' A b i l i t i e s

• Power/s [/color] | Danii’s mutation is her ability to shape shift into any person. She has no exact DNA to determine her physical attributes, causing her appearance to easily be changed at her own will. Her appearance is altered along with the voice, finger prints, and even down to the core of a different DNA code. She can hold an entire appearance for up to nine hours without any changes. The appearance she is acknowledged as is the only appearance she can hold for as long as she would like because it was the first code her DNA ever had.
She can change as many attributes as she likes one at a time, a handful, or an entire mimic. Changes can be made in a matter of a second, but entire DNA changes take about five seconds.

• Flaw/s [/color] | With her powers, Danii has boundaries. She cannot mend injuries by any shifts. Her body has been injured and with whatever appearance she takes, it will be passed on in each shift. She heals at the pace of an adverage homo-sapiens. Traits in running and strength can only be mimicked as long as it be from a human. Abilities cannot be copied from mutants. Also due to her heterochromia, she never has the same exact color in her eyes in any shift, though it is very hard to tell because it’s only a very slight difference.
• weapons [/color] | Besides her powers, Danii carries a dagger about four inches long strapped on her belt loop. She usually wears oversized hoodies to conceal it all the same when she is walking about alone.
• Overall Abilities/ Skills[/color] | Danii is small, and with such size she can easily conceal herself. Besides concealing herself, she can hide other objects as well as being an expert in stealing when the time is needed. She can run pretty fast, and at times her skill of talking very fast can help. She is also a quick improviser.

• Overall Appearance[/color] | Standing at only 4’10, Danii doesn’t exactly fit the mold of a ‘dangerous mutant’ as some say. She has a slim figure and has a slightly tanned complexion. She has light brown hair that falls six inches before her waist. Her hair has natural auburn highlights in the sunlight and she had dyed the ends of her hair an electric blue.
Danii has the defect of heterochromia, where the irises of the eyes differ in color from one another. Her left eye is blue, and her right is green- but both are the same deep intensity of color, and can be mistaken for the same color from a far.

• Fears [/color] | Danii hates all bugs, and she’ll flinch at the sound of buzzing wings- even butterflies she’ll swat away if they get too close. She fears forgetting her brother, as well, because she forgot her parents- and she knows it for the better, because she doesn’t exactly miss them- and doesn’t dare to forget the only other person who was a link to her past. And most importantly of all- she refuses to die without saying what she needs to say. She hasn’t said a word yet, but knows there will a time to say it all.
• Goals/ dreams[/color] | Danii hopes to live long enough to have family of her own- that’s all. At times, she still looks back to her dreams of going to England for college- if she can ever go to College, with her ever-changing DNA. She also dreams of publishing her life into a book, and she can’t ever stop herself from narrating her life mentally to herself before bed in third person.
• Overall Personality[/color] Expressed through many forms of Shakespeare, Danii is a conspiracy to her first impression. Naturally, she thinks much of first impressions, and tends to over think actions when making one which makes her seem shy at first. She is very judgmental herself. With such a keen eye, she can set out her own opinion of someone quickly by small aspects detected at a first glance and the first spoken sentence. Through her experience as a runaway alongside her brother, to be safe is to know who your enemy is and who your ally is.
Once she gets to know someone, they’ll never be able to look back at her the same way again. Danii, when she isn’t catching her breath after a run for safety, she isn’t your average teen. Then again- what is a teen doing shifting her a appearance in the blink of an eye, and running for life?
Growing up alongside her brother, Danii has gained some of his rebellious traits. Next to her impeccable ability to quote Shakespeare in all the perfect moments, Danii stands for what she strongly believes in- and with such a hard head like her own, she will try anything to succeed. She has thin tolerance for some things, but she’s learned to control herself from colliding her knuckle into someone’s face., and uses sarcastic remarks in place of violence. She tends to speak her mind without thinking, and at times will put her emotions first when making decisions.

• Overall history[/color] | Danii doesn’t remember most of her past, just fragments of her small hands being pulled by Mason, with his face still young without the scar the thin scar on the left side of jawline and such. She has no memory of what ever happened before she was six, and Mason fourteen- no memory of how they began to live in the Underground hideout with all the other orphaned mutants, nor a recollection of before it was attacked.
Down underground in the streets by Queens, Danii and Mason joined the huddled bunch of orphaned mutants until she was nine. Together these mutants made up a system of protection amongst one another, - all up until humans found them, and so did other not so friendly mutants. At age nine, Danii learned what the dangers of being a mutant truly were- and that was how her brother gained the scar on his jaw. The underground hideout lost it’s protection, and its inhabitants. All eight of them were killed, besides Mason and Danii who managed to escape.
By age nine, the two siblings had lived amongst the humans- because if they looked like one of them, they wouldn’t suspect a thing most of the time. They managed to stay under the attention of many, until an unfortunate day in Chinatown. The same mutants who attacked their previous home years before had found them- and they never knew they were ever being followed. Danii remembers it all perfectly, and she could remember the fatigue she felt from all her shifting those minutes as they ran through the crowds,
In half an hour, Mason had thrown her into the crowd and alone he ran into an alley, and that was when they found him. From a distance, Danii watched as they beat him- and then she saw the quick snap and their flee. She didn’t know why she didn’t, why she didn’t go back. Nor did she ever understand why exactly he stared at her discreetly, and crossed his fingers over his lips right before his death.
After that, Danii took on many different appearances before she found the school- the school where Mason and her had once planned to go together some day.
