How it happened was a miracle, but somehow, Jackie returned to the Warehouse before Cain, which completely shocked her. He’d left before her, he had two good legs and could therefore travel faster than her, and Cain just didn’t seem like the type to let people beat him at anything. Two, very large, worms were carrying a large suitcase between them, wiggling across the cement floor to deposit the thing in the corner, instantly standing guard over its contents.
Jackie didn’t pay much mind to her unwilling… guest, seeing as he was still out cold and tucked safely inside the suitcase, the zipper open just enough that he wouldn’t suffocate. Instead, she turned her attention to the warehouse, scowling when she noticed that it was stairs that led up to the controls. How in Heaven and Hell was she supposed to get up there? And as luck would have it, a Sentinel had fallen into what must have been the elevator and broken the blasted thing.
Ah, the nuisances of having useless legs. Stairs were impossible. Hills were pain stacking. You couldn’t ‘carry’ anything as you had to use both hands to push the wheels. Jackie sighed, shaking her head. Now wasn’t the time to start complaining about her disability. She had traded her legs for her power, and even if she could she wouldn’t trade back.
So, she was ‘grounded’, quite literally. And there wasn’t much on the ground to begin with. And what was there, it would be hard to get to with all the Sentinel rubble everywhere. If only she could make her worms do more than one thing at a time, she’d have them clear the room. Alas, they were far too single minded. And she wouldn’t take them off ‘guard duty’, because if the man woke up and she wasn’t watching he could easily escape. She sighed again, leaning back in her chair and closing her eyes. If only Cain would hurry…

"Trouble getting what you need? I could always lend a hand."
A voice behind her spoke, and the stairs in front of her began to slant and meld together, forming a ramp to allow her to go up to where she needed. Cain walked in as casual as he usually did, placing the metal casing on the floor. As he pulled his arm away, the metal came with, uncovering Logan and forming back into his hand. His other arm lowered a crate that seemed to move itself into a corner of the room, melding into the wall. His hand reformed from the metal left behind, and he changed back into his normal form. He took a few steps towards Jackie before looking at the worm-guarded suitcase.
"Our other guest I imagine?"

Slowly she opened her eyes just in time to see the stairs finish their transformation. She chuckled softly, turning her chair around so she could see and face him with a smile. “I wouldn’t say ‘need’, exactly. You just find that when you are bored you have very few options to entertain yourself.” Well, she had very few options.
She just watched in silence as he let Logan drop to the floor as if he were some brat’s toy, then as he handled the other crate with far more delicacy. Then at last he was his normal self, addressing her… package near instantly. Quickly she looked to the suitcase. “Of course.”
She fixed her worms with a deep stare, her orders changing and both following. They unzipped the suitcase, finally revealing the human man to his dangerous company. Though, he was still unconscious, having taken a rather hard hit to the head. Task done, the worms left the building to return to their natural selves. Jackie finally got a good look at Logan, and smirked softly. “He hasn’t changed at all…”

"All you need is but to ask, my dear."
He changed his form into metal again, causing ramps to appear everywhere that Jacki would need access. He chuckled, and after looking around, he looked from Logan, to the man, then back to Jackie. He had to admit he was growing more and more impressed with the girl the more he got to know her. That and he was growing more fond of her due to her dark and cold ways. How she reminded him of himself. Still in his metal form, he caused the bodies of the man and Logan to to be lifted into the air, arms up and legs out in an X form, on two seperate pillars. He changed back into his normal form, admiring the now hanging bodies.
"Logan we can extract from his body, and with the items I "borrowed" from both the mansion and Apocalypse's lab, we'll be able to extract the adamantium and information from both men and use it to our advantage. This factory will become a fortress fit for the rulers of this new world."

Jackie just smirked, leaning back in her chair, hands clasp lightly across her stomach. “Why ask when you are already a step ahead of me?” She didn’t bother to watch him create the ramps, she’d investigate it later. She was much too occupied gazing at Cain, her expression hard to read. Why she found it so… entrancing to watch him use his power…
Only when the human and mutant hung like sacrifices did she finally break her gaze, turning her head upward to both me. She couldn’t care less about the human. But Logan. She wanted to plant a seed of doubt in his mind. If he were to escape or released, she wanted to make sure he never returned to the X-men.
“How long do you suppose Logan will be out…?” She suddenly paused, his words resonating through her whole body like a quake. Ever so slowly, her eyes widened slightly, her surprised gaze dropping to meet Cain’s. “Apocalypse’s lab…?!” A small, wicked smirk touched the corner of her lips. Cain was even stranger then she had first anticipated.

"Always here to assist, my dear."
He chuckled at her comment of him being one step ahead. When she looked to Logan, he just shrugged.
"He'll wake up when the gas is off. I won't start the extraction until then, I love the sound of a life in pain."
He chuckled loudly at the thought. He couldn't imagine the amount of pleasure it would be to siphon the adamantium from Logan's body, watching him squirm and hopefully yell in pain. When Jackie looked to him in disbelief about having items from Apocalypse's lab, he looked at her with his usual smile.
"Of course, he was the first to fall before me. Unfortunately that of his brought him to the X-Mansion, but I made sure he didn't have anything to come back to."

“Hm….” Jackie paused to think to herself. “With his healing factor, I’m sure he won’t be out much longer.” She held no sympathy for Logan, no part of her reaching out in sympathy for her former teacher. If anything it was because of this connect she felt so heartless towards him.
Jackie’s expression slowly softened, her eyes part closing once more as she got over her surprise. “If I had known that I would have come to find you much sooner.” She suddenly paused, thinking. “The X-mansion?” She smirked. “Sort of makes me wish I had been there to see that. There must have been quite a commotion.”

"Yes, which is why our entertainment will begin shortly."
He smiled, looking up at Logan as the mutant slowly began to show signs of recovering. When she mentioned meeting him sooner, he couldn't help but share her enthusiasm. She would've been helpful stopping the boy from destroying his factory, and maybe gaining a new prisoner instead of losing one. He smiled at her comment of the X-Mansion, giving a nod as she mentioned being there.
"Unfortunately, no, there was no commotion. I did have fun throwing that blue fur ball down the hallway, as well as plunging a spike through that mutants heart, the one that brought those fools here."

She paused before looking at Cain again, an eyebrow slightly raised. “Blue fur ball..? That would be Beast or Nightcrawler…. Unlikely it was Nightcrawler… so Beast.” Another paused, a slightly curious look in her eyes. “I have no idea who brought them here. I only knew they’d been here when I saw those defeated Sentinels.”
Jackie sighed, shaking her head. “I’m not sure when that human will wake up. My worms… accidently dropped him a few times on the way here.” Most definitely not accidently.

"Yes. The Sentinels fell like wooden dolls."
His hands balled into tightly clenched fists as the memory of Ian's arrival and destruction occurred. Yes, he would be sure to put the boy's as the first thing on his list. So the thing he had thrown was Beast. Even the Sentinels had a short time working with him it seems, but not enough to kill him. Hopefully the crystal will help improve that, as well as the adamantium shell. He chuckled as another thought came to him. When she mentioned the worms dropping the human, he could tell the sarcasm in her voice.
"Perhaps this adamantium material will help me with one final plan. But for now I'll need to work on fixing his destruction."

“And if I saw correctly, it looked like some of them lead to each other’s destruction…” A questioning looked touched her expression. “I’m sure the Adamantium can prevent that from happening again.”
With another sigh, she turned her chair, at first struggling for a moment as she wheeled herself up the ramp, though after only a moment seemed to adjust to the incline. “Well, if Logan is to wake up soon, I’d rather not have to raise my voice too much for him to hear. I’m sure he’ll… enjoy some catching up. It’s been so many years after all.” She slowly smirked, an almost mad spark in her eyes. Why she was so bent on the X-men’s destruction…

"Indeed. They're clumsy and stupid, and need more improvement."
He growled out the words a bit before turning and looking to Jackie. He walked up behind her, grabbing the handles of her chair and helping her up the ramp. When she talked of how much she wanted to "catch up" on things with Logan, he chuckled evilly. He was planning on just extracting the adamantium from him and him, but Jackie, it seemed, had other plans.
"Then please, don't let me get in the way of this...touching reunion."

Jackie was more than a little surprised when Cain actually helped her get up the ramp, and it showed. “Thank you…” Already she was trying to form theories as to why he had helped. Perhaps he had just wanted to show some kindness to her, or perhaps he had wanted to get up as well and she was moving too slowly. Her favorite theory, of course, was that perhaps she was a little more fond of her then she herself realized.
On top, she smirked, glancing over her shoulder to Cain. “Don’t worry. It won’t take long.” Perhaps she should share the plan with him… “Logan is, in some ways, the force of the X-men. If he weren’t to return, how big of a blow do you think it would cause?” Her smirk darkened as she wheeled her chair to the closest location to where Logan was. “How long, do you think, it would take for the entire X-men to fall apart? They are the only ones who could pose any threat. With them out of the picture….”

He smirked when she reached the top as she said thank you. He had to admit her devious and cold behavior was drawing him closer to her. As they turned and looked to the two men that practically hung in the air. He chuckled as she worked out how the X-Men would fall at the loss of their strongest force. He walked around and stood next to her.
"Yes, it would be a shame if Wolverine never returned to his home. However, the search for him would no doubt bring them back here. Would it not, my dear?"

Already she could imagine it. The school finally coming to an end. No more X-men. No more Xavier, or Storm. Jackie twirled a lock of her hair between her fingers as she thought. When he mentioned them coming here, she paused, pursing her lips before looking up at him. “They might…” She paused. “Though if they saw Sentinel’s running again, they’d come here first as well.” Another pause as her gaze slowly dropped to the wreckage below. “This is the ideal location, but they know about it… Perhaps we could… copy the school.”
She doubted he would know what she meant, so she continued. “To the world, they are merely a school. No one but those that know the layout of the school know about the lower levels.” Jackie smirked. “If we planned it carefully, they could search this place as much as they’d want, and never find the true center.” She suddenly stopped, a thought leaping into her mind. “Perhaps even setting up decoy factories all across the world. They’d be like chickens with their heads cut off, trying to find them all.”
