This guy.... No wonder he wasn't at all interesting. He didn't even look all there! His mind was somewhere.... far from here. As if he was worried about something, or.... Trying to figure out something. Teenager problems. Didn't concern her in the least.
Still, it made her atleast a little curious. And it wasn't like she was going to do anything...
"Whatever it is, you're just going to make it worse by not talking about it." She'd lost that entertained tone, her voice going very serious. "Keep it building like that, and you're going to explode." He knew she meant literally explode. All the pent up emotions would manifest, and he'd probably do some serious damage. After all, fire and heat was a naturally destructive ability.
"You're going to hurt someone if you let that happen. My guess? It'll be someone close to you, trying to make you feel better." Maybe that'd worry him, but it was true. When Freya was in a similar emotional roller coaster, Tari would stay as close as possible, just to make sure Freya didn't cause anything damage. If only because Tari was the only person that couldn't be seriously hurt by Freya. Well... Other then Rory, technically. He would just come back if she accidentally killed him.

*Shakaku looked back to Freya, he was sure that would happen, but not she was telling him, and he believed her. He didn't want to hurt the three he was closest with. But he had no one to talk with. He didn't feel like anyone could listen the way that he needed, or give the advice taht he needed.*
Some people have no choice.
*She sounded privileged yet experienced. He knew that the fuse was getting shorter every day that this problem went unsolved. It wasn't like he could just walk up to a teacher or something and ask. He wasn't that open and they would probably be to surprised to even help. Then they would tell everyone they knew and that would really get students to not fear him. No. He had to solve this on his own, that was the only way.*
Imaimashii
*He muttered tis Japanese word quietly. It meant 'annoying.' It was considering the fact that he couldn't solve this and it was being more than a problem than it was suposed to be. That annoyed him, witch made him even more angry. Of chours that didn't help anything!

"No choice?"
Freya almost sighed, shaking her head and running her fingers through her hair again. "Who the hell told you that?" This was why she was home schooled most her life. The students started to think they couldn't go talk to anyone about problems. People that would know exactly what to say to help. Finally she smirked. It wasn't that students couldn't go to teachers, it was he couldn't go talk to them. "Get in trouble to much to go talk to them? Or maybe you just don't trust them." It was a little predictable. Pyromancers getting in trouble with the rules...
Why was she so curious about whatever was bothering the young man? She should just go find something else to do! Go help Tari with something, or go speak with Xavier or any of the other X-men. They were allies after all! But... Ever since Rory had left a few months before... She'd lost interest in it all. He hadn't given near any warning, and she'd been pretty spiteful after his departure for a few weeks. Even Tari wouldn't come near her after! Maybe.... Freya should just go back to France for a while.

*Yes....yes...and yes. He was often in trouble or about to get into trouble or avoiding the teachers so they wouldn't catch him. That took most his day. He also didn't trust the teachers. They knew little about him, and a few thought he understood English but only knew how to speak Japanese. It was fun to teas teachers like that. And only proved the fact that he didn't go to them for anything. They wern't turst worthy, and probably couldn't help. They may have been "teenagers once" themselves. But that was a long time ago! They didn't know about being a teenager in this time.*
Something like that...
*He was almost glaring at the woman, even though that was just a normal thing. It happened almost naturally now. It was a normal look for him. He did it to almost everyone. And everyone has seen that look at least once.*
Why do you even care?
*A second ago all she wanted was for someone to entertain her, for who knows what reason. Now she seemed curious. Why didn't she just go off and find some other student? He wasn't the only one wondering around.*

His question almost surprised her. Surely her curiosity was obvious. She smirked, shrugging a little more dramatically then necessary. Really, what was her reason? Did she have one other then having nothing better to do? Or... Maybe it was just a personal curiosity to what another Pyromancer was dealing with? Perhaps it was even just to make sure he didn't go take his frustration out of something or someone that would be completely squashed by his powers? There were plenty of reasons!
"I didn't say I cared. I just have nothing better to do, if you want an honest answer. If you don't... let's say it's an adult's concern. Which would you prefer?"
Her smile was supposed to be innocent, but it was almost taunting a little, completely unintentionally of course. She wasn't that good at sympathizing with others... Well others she didn't know. THis was just some random kid to her! Sure, they shared a common ability, but that was where their similarities ended. Okay.... maybe not. He seemed to be a short tempered brat, and... Well she didn't think she was a brat but Freya knew she was short tempered!

*Shakaku rolled his eyes. She was not helping his temper. But he was keeping the heat, mostly in check. Witch would prove to be stupid when it would come rushing out all at once.*
Neither, they both suck.
*He then turned and continued to walk away. Why should he endure this from a woman that he didn't even know and would probably never see again. No if she was important some how then he might care a tiny bit more. But he was sure that he wouldn't see her again, so it didn't matter. Nothing really mattered at this point.*
And if you don't care, then leave me alone!
*Shakaku yelled over his shoulder, only half hoping that she heard him. But he could care less if she didn't hear it, or pretended to not hear. Just because she had similar power to him, didn't mean that she could automatically help with whatever his problems were. True she could most likely help with more thins than others could, and understand more. But what teenage boy would want to talk to a older woman that he had just, somewhat met, and tell her all about his girl problems?*

Freya chuckled softly, shaking her head. “I suppose they do. I’m not helping much, am I?” She wasn’t the best at these kinds of things. Tari and Rory were the only people she should any concern for, after all! A random stranger was… well a random stranger to her! She didn’t know how to show that much concern for them.
She shrugged again when he told her to leave him alone. Of course she heard, he was yelling after all! How could she not have? “If you say so.” She’d just have to go find something else to do it seemed! With a sigh she ran her fingers through her hair, heading off in the other direction
She only took a few steps when she suddenly stopped, looking over her shoulder at him with a smirk. “Oh. And just so you know, if you’re going to mess with the temperature, you do it like this.” The temperature skyrocketed, raising more than fifty degrees in half a second. Even though Shakaku specialized in raising the temperature he would realize instantly that at this point even he wasn’t able to do that! That wasn’t the only problem though. Shakaku wouldn’t be able to affect such a large area. Freya? She had absolutely no trouble affecting 30 feet in all directions. The snow sizzled and melted instantly. Freya just smirked. “Just raising or lowering a few degrees isn’t that fun. In case you were wondering.”

*Shakaku was a little shocked at the temperature raise. But she was just showing off, he could raise if quite high if he wanted to... Shakaku turned and started to walk away again. He wasn't going to take this. She knew that he was younger, that equaling less experience. Plus there wasn't any pyromancer to help him. She probably got taught how to do all the things that she could do.*
Nanto
*He was actualy more destracted than before. That was shown by him saying whatever, but in Japanese. Japanese usualy came out easier and more naturally to him. When he was a kid he spoke Japanese when ever he was home, witch was more, time wise, than anywhere else. He also taught his friends a few words. Also he translated lots of the time for his mom. But all his siblings, and his father did that. Hopefully this time the girl would leave him alone. He would go find a place to sort thought his problems. Hopefully solve them before something bad happened. But just to be safe, he would stay away from Kaito and Gisli. He didn't want to accentually harm them and then regret it.*

Age really did play a huge factor when it came to how much control you had of a power, but there was more to it. Overall natural ability also played a role, and seeing as Freya was one of the most powerful Pyromancers, her power just came natural. And what she couldn't teach herself? Her mother had been able to teach her.... Or teach her some. Seeing as her mother had died at a fairly young age, Freya and Tari had been left on their own. Of course Freya knew there were things she still had to figure out, but she didn't want people to know that. She hadn't even told Rory that when he'd still been at the school.
The boy speaking Japanese bugged her a little, but not enough to make her react physically. "Be careful." He'd know what she meant. That was all she had to say. She let the temperature drop back to normal as she started to leave again. She'd just go find Tari, or help the X-men with something. Soon, she was out of sight of the student, a smirk on her lips. It'd been interesting. She was sure she'd see that nameless student again. Whether by coincidence, like this meeting, or he'd seek her out....

*Shakaku wasn't one to ask for help. Or even admit that he needed help. He did slightly with this conversation, but not enough to make him feel like he had. He was also sure that he would see the fiery red heired woman again. As she walked out of sight Shakaku also turned and left the grounds of their meting. He wondered inside the mansion and up the stairs. He made it to the observation tower and looked out. This too was generally a quiet place around this time. He needed to think and sort through his thoughts. It would help if he had someone to talk with. Someone that he could trust and was similar enough to him that they would understand. The last words that the nameless woman had spoken rang in his ears 'Be careful.' He knew that, but he had to do better about checking on his anger and heat. If either got out of control then lots of people would be in danger. After harming those people he would undoubtedly get suspended, or just kicked out. Once again that would solve a bunch of problems but then where would he go. He needed to learn control. That much was obvious.*
Now what.
*He spoke to himself. The womans face and words almost honted his mind. When would he blow up? Was there a specific time that he could estimate, or would it come at some unexpected time?*

_______________________________________________________________________ It'd been a few days since Freya's last visit to the school. Still no word from Rory. So... She'd just stayed at the hotel. It probably had Tari worried, but Freya refused to talk about it. She refused to talk to Tari about almost anything actually. When the two did converse it was polite, and formal... Which was very uncharacteristic of Freya. Today though, she'd finally decided she needed to get out, do something productive. She was so desperate she would go to Xavier, as shocking as that sounded! She stood at the front gates of the school, just staring at them for a few moments before sighing and slipping inside. Most the snow from the last snowstorm had melted, just a few patches here or there. It made her smile a little. Freya didn't like snow. It meant she had to make sure her body temperature stayed high enough that she didn't need a coat to stay warm. Sure, it wasn't a difficult thing, but still! It was annoying! Most the students were in class at the moment, all except those who had graduated and were now waiting to become X-men. They had an age restriction, for good reasons! The X-men did some pretty dangerous things, and suffered from casualties all the time. It'd be much worse if they sent teenagers out. With another sigh she wandered the grounds. She wanted a few more minutes of peace and quiet before she grew desperate enough to go inside...

*This time Shakaku had found a nice patch of grass where the sun hit him just right. He liked to be warm and was doing his best to hold his powers back. If he did let go, then he might let go too much and explode here and now. Even thought he was sure he wasn't at that point....yet. Things had seemed to get a big more awkward with Gisli, it had come down to just passing each other and saying "hey." That would have never happened before she left, they would talk for a little bit. Shakaku could feel the tension in the air.*
What am I gonna do...
*He didn't want to confront his friends about it, in case he hurt them, and Furai, his fuzzy companion was now hibernating for the winter. So in result he had to figure this out all by himself. No one could help him at this point. At least that's what he thought. He knew that he needed someone to talk to but he wouldn't admit it until it was crucial that he did. Thoughts of the strange woman came to him with the words that she had spoken.*

Freya hadn't expected to see more then a few people out. It might not be covered in snow, but it was still a cold day. Most of the leafs had fallen off the trees, some of the grass starting to turn brown. It was most definitely fall, winter coming in hard and strong. Thankfully it wasn't supposed to snow again for a few more days. At least that was one thing Freya could look forward to.
Maybe... She would have preferred the snow right now, though. It reminded her of that amazing week she'd spent in the Himalayas with Rory. Sure, she'd just about been killed, and Rory had been killed twice, but... It'd still been the most perfect week.
Her thoughts were wandering. If she hadn't had such a firm grip on her powers, she might have lashed out from all the pent up feelings. But, she had control. That kept reminding her of that Pyromancer student she'd met a few days before. He didn't have that control. He was going to blow up, if he hadn't already. He was going to hurt someone.... He was going to have the same reaction she'd had when her mother died. Unlike Freya though, he didn't have someone that could stop him from doing anything stupid.
Freya wondered... Should she go to Xavier and ask for the boy's name? He'd know instantly who she meant. He knew all the students well. But why should she? The kid definitely didn't want to see her again. She'd only approached him because she was bored at the time...
Her footsteps slowed to a stop as she stared up at the cloudy sky. If only she'd known the boy was on the grounds as well. He wasn't in her sight though, just looking like a normal student to her. The kid though? He'd recognize her, it wasn't often you came across someone with as red of hair as hers after all!

*Shakaku let out a deep sigh. He allowed some heat to emanate from him, partially because he was getting kind of cold. He sat up and looked around. He saw that red haired girl. What did she want? Maybe she could help him, maybe not. It wasn't like he was going to ask her. He wasn't the type to ask for help, even if he knew he needed it. He just layed back down and heated himself a bit more. He was still holding back... for obvious reasons.*
This is so annoying...
*He spoke at a normal volume and didn't care who herd him and who didn't. If that woman wanted to talk to him she would probably be able to scene the unusually high heat coming from him. He knew that she was powerful and wasn't going to test her abilities but he left it to her if she came up to him. He would talk to her if she did, but it would probably end up like last time. It would sound more like an argument than anything else and get him angry. He had to try not to get to angry or he would blow up.*

Freya wasn't looking for him. Not yet at least. She debated it, and finally decided not to. Why should she? If the kid needed someone to talk to, he could just go to one of the X-men. Sure, he didn't like them, or they didn't like him, but they at least knew him. He wouldn't go talking to a random stranger just because she happened to have a similar power. That was just.... idiotic to put it simply.
She stood there for a few minutes, her gaze still upward. Already she was bored, and she'd only just arrived! She should just go back to France for a little while... Spend some time with some more familiar faces... Not to mention she could be as outspoken as she wanted back in France. The government put up with Freya and Tari, leaving them alone as long as they didn't do anything crazy. Here though? If anyone outside the school found out Freya and Tari were in the country bad things would happen. Big names like them... Well, Mutant haters would just love to try and get aggressive outbursts from them. Just think, Shakaku only had to worry about being kicked out of the school. Freya had to worry about starting a war!
Suddenly she blinked, noticing a sudden spike in the temperature. That had to be that Pyro student again. Really, did he understand the word 'subtle'? Sure, Freya had some trouble being subtle herself but she didn't heat up all the air around her if she got cold. She would just heat up her own body! It was much easier then heating the air!
Her gaze dropped slowly to gaze warily in the direction of the student, finally spotting him. What was she supposed to do now? The kid looked even worse then he did last time! He was still holding it all back... "You don't have much longer, you know!" She had to raise her voice so he might hear, there was quite a distance between them after all.
