Appearance: Charlie has a slender figure and stands at 5'4. She has long, wavy brown hair which she usually keeps loose and dark brown eyes. Having grown up in Hawaii Charlie has tanned skin.

Personality: Charlie grew up on the Hawaiian island Molokai and because of this the big cities of the main land tend to overwhelm her. Charlie displays a very calm and controlled demeanor, always taking her time and going with the flow.
A very kind person, Charlie smiles frequently, and is egger to make a good first impression, most of the time. Charlie is considerate of the feelings of others and tries not to pressure someone to do something if they do not want to do. For the most part Charlie has a fair amount of patience, unless it's with someone she's extremely close with, and she can be very tolerant of the actions of other people.
For all of Charlie's patience she does have her limits, mostly with close friends and family but then she knows them best, she tends to snap and when this girl snaps it's best to find the quickest escape route for this girl can be fairly violent when she wants to be.

With this she is able to catch and suspend objects and people in the air, restraining them so they are unable to move, and also stab and slash at objects.
Weakness(s): Teleporters, anything that can cut her strings.
Cause: She's not entirely sure how she got her power.
