The sun was shining through the window and onto the bed that the brunette beauty slept upon. It shone across her sunkissed skin and reflected off of her blue eyes as they opened sleepily. She sat up and stretched her arms out. Today was a new day in a new place. She was in New York and was looking into the mutant school she had heard so many rumors about. She was not in control of all of her powers yet and she needed help. Maybe they could help her there at the school. She climbed out of bed and jumped in the shower. She let the hot water fall over her face. Once she was done bathing and doing her hair and makeup she picked out a red dress with black polka dots. It was a halter top and looked very pin up girl style. Her hair was done in liberty rolls and her lips had on bright red lipstick.
She grabbed her purse and walked out to her car. She drove a 67 black chevy impala. She loved the 1950s but the 1960s had some amazing and beautiful cars. She jumped in and turned the key and the engine roared to life. She loved the roar of a good engine. She dated a mechanic in the 70s and he taught her everything there was to know about cars. She drove down the road and looked for the mansion that the school was in. Once she found it she turned into the driveway and looked up at the giant building.
It was huge. She was nervous as her heart felt like it was going to beat right out of her chest. She had not felt this way since she found out her sister Rose had disappeared and she was questioned by the townspeople as to where her and James were. She had never found them and figured that they had both passed away. She got out of her car and walked up to the entrance. Two people were coming out and she smiled at them. Maybe they could help her find who she was looking for.
"Hello. I'm looking for someone called The Professor?"

Beast was intuned to a conversation with another as they walked out the front door. A nagging feeling inside of him was telling him to shut up as his companion was probably making a last ditch attempt to run away from this little chat. Hank tended to ramble on if people let him. It wasn't until he heard the girl's voice that his attention upon the other was diverted. He vaguely heard a 'I have to go bye' from the older student he had been conversing with while his attention was on this new woman. The professor? He couldn't help but frown a little to that question.
"I am afraid the Professor is not here at the moment, though I would be happy to help a maiden in distress. What is it that you require?" Henry smiled as coyly as he could manage. He wasn't good a 'moves' but he was willing to help anyone and while he may be an obvious mutant...he still had an appreciation for the fairer sex. Not that it was really a move either...poor Hank was just awkward that way. While he gave her the time to speak he wondered if she was wanting sanctuary or was here for some other purpose. All in all he hoped it was good news.

The brunette looked up as a voice spoke near her. Her eyes widened a bit as she took in the fury blue man standing in front of her. he had obviously been the one who had spoken to her. You think she would be used to all different kinds of mutants but she had never seen one like him before. He smiled at her and she found her composure and smiled back. She wasn't one to judge people especially because she had been judged her entire life so why should she judge others. She nodded as he said that he could help her.
"I uh heard this was a place for mutants to come for help. You see I need help controlling my powers and I didn't know where else to go. I'm Genevieve by the way. Genevieve O'Hara."
She extended her hand out to shake his. Back when she was still young she would have curtsied by that was just how she was raised in the time when she was born. Back then things were different. If her parents had found out about her being a mutant she would have been burned for being a witch. But now she could get help. There were others like her and places like this that she could go to for help on matter like this. She missed her family greatly being that they were all deceased but she liked this time better than the time she had been born into.
