it was possible. She kept the smile hidden though. Danielle slowly rose to her feet, tucking the book safely in her arms. "Maybe not, but I can leave." She turned on her heels, moving to leave before he said anything else.

*Shakaku eyed the book as she tucked it under her arm. Oh, kindleing. Even though he knew it would be more fun to burn her hair, he still wasn't that devilish. But she was doing it again, trying to make him loose interest by ignoring him. When she spoke a mischievous smile came to his face.*
Yes you can, just like I could burn your book.

Danielle froze in mid step when he said he'd burn the book. Her eyes were wide, before she turned back on him, her anger flaring. As much as she hated it, she would probably kill him if he touched the book. "Don't. You. DARE." Her voice just dripped her rage, if her eyes already didn't say that. If he wanted her mad, he'd done it.
She had to restrain herself though, don't do anything unless he started it. His parents would get her kicked out if she started it! If he burned her book though.... This was the only thing she had left from her family! The only thing!

*Shakaku knew it, that raggedy old book was important to her. Come to think of it, if he did burn the book, her hair would also probably catch on fire as well, so both threats would be realized. But the tone in her voice. He had really pushed the right button, or was it the wrong one?*
So a tattered old book is more important than your hair?

No way in hell would she tell this rich brat why the book was important to her. He wouldn't understand. He'd just laugh it off and burn it anyway. It made her so angry! She couldn't lash out though, as much as she wanted to. It was a strain not to though.
"You're to immature to understand." It was more then difficult keeping her voice at a even tone, it almost hurt trying not to yell. She knew he was doing this on purpose, making her angry so he'd have more of a fight, and yet... she couldn't control it!

You didn't answer my question.
*Shakaku looked at his pocketed hand as Furai attempted to escape, wanting to roam for a wile longer. The sweet little flying Squirrel loved to be near her master, but knew that she would be hibernating soon. Even then her master kept her close, or just kept a close eye on her.*
*He figured that the book was special, for some reason. But it couldn't be like Furai was special to him, she was almost everything to him.*

Danielle's glare was growing darker and darker by the moment, her anger still rising. This jerk..... This... this... She couldn't come up with any English words to rightfully insult him! It only infuriated her even more...
"Why should I answer? You don't need to know." Again, her voice was strained at trying to remain even remotely calm. Not to mention the angrier she got, the thicker and harder to understand her accent got...

*Shakaku stuck his left hand in his pocket, pulling out some lint. He then focused on the small ball and heated it up until it burst into flames. He then looked at the girl, almost tempting her to piss him off.*
I was just asking to see witch one you prefer to loose.

Danielle took a step back when he set whatever it was that had been in his pocket on fire, as if just about ready to lash out at her. God, she couldn't deal with this right now! Still, her anger was blinding her. Sure, if it came down to it, the book was far more important. Hair would just grow back. Still! That wasn't the point! She wasn't going to let him get away with burning her hair or the book!
She was so furious she almost felt like crying. Why was she still having to deal with this kind of thing at the school? Why couldn't they just leave her alone?! She wasn't hurting anyone!
With his display of power though it put her on edge. Was he going to attack her if she said the wrong thing? It seemed like he would no matter what she said... Should she be preparing to defend herself? No! She couldn't! It would be excruciating for him! She knew because she'd have to share the pain! Sure, his would be physical, and her's mental, it was still the same... "Go bully someone else! Just leave me alone already!"

*The flame stayed in Shakaku"s hand as he lowered it, he kept the flame just in case he needed it. He could tell that she was on the edge of her rope.*
Because you react differently than most other students.
*It was true, most of his repeat "costamers" would not fight back. The other students, that he had little to do with, were on Mairead's list, so he would need either permission or get her angry for bugging the students she picks on. True his list was slightly longer, because now little Mairead had Train, who stopped her every time she did something like that. Shakaku felt lucky that he didn't have anyone like that, but yet, kind of jealous.*

Danielle really was acting differently. Most of the other students just sat there and took it. Lately she just hadn't been in the mood though, seeing as usually she was very passive about it, ignoring everything that was swung at her. This guy though just really irked her, and she didn't even know her name! Likewise he probably didn't even know who she was either, seeing as she tried to stay out of eveyone's way. Of course someone like him wouldn't have noticed her before now. Sadly.... It seemed his attention was set on her.
"That's because you pick on little kids who don't know any better." Okay, he didn't always pick on little kids, but she'd heard about plenty of his victims that were. "Bullies are all talk. You're no different." That wasn't true. He was quite different then most bullies. Usually, if you fought back against a bully they left you alone because you were no longer easy prey. This guy? From what she heard... He was a lot worse then Mairead. You attacked him, you'd be in big trouble.

*By how she talked it would seem that this girl thought that if she fought back Shakaku would either just leave her alone, or just keep hitting her with verbal bullying. That was wrong. Shakaku raised the temperature around the two much higher than he did last night. It kept raising, if it went the way that it was going soon it would be at a heat that no ordinary human could live in.*
So I'm all talk now, am I?
