*Shakaku was one of the only people out. The first snow had fallen and the court was all snow and ice, that was until Shakaku in sweats and a thank top started to shoot some hoops. The now wet coart was actually quite warm as the teenage boy played around on his own. By this time the ball was quite hot from his body temperature as well. Lots was happening in his life. Mainly Gisli was back and he didn't know how to handle that. Should he be happy, it was so awkward around her now. Would they be able to be friends again? Would the awkwardness just separate them. That wasn't what he wanted but he couldn't control it. She seemed to be the only person who understood him. Except for Kaito and his trusty sleeping friend, Furi, who wasn't actually a person.*
*He wasn't very good at sports but sometimes it seemed like the perfect thing to do, to cool off. Even though he was a fire element, and he was a hot head. At least he could admit that, to people he knew. He was "man" enough to admit that he had a temper, and couldn't control it.*

If it weren't for Rory's 'sort of' X-men duties, Freya would probably spend 24 hours a day with him. As it was, she spent most afternoons trying to entertain herself while he ran Danger Room sessions or survival training. It wasn't all bad, but... Well she preferred being with him. At least... That's how life had been before his abrupt departure. One morning she had just woken up to his packing a briefcase. He'd told her he had some business to take care of, and that he'd be back as soon as he could. With one last kiss he'd left. At first, she'd thought he'd only be gone a few days, maybe a week or two, but... It'd been a month now. No word from Rory. It had her upset.
Things were boring. Tari spent very little time at the school, so Freya couldn't bug her sister... or her newly found brother actually. That was strange, knowing she had a brother. She didn't want to try sorting that out right now! She wasn't a member of the X-men, so she couldn't go do... X-men duties, and she most certainly would not go running to Xavier for things to entertain herself!
She'd spent the day wandering the city before finally forcing herself to head to the school. She'd moved out after Rory had been gone for a few weeks, going back to a hotel with Tari. She soon found herself outside. Snow wasn't really her thing, but as long as she wasn't tired it wasn't a bother to her. She didn't wear any coat, just blue jeans and a black tee-shirt that definitely wasn't meant for this weather. She didn't even shiver against the cold, Freya easily keeping herself at a comfortable temperature.
Something caught her attention. Another spike in temperature. Her first thoughts were it might be that newly found brother of her's, but this was different. It was more wild more... Well student like! The person was obviously a pyromancer to some degree, but they were unrefined. She smirked a bit, following the train until she found the source, an Asian boy playing basketball. Her arms folded likely against her chest as she tilted her head a little, watching carefully... Waiting.

*Shakaku went a few hoops, perfectly oblivious. He was so wraped in his own thoughts that he just ignored the feeling that someone or something was watching him. Plus he had that feeling often when he almost went to far. He just thought it was Xavior looking for a reason to kick him out. Maybe he should give the old timer that reason. No one liked him at this school anyway. His best friend could make more friends like him. Furai would come with him, and he doubted that Gisli would care. If he left soon then he could leave it at this awkward stage. She wouldn't care... would she?*
*After the fifth basket Shakaku let the ball bounce, it didn't leave the court, he had a heat barrier from allowing it to escape. That was when he felt it. Someone was watching him. He turned to see a read haired woman. What was she doing out here? Was she a teacher? He hadn't seen her anywhere. Maybe she was new?*
What do you want?
*The questing was harsh, and unwelcoming. He wanted time alone! Why couldn't he get a moments piece? He looked at her. She was dressed like it was a nice sprig or summer day. What was her deal?*

The boy didn't react. His sixth sense was probably telling him someone was watching, but he seemed to be completely ignoring it. She could understand why! At a school like this, someone was always watching! Maybe not physically, but there were plenty of Telepaths. Someone would grow used to it after a while. Freya though? She didn't want that to happen. Her nerves helped her stay alive, and if she ever got used to being watched she might not be able to react in time to malice intents.
When he finally did recognize her presence it wasn't in the manner she would have expected. He really was rude, but hell, most teenagers were. Being rude and disrespectful was genetically programmed into them! Still, she found it interesting. "Depends." She was sure he was a pyromancer. Most of them had fiery personalities to match their abilities, and one of their worst characteristics was how easily angered they were. This kid? He was definitely a short fuse... Again, she almost smirked. Oh how he'd react if he tried to push her around with his power. "You're not all that good are you? At controlling you're power, that is." She paused for a moment. "So unrefined.... rough and tumbled, if you will." Her thick french accent made some of her words a little difficult to understand but not so much that he'd have to ask her to repeat something.

*Shakaku was almost taken back. Who was this random girl who thought that she could boss him around, tell him that he was unrefined. So what if he was! He didn't need to hear smack from this woman who looked quite pampered. With that thought the temperature did raise a slight bit, but only some one very aware of temperature would notice it's change. It wasn't even a full degree difference.*
What of it? It's really none of your business isn't it?
*She was just asking for a fight, wasn't she. But he would probably get in huge trouble if she was a new teacher or an important guest. She sounded French, maybe she was visiting from a school or something there. Or was some type or noble or something. She sure seemed to thought her weight around lots. Well if she was he didn't want to get in trouble. If he attacked her then he would for sure get kicked out, then where would he go? Even thought no one else really cared for him, Shakaku still felt like he belonged here, that was why he stuck to a small select few students who wouldn't turn him in.*

The kid was entertaining, so short tempered even one comment like that had tipped him enough to already start reacting. It wasn't much, but seeing as Freya kept such a close eye on the temperature at all times, even a single degree difference was obvious to her. All she did was smile a little. Did he really want to take it this way?
"It's isn't much my business, but you might want to worry about it a bit more." He was still a kid. He didn't realize the dangers yet... Not to mention he was probably a first generation mutant, he didn't have a parent that had gone through the same thing to help guide him in the right direction. Still... Someone should have told him by now... Unless... Oh. She knew who this kid was. She smiled even more. She'd spent enough time around the school to hear about a bully who liked burning his victims... He probably didn't care at all if he hurt most people.
"Though... It is more of my business then you might think." She paused, a thoughtful expression on her face. "After all, if one pyromancer does something stupid, it gives all of them a bad name."

*At first Shakaku wasn't sur he wanted to take the crap this woman was giving him. She was most likely a teacher. And by the sound of it she was one of those teachers who thought they knew everything, and when they didn't know something they would just make something up and pretend it was the truth. But as she talked it seemed less like that. Was she really a teacher? Curious he decided to listen.*
I'm sure, what are you some sort of pyromancer too?
*Still rude, and resentful. He wasn't stupid enough to attack, he would hear her out, unless it got to boring and she decided to preach to him about how "with great power comes great responsibility" crap. He has herd it all before. He hated that quote and he hated people who said, or infured to it. Also they are usually to lazy to come up with their own words so they decide to use someone else's. She seemed to know lots, maybe she could be a good asset, or allie. He wouldn't go as far as saying they would be friends, but they might get close, depending on how this conversation went.*

"Some sort of Pyromancer?"
The look on Freya's face. It was a look of pure amusement. This kid really didn't have any idea who she was. Interesting. This would make things even more fun. She still put some thought into it. Did Pyromancer fully explain what she was? No, not really. Sure, she was one, but her powers far exceeded near all others in the field. She was The Pyromancer. Not A Pyromancer.
She couldn't help but notice something. He was.... almost being cautious. As if unsure what he could or couldn't say to her with out being in trouble. Sure, he was being a punk, but that was as far as it went. He hadn't given her a reason to get him in trouble. She wondered.... Just what did he think she was?
"I am." She finally admitted it, she was a Pyromancer. "Don't go thinking you and I are the same." She paused, smiling a little. "We aren't. No where near." Her words could almost be deciphered as 'I'm a lot stronger then you'. That smile of her's said it to. But would an arrogant teenager believe her? Or would he want to find out for himself? She hoped he'd try to force her to prove it by attacking her. She hadn't been able to overpower another Pyromancer in such a long time, if only because she rarely came across any, and missed the shocked expressions when the person realized that to Freya their abilities were nothing more then sparks...

*Shakaku could some what tell that this woman wanted him to fight back. But he wasn't in the mood. And he didn't want to get kicked out, not yet at least.*
Then I wont
*He could tell that she was confidant in her words. And its very possible that it was true. He didn't run into lots of pyromancers like him but he wasn't going to test out what she said. He knew that she was older, and that he was just a student. That alone proved her point. Shakaku turned. He had no business here. Plus he wanted to be alone, where he can sort through these thoughts. Not even this random woman pyromancer would understand what he's going through. He lowered his temperature to his normal heat, even though it was naturally higher than anyone else's. Then he steped into the snow. He started to walk away, leaving the ball and court how it was.*
Whatever.
*He then started to head twards the school. Hopefully he would be able to find another quiet place, where he could think. And be alone. Plus if anyone tried to bother him he could just scare them away. Right?*

Well, there went her entertainment! Maybe he wasn't as much fun as she'd first thought. Great, what was she supposed to do now? She still had how many more hours to do whatever she wanted? She just do something drastic to entertain herself if something else didn't come along or the student started to show a little interest. Surely a young Pyromancer like him would be curious what others could do? What he could do? After all, there were some tricks that only other Pyromancers could teach you.
Still... The boy had dropped the temperature, using that 'I really couldn't care less' tone again as he turned and started to leave. What was she supposed to do to make him stay though? Finally Freya just sighed, running her fingers through her hair in a bored way.
"Tsk...." She was almost scowling as she wanted him retreat even more. How could a pyromancer, especially a teenager, when they were the shortest tempered, be so.... passive? At that age he was suppose to be wanting to test his limits, go looking for fights with anyone that would prove entertaining! And he was retreating?! What was she supposed to do to make him stay? How was she supposed to catch his interest?
"Really... No fun at all." She shook her head. Annoyed.

*Shakaku did stop. From living at the school for such a long time he had learned that there were some things that he just couldn't get away with. Picking on ten or twenty students, he could get away with that. He could also get away with burning, or braking a few things. But what he couldn't get away with were things like killing, unless at survival camp, bribing, witch he didn't do, or bullying teachers. There were more for each list but he didn't want to think about it.*
Why should I fight you? I know your stronger and more experienced. Plus I have my own problems that are none of your business.
*The best thing would to probably have someone he could talk to abut it. But he didn't have anyone. Taking about it to Kaito was pointless, he wouldn't be able to help. He would just say something like "lets go prank them, just so we can get your mind off of this stuff." But as soon as they stopped and Shakaku was alone the thoughts would come back. He had to solve the problem not try to get his mind off of it. But as of now, he had no idea how to do that.*

His stopped actually surprised it. It seemed almost like his determination to leave had vanished for a minute. He was suddenly the curious one. It made her smirk a little, her hand untangling itself from her hair. The answer was pretty simple.
"You've never fought another Pyromancer, have you?" Her eyebrows were raised a little, questioning him even more. "Aren't you at least a little curious?" He was still a student after all. Still learning. Wouldn't he want to know just what another Pyromancer could do? What he could do with practice?
Freya paused for a few moment, watching him curiously, with that same questioning look as before. "What is sparring but a way of venting your emotions?" He would know what she meant. When you were angry, it felt just amazing to be able to take it out on something, to vent everything that was bugging you with out having to say a single word.
She paused again, finally smiling once more. "Besides, I'm bored. There's not much to do around here when you're not a student or an X-man." Of course, she'd never been a student here, but she could imagine you never ran out of things to do. You had plenty of homework, along with the drama caused by other students. She'd watched some, but didn't find it as entertaining as when she'd been in High school...

*Shakaku shook his head. That was boring. Was all she wanted was for him to entertain her. He had to think about her question for a little bit.*
Yea, I guess I'm curious, but only a little. Not enough to get beaten by you.
*He knew what would happen and that was enough for him. Plus if he fought her and she won then maybe the students wouldn't fear him as much, anymore. He was sure there was lots that this woman could teach him, but all she wanted was a fight. There was no way he would amuse her with a fight.*
I'm not going to entertain you by fighting with you.
*He was set on his decision, there was no way that this girl could make him fight with her. Even if she attacked him, he wouldn't fight. He knew his place, but of chorus the thoughts of her being some sort of new teacher were gone with her last comment. She could still be an important guest, but he wouldn't get kicked out if she wanted to fight... or would he? He was already pushing the limits with being the school's bully. Rumors of him plagued the school.*

Freya was smirking still, almost wanting to laugh a little. "What makes you think I'd beat you?" Okay, it was obvious she'd win. Or... It was obvious to her. She knew what she was, what he was. But the only thing telling him that she'd win was her self confidence and age. But teenage guys were hotheads! They were supposed to be overly confident! Why couldn't this guy be like that? Though... Maybe he was worried about his image. He didn't know her power, so he didn't know for sure if he was stronger or not. If he lost, that'd be extremely embarrassing for a guy! Especially since he'd have lost to a girl.
"I said spar. Spar and fight are different. Fighting is intentionally wanting to cause harm. Spar is.. a friendly test of strength."
Finally, Freya just sighed, her smirk vanishing as she rolled her eyes. Why couldn't she find anything at this school to entertain herself during class hours? It was infuriating. Maybe she should just take some time to go visit her home country?
"But if you don't want to, I'll just go find something better to do." She shrugged, smirking again.

*Shakaku was normal a hotheaded guy, but now he had lots on his mind and even if she was, by chance, weaker... he would probably lose, because of how distracted he was. If he didn't figure this out he might actually blow something up, or at least try. It was either that or giving a student the exclusive experience of having a near death experience. Both would for sure get him sent home, or just dumped on the street. Then there would be no hope of him solving this problem... maybe it was a solution. His biggest problem was Gisli. What was he going to do... he wanted to still be friends, she was one of the only ones he had. But it was so awkward with her. Maybe if he got stronger...no that wouldn't work. Then he would have more power to do nothing with.*
Still not interested.
*He started to walk away, but his voice sounded distracted. If he wasn't going to be able to be alone then he was going to work on solving at least this one problem. Hopefully he could solve it before he ran into Gisli again. She had told him a vague version of what happened to her, and wasn't sure how to take it. What should he do? Just act like it didn't happen, or try to comfort her?*
