An empath? Shit...and she hasn't been able to tell that he's not exactly the nice guy he's been acting like? Maybe she was confused..or maybe it was something different. He allowed the girl to show him to the mansion and while they grew closer he smirked to the sight of it. Oh yes..Xavier with all of his money and caring for mutant kind. When was he going to learn?
The closer they got to the institute the more he thought that it would be a nice present to leave a dead xman on the porch. It was almost sad taking advantage of such a frail looking mouse. Oh well...he would just have to make sure it was spectacular.
"well I have a confession to make. I haven't been quite..truthful with you." He grinned as he suddenly pulled his hands from those pockets and reached over for the girl's throat. He quickly lifted her up so she was off of her feet. "Logan and I aren't exactly friends..." That hand grasped tighter on her throat, starting to limit the intake of oxygen. "But I do like to give him presents....pretty, bloody presents."

A 'sort of' Empath. If she was a true Empath she would have caught onto his scheme instantly. As it was, she wasn't the type that could read emotions, just manipulate them to a point. They were just about to the school now, and Gisli was sure he'd run off with out a thanks when they reached the gates.
The closer they got, the quieter both of them seemed to get. And Gisli seemed to be completely fine with the silence, actually, she was almost content in it. She could listen to the rain pitter patter on the cement and umbrella again, her gaze switching between the two things, unable to focus on one for more then a few moments. Only when he started to speak did she finally look at him again.
She blinked slowly, not really sure how to respond to his comment. Thankfully.... Or maybe not so much, she didn't need to answer... Or have any time to. Because before she really knew it she was off the ground, one of those clawed hands of his tight on her neck. The girl dropped the umbrella in shock, both hands reaching up to try and wrench that hand away. She couldn't breath...
Terror turned her blood cold, her whole body going deathly still once more as her possum act started to take hold. See, when you scared Gisli enough she seemed to feign death. Even her hands, that had been trying to free herself, seemed to freeze in mid pull. If being choked wasn't bad enough, his next comment seemed to send her into full on shock. Oh god..... He was.... Was he going to kill her?
With terror running through her veins, and lack of oxygen making her light headed, she didn't know what to do.
I don't want to die.... I don't want to die...
The girl squeezed her eyes shut. With out any intention, she lashed out mentally. Her power trying to embed the same terror into his mind, trying to scare this man to the point of fainting....

This was too easy, they really should teach their kids something more than just school. What about protecting themselves from people like him?
Victor became a lot harder to manipulate mentally after his first torturous encounter with Xavier. The bald man had tried to calm his anger and find out why he was so cruel. It had worked for a short time, perhaps even 'therapy' couldn't withstand his healing factor. But with how intense his emotions were, the anger and hate...he was unprepared for the backlash created by the small girl.
After a moment his eyes widened and he dropped her that now empty clawed hand going to his head while he tried to clear it. "Get out of my head you little witch." He growled to her as he took a few steps back. He was doing his best not to be overwhelmed but it was obviously a struggle. He knew she was manipulating the sudden fear response in him but it wasn't helping as memories came and went through his head of those things that Victor was actually afraid of. There weren't many but there were some that helped his tormented soul stay...well tormented.

Gisli didn't do it intentionally. Her powers just liked to.... act out when she was under any sort of stress, and being choked happened to count as 'stressful'. Actually, she wasn't even aware she was doing it until he started to have a reaction.
She dropped to her knees when he released her, gasping for breath, her whole body starting to tremble. Slowly, very slowly, she looked up at him as he stepped away, her eyes as wide as saucers. She not only looked terrified that he'd just tried to kill her, but she was even more horrified by what she was doing. Instantly she stopped feeding the emotion into him. A part of her knew he might try to kill her again now that she'd stopped, but that pacifist side of her refused to let her act out again.
Stumbling to her feet, she retreated a little, her whole body drenched from head to toe from the rain. A moment passed, that terrified expression still written on her face, before suddenly... She bolted. She didn't care where she was running, she just ran... Sadly, this random direction she'd chosen was leading her away from the school. Smart move, Gisli...

It took a moment for Victor to clear his head from the fear induced images running through his head. Once she stopped forcing that fear in him he growled and glared at her. Oh he was going to enjoy this now. It was too bad that she wasn't a real psychic or he could really mess with her head right back. Just in the sense of remembering every torturous murder and rape he could remember. But she was lucky in that respect.
He growled as she ran away from him and was quickly on her trail. He didn't need to track her, the frail looking girl couldn't possibly be faster than him. And it wasn't long before he practically plowed right over her. His larger body tackling her down into the damp ground below. Even the fact that the girl could mentally cripple him again didn't stop him from pinning her to the ground.
Victor took a moment to savor the look of her own fear on her face. He loved that terrified look. He grinned down at her as he let out a chuckle and those claws moved downward to claw over her shoulder.

For a moment, Gisli was convinced she could escape. Convinced that he'd just... Forget about her and move on to do what he'd come to do. All it was though.... Was false hope. Because as soon as he recovered from the fear she'd implanted he was right on her heels. Hearing his heavier footsteps charging towards her motivated the small girl to run even faster. Perhaps she could outrun him... Perhaps...
He thought her power was crippling? The force used to tackle her was enough to make her not want to get back up! Her whole body hurt from the impact, the side of her face, arms, and feet skinned from the rough cement. She couldn't get up, couldn't even more that much with his large frame on top of her.
She was beyond terrified, her eyes squeezed shut in a 'I don't see you, so you don't see me' sort of way, her whole body still trembling softly. His chuckle froze her blood even more then before, and, with out him doing anything yet, she knew. She knew he was going to hurt her, kill her even.
The moment his claws touched her, she let out a whimper that grew louder as they dug into flesh. It hurt. She couldn't even recall the last time she'd experienced pain of this degree. Again, like before, her power reached out, this time instead of forcing her own fear on him, it forced pain. It wanted him to feel the same pain he was inflicting on her.

Victor flinched as he felt that pain rush to his head. He growled then laughed a bit. Leaning down he pressed his hand against her back as he whispered into her ear. "Pain...enjoy the pain Darlin', because when the pain is gone. Yer dead." The pain still throbbed in his head as his claws left a matching mark to her other shoulder. It was enough to send another sharp spike to that pain that flooded his mind and body.
The muscles of his large frame even started to spasm slightly as more of that pain sensation rebounded back into him. Unfortunately for her, he could take a lot of pain. But the impact from his second clawing was getting to be a little much. It was making it a bit hard to move as he growled in pain and frustration.
Those bloodied claws and fingers then moved upwards, grabbing a handful of her hair. He was intent on crushing her skull right then and there. With his strength it wouldn't be hard to do such a thing. Thankfully for her, as he pulled her head backward he let go of her hair suddenly. Another growl came from him as he sat to the side of her trying to clear his head again. While it didn't hurt as much as she probably hoped it did, it was still really distracting.

Tears were staining Gisli's cheek, the girl refusing to let out a sound louder then a whimper. She didn't open her eyes though, just squeeze them even tighter. The worse the pain was for her, the worse it became for him.
She didn't respond to what he said, she didn't even seem to be listening, so deeply buried inside herself, to try and block out everything happening. Why was this happening to her? What was she supposed to do? How was she supposed to make it stop, without dieing. He obviously meant to kill her, those claws of his raking her other shoulder the same way he had the first. Like before, she only whimpered from the pain, her power reacting and sharing the pain with him.
She waited then, for what would happen next, the student's body refusing to let her fight as he pulled her head back. For the first time since the attack started, her eyes shot open, wide with that same terror as before. And then... He let go? Even moved off of her.
She lay there for a moment, shock catching up with her. From this position she could see the blood dripping onto the cement, running towards the gutter from the pouring rain. Her eyes were just as wide as before. The more shock set in, the worse her powers seemed to lash out. Pain wasn't the only thing being dumped into his head. Fear at returned with a vengence. But somehow, even her injury induced shock was being transfered as well.

Victor's eyes widened as he suddenly felt the fear mix in with the pain. His eye twitched as he suddenly felt like a little boy again. A boy that was abused by his father and chained up in a basement to rot. It wasn't until he could kill the man that he was able to get free. And now he was being forced to relive that emotion while he gripped at his head. Then the shock set in. He felt like he couldn't breathe, like the world suddenly froze and he couldn't move or react to anything.
After a long moment he let out a roar of pain and frustration. Part of him even contemplated clawing at his own head to make it stop. He looked at her with such fury and contempt. If he could move he would claw her to pieces to make this stop. He started to breathe heavier, a side effect of the shock, trying to get more oxygen into his body...not that he needed it.
His hands moved down to the ground while another growl came from his throat. Those claws dug into the cement, easily slicing right through the concrete like it was dirt.

It wasn't intentional. Gisli rarely ever used her power intentionally, even in times of crisis, like now, she hesitated to use her power intentionally. She was a pacifist after all! And all her power did was make other people suffer! It wasn't capable of bringing out a good outcome. Unless, of course, you considered temporary putting her current death sentence to a halt. Even then it came at a cost, as she would tell others, her power wasn't very.. Well user friendly.
The whole process was simple, Gisli panics, her fear and pain running rampant and forcing the same feelings onto other people. In the same moment though her power magnified her own negative emotions, increasing her own stress levels so that her power would, in turn, increase the projected emotions. It was an endless, painful cycle. The only way it could end was if Gisli couldn't use her powers, whether that be from unconsciousness, or any other means.
And right now? That endless cycle seemed to be starting. The worse the emotions got for him, the worse they seemed to be getting for her. Shock had quite the hold on her, her heart beating fast enough that it was more like a constant vibration then an actual pulse, her throat refusing to let any oxygen in, her chest feeling like a weight was being pressed against it, the ground spinning as her head swam.
As to be expected though, as more time went on, blood loss started to get to her, eating away at her hold over his emotions.

Victor grew relieved as he felt the fading of the girl's powers from his head. He snarled and glared over to her. His claws must have done their job again as that pain and fear faded as well as he was able to breathe normally again. Pulling his claws from the concrete below he rose up to his feet and rolled his shoulders. That sneer remained on his face as he took a step closer to the girl that he hadn't even gotten her name. He nudged her with his boot and that sneer turned into a smirk with her lack of response.
"Maybe you should learn something usefulin that school o' yours Darlin'. Like self defense." Not that he would have expected just a small frail thing to be a match to him even if she did defend herself, but it would have been less pathetic. "Or at the very least know which way to run." He chuckled to himself as he reached down and picked up the girl, tossing her over his shoulder. Thoughts of using her as a hostage came and went through his head. she would be more trouble than any good on his part. That, and he would have to tend to the wounds he gave her to make sure she stayed alive. And really he didn't care about whether she lived or died anyway...so he decided on another plan.
Creed strolled right up to the gate of the mansion with the girl still limp over his broad shoulder. And with a little more effort he pulled her from his shoulder and tossed her over the fence. He partly hoped that she didn't land on anything too dangerous. After all, what was the fun in them finding her dead?
A sinister little grin came to his face as he saw the callbox next to the gate. He walked over to it and pressed the button, "Special delivery!" He laughed before he released the button and then headed on his way. While he didn't doubt that it would get someone's attention, he would be long gone before they'd start looking for him.

The only movement from Gisli was the rapid, shallow movement from each and every breath she took. Her eyes were wide, the shock and blood loss bad enough that she couldn't even move, her whole body like lead. Actually, she didn't even feel the boot touch her.
She was completely limp when he moved her, still absolutely no reaction from her. The girl was so withdrawn into her self, buried by shock, fear, and pain..... And then... Nothing. Her whole body felt numb, her fear buried into her very bones. For some strange reason though her whole body still trembled, though that was to be expected for anyone suffering from shock.
The girl didn't feel herself being thrown over the gate, just knew that she was suddenly on the pavement again, the rain still pouring down on her trembling body. In no time at all, the immediate area around her was red with blood. The grounds were completely deserted, most people preferring to stay indoors with such a down pour.
Somehow, by some miracle, when she hit the pavement inside the gate, the phone in her pocket called the last number in it's history... Shakaku. If he answered, all he would hear, was rain. Lots, and lots of rain.

*Shakaku luckily wasn’t doing anything. He was actually wondering what he was going to do for the rest of the day. He lay in his bed, the cloths he wore from earlier that day still on as he stared at a glass fish bowl that he had bought earlier in the week. The bowl slowly melting then stopping. He found that this was a great way to practice temperature control on small areas. He didn’t really need it like this anymore. But he found a slight amusement in the melting of glass.*
*The call came in. Seeing that it was Gisli he happily ansered the phone.* Hello *The sound of heavy rain filled the speaker. He looked outside. What was she doing outside? Not even saying anything he burst out of the his room. Feer and rage filled him. The door handle on the inside of the door half way melted. He charged down the stairs and outside. He ran for a little bit wondering where she could be. Finally he saw something. A lump by the gate of the school. Gisli!*
*Rushing to her side he saw her wounds. He picked up her phone putting it in his pocket he picked up Gisli. Shakaku’s once drenched cloths becoming dry, as if they had never been outside. The water evaporating before it could touch him. As he ran back to the school, Gisli placed on his back she too became dryer. He had to be careful though. He didn’t want to burn her as well. He kept that…fairly in check. Not caring if blood got on him or not he ran to Hazel. The infermery instantly raising to about one hundered degrees in a split second.

Gisli lay there for what felt like hours, but what could only have been a few minutes at most. The only movement from her in that time, and even after Shakaku showed up, was a constant, steady trembling. Her breathing was still shallow, her heartbeat frantically, but weakly, pounding in her chest. How Shakaku knew that she was in trouble was a mystery…
Even when Shakaku had found her, she didn’t even seem aware of it. She didn’t look at him, say anything, or even react when he touched her. Just…. Lay there, as if dead, her wide gaze unfocused and hazy.
As Shakaku carried her though…. For some reason she was suddenly aware of what was happening since her shock had started to settle in. Someone was carrying her… And she was warm. Unknowingly Shakaku was actually treating some of her shock, just by warming her. Her breathing was still shallow, heartbeat weak but fast, body trembling, but her gaze seemed to focus a little more. Finally she saw who it was carrying her. She might not see his whole face, but she didn’t need to. She could spot Shakaku in any crowd.
“Sh-a…..ka……k…..” She couldn’t even say his whole name, her eyes fluttering shut as she lost consciousness.
In the Infirmary, Hazel was up when she felt the sudden increase in temperature, coming out see what the impulsive pyromancer was up to this time. Seeing him… Or rather what was on his back, she instantly ordered him to get her on a bed, knowing he would obey. She got straight to work. The girl hadn’t entered the fourth stage of shock yet, which was basically a death sentence, but that didn’t mean she was out of the clear, she was either in, or close to the third stage, even worse? She’d lost consciousness. Even with the rooms high temperature her body temperature was plummeting. “Shakaku, keep her warm!”
Hazel didn’t mean to scare the boy, but this wasn’t the time for calm, collected responses. If he wanted to keep Gisli alive, he had to keep her warm. Hazel quickly started to work on treating the girl’s wounds.

*Shakaku herd her voice and smiled a little bit. Good she was alive. He nodded* I’m here Gisli, I’ll always be here.
*Shakaku was dry, but covered in blood by this point, he looked fairly frantic. His pleading expression looked at the doctor. This would probably be the first time she’d see him like this. He instantly obeyed her. Laying her down on the bed he staid near. He had a feeling he would be needed. He was right. When he got the order he, again, instantly obeyed. Grabbing her hand he closed his eyes. Focusing on her temperature. Knowing the danger in raising it to fast, or to high he slowly started to raise her body temperature. Once it was up to her normal temperature he focused to keep it there. As a result of his focusing the temperature in the room lowered, but only a little bit.*
*Shakaku watched as Hezel started to fix Gisli up, fear of him losing her filled him once again. But he couldn’t think that way. He had to believe that she would be alright. If she wasn’t….all Hell would break loose. This school would have his wrath coming. He would go back to Japan and never look back.*
