Appearance: Tends to stick with older fashions from the 40s and 50s, if pressed or necessary he would slip into a fairly neutral jeans and t-shirt combo. He carries around a few packs of cigarettes at any given time Lucky Strikes being his preferred brand.
He also carries a tarnished worn flask, most often filled with whiskey or some other form of hard alcohol, no mixtures.

Personality: Leon is a drifter and he has been that way all of his considerable lifespan. He has fought in a variety of wars (including wars that are not known to the public) and he has been involved with many influential figures in the last century. He spent a considerable amount of time working for Shield before ‘retiring’ about a decade or so ago. He has traveled the world, and he has been quite the ladies’ man in his long career. He used to be quite the hothead and despite his age, he hasn’t quite cooled himself off. Depending on his current state his personality changes considerably to match his approximate age, though in general he is still the same person.

Bought before his recruitment into the army in world war II, this bike has been with him throughout most of his life, Modified a variety of times by himself and other agencies it has proved to be his constant and only true companion.

Descendants: Though he may have fathered a variety of illegitimate children over the course of his life, he is only sure of a few: Freya, and Tari Elensar are in fact his grandchildren. He became aware of them once they became involved in France’s governmental affairs as soliders for hire.

Power(s): He the ability to transform into and create fire and smoke, as well as the power to transform into and control water and ice. This of course allows him to control temperatures of objects and areas.
Weakness(s): his aging and metabolism are irregular. By using his powers he slowly grows younger, and by smoking and drinking he is able to slow down his aging to a manageable level. Now that he is 91 normal aging is no longer safe making his aging far more unstable. This combined with serums taken during his time in shield has caused his aging to become too unstable to ignore.
Cause: Oddly it was his first cigarette and his first drink that unlocked each of his perspective powers. Setting a building on fire after smoking his first cigarette…and he froze the bar as he drank his first drink.
Other skills: He is an excellent mechanic, a well-trained solider, a decent survivalist, he has a passing knowledge of most European languages, he clearly knows his way around alcohol, he has worked as a heater/air conditioner repairman, life guard, mechanic, delivery man, tour guide, bartender, paramedic, fireman, scuba diver, salesman, fitness trainer, historian, jazz pianist, comedy club host, antique dealer, body guard, police officer, stock market consultant, Milk man, Actor, Conman, Security Consultant, Carnival Worker, Circus Preformer, Janitor, Park Ranger.
