Rain Rain, Go Away (Open)

*She shook her head and laughed.*

"Yes, I'm sure you would. And then they would scrape their knee running from you and then you would run over and kiss it all better. It's so cute."

*Ro gently pinched his cheek after finishing before glancing across the beach to see an upset little boy, fussing over his kite, which he was unable to get into the air. Her eyes misted over and a strong gust of wind nearly knocked him over and then pulled the kite up into the air. The little kid was baffled at first, but when he saw that he kite was up he stated jumping around like a little idiot. She smirked at this and shook her head.*

::he tickled her when she pinched his cheek, but he couldn't help but wonder what kind of a father he would be. When he watched her help the kid's kite get into the air, he looked to her with a half smile::

This coming from someone who doesn't like seeing kids cry.

*She smirked and shook her head.*

"So I help a little kid with his kite and suddenly I'm a softy? One of my friends made me babysit his son, who is pretty tough by most peoples' standards, but he was scared to death of me because he was being a brat and complaining about me not giving him chocolate milk so I gave him river water. Trust me, I'm no pushover when it comes to kids. Don't get me wrong they should get a chance to actually be children, but the don't need to expect that everything will be handed to them on a silver platter."

*She bit her bottom lip after her ranting.*

"I'm very picky when it comes to kids."

::he couldn't help but hold back a small laugh that grew while she ranted about kids. He couldn't beleive that someone who had such a problem with kids was now the head lady of a school full of them. He shrugged and patted her arm gently::

And yet, you're in a school full of them. Go figure

*She glared over at him.*

"Most of the kids at the school have gone though or are going through things similar I've already been though. With them I'm a bit more understanding."
