Alone at night [Ben "Drake"]

Ben loved the feeling of her around his neck when she whispered in to his ear she had said yes, he was dreaming no way would any girl say yes to him on that offer then she drew her self closer and before ben knew it her lips where on his and she had started to kiss him.

He warped his arms around her even tighter if it was poibule with out crushing her and kissed her back after awhile he broke the kiss and looked at her and smiled and slipped her fingers threw her hair as he looked at her, he wasn't sure what to say to her the only thing keeping him on the ground right not was him he felt like screaming and flying everywhere he had a feeling if he just took off now he be so exsided that he drop clover and he diffently didn't want that size it was nice just to be hear with her. He didn't know where to go from hear thought he never had a girl friend before and he wasn't sure how this was going to work out in the end with where the two of them lived.

*Aryanna enjoyed every moment of kiss and was sad that it was over, but instead of giving him a pouty face, which is what she wanted to do, she smiled at him. His beautiful eyes looking back at her. She held tighter to him and rested her head on his chest. She was so happy. After a while she looked up at Angel. He seemed to have something on his mind. With a mischievous look she unlatched an arm from around his neck and poked his face, right in on the cheek. Placing her arm back around his neck she smiled at him.* Your turn. What’s on your mind hot stuff?

*Aryanna wondered if it had something to do with her, or that address she gave him. If it came up, should she lie and say that it was just a joke, or should she come clean and explain? That was always the hardest part about finding a hot boy who seemed insecure about the circus. How come all the hot ones seem to have some problem with where she lives? Hopefully Angel will see past that and will be willing to talk with her about it.*

He smiled at her when she poked his face pulling a little face he looked at her and shuged “guess wondering if this is going to work...you know with you moving with your family away who knows when and you having to work in the days and me being up all night...I'm willing to let us try” he smiled at her “also I was thinking about the lovely woman in my arms and how lucky I am right now” it was the truth and it was better then the normal answer any guy would give he figured being nothing.

He sat up so he wasn't laying on his wings anymore and placed Aryanna in his lap holding her like she was a glass doll that might break at any moment if he let go. He looked at Aryanna wondering what she thought he knew that it was a downer of a topic but it wasn't like he could go around thinking this was going to last forever he could afford to think like, he always thought ahead with everything and the poistive and negivtie came along with thinking about it every time.

*With a smile Aryanna listened to his concerns. She giggled a little bit.* Of course it will work you dummy. And I’m sure we’ll be staying in New York for quite a while. *Business has been good, and they always had people coming and going. Aryanna wasn’t worried about them moving, at least not for a while.*

*Then he mentioned her, obviously flirting.* You should feel lucky, that’s my specialty. *Aryanna took this moment to look at the stars, and the view, that was until she heard a security guard coming their way. The two quickly hid. The guard looked back and forth then pulled a walkie talkie to his mouth.* All clear over here, *sigh* I so can’t wait until my shift is over. I’m taking my little girl to the circus tomorrow. She’s so excited. * A short pause.* I hear you there, just get back to work. Our shifts are almost done. *With a laugh the guard walked aways. When he was for sure out of earshot Aryanna spoke with a smile on her face.* That sounds fun. I’m sure his kid will enjoy it. *She laughed a little bit as she came out of her as she left her hiding place.*

When Ben hurd someone come he quickly hid there wasn't enough time for him to hid behind a very large tree. Ben lessioned to the guard for any sort of sign that he might of caught them he wasn't worried about guns or anything for him self but to people sneaking around lady liberty after hours normally wasn't for friendly meetings, When the guard said something about a circus Ben looked to Aryanna wanting to know what she would think but he didn't make any move until the guard was gone.

When he was and Aryanna hoped out and laughed a little saying that it sounded like fun to go he reached down and helped her up. “Kids normally do its a show, I saw one or two when I was young” he shuged “I didn't know the circus was in town did you wonder if they have any have any acrobats there” Yes he was lieing he was very much aware that the circus was in town but he was trying to make light of what the topic and acrobat was the best thing that seemed to fit her she did do that trick the other night on the roof.

*Aryanna’s eyes glowed with excitement, she spun around. It was probably because of the rush of being “a bad girl.” She stopped to listen to what Ben had to say.* I went a lot when I was a kid. They are all so exciting and so full of life. *She smiled at Angel. When she was younger, she would always watch the show, maybe sneak off to other shows, just to prove to herself that her circus was better, which it has always been.*

*Aryanna thought about the acrobat idea.* Hmm. Well I’m sure they do. Every good circus needs a few acrobats, don’t you think? *She smiled at Ben and waited for his answer. Then kept going.* When I was a kid, I used to dream about being an acrobat, on the stage, and I was the best. *She then laughed loudly. Laughing at herself, she wanted to be just like daddy. So she learned, but she had a better job right now. She loved what she did, but she still worried about the freak show conversation. She didn’t want to talk about it. Angel was not a freak, he was a sweet sensitive, strong man. He was perfect.*

Ben smiled at Aryanna when she spun around and started to talk “Wow you seem like you really liked the Circus maybe I can take you to one some day...Maybe the one that guys going to” he shifted his wings a little. When she continued to go on about circus he smiled “Yea I guess your right, wow an acrobat you” he chucked “are you sure...guess it was kind of hard to do that with your family moving around all the time” he quickly grabbed her hand and pulled her clouse when she laughed loudly. He placed a finger over her mouth and had a small smile.

He loved the way she laughed but with the guards walking around he didn't want to get caught so fast after the guard just left “shh my little acrobat do you want the guards to find us I can only fly so fast to get us out of hear you know” he had a small smirk on his face as he said it this night was going wonderful he did wish that she come out as say what was the deal with the address that he gave her but he wanted her to come out on her own to make sure she got it.

*Aryanna nodded and giggled a little bit when Angel told her to be quiet. She thought about his last comment before that. She wanted to say yes, but then again....she wanted to say no. She worried about what would happen next but she felt like she had to keep him away from her family, at least right now.* The Circus. Hm...but what about your looks, I’d hate for you to be stared at or something like that. *She felt bad, but she had to keep him away from there. She buried her face into his chest as she waited for his response. She felt horrible about bringing up his looks, he probably was really sensitive about that.*

*After a long pause Aryanna pulled away with a big smile on her face.* Let’s just stop talking about stupid ciruses alright? I’m sure it’s just some tourist trap, trying to jip people out of their money. *She didn’t want to give away much, but she had to stop talking about the circus, or else something will come up that Aryanna would rather stay hidden.*

*Aryanna then slightly retreated to a bench, nearby and sat on it, letting out a sigh, hopefully of relief.*

When she brought up his looked he extended his wings to there full amout and looked at them his wings towering over her “You mean these? There not that noticeable are they” he looked at them tor a bit before he foulded them back “What do you think trench coats are made for I can get one on and take you anywhere just look like a hunch back if your o.k with that”

when she barried her face into him he smiled and held her, he contined to try to confort her a bit “The only reason I only come out at night is cause I like to have my wings out, that and people do tend to judge really fast but think about it if I was walking around all day with my wings pined to my back it be like if you walked around handcuffed they are a limb part of me. I hide it because other people judge but if you want to go any where cirus zoo, mingolfing i'll go just got to promise me to let me fly around a bit after “ he chucked at the last part holding her tight until she pulled away.

He looked at her when she asked to stop talking about it and shuged his large wings making the mosion far to big again “if that makes you happy then what do you want to talk about we got all night unless you got to go home again early” he sat on the bench leaning forward so he chould sit and not knock her off.

*It was sweet that Angel tried to make her feel better, but it didn’t matter.* Just promise me that you won't go anywhere near the Circus. Is that alright? *She smiled at Ben, but looked as serious as she could.* I’ve been to alot of Circuses in my time, but I don’t trust them. They all seem to act weird, like they have something up their sleeve. *That was mostly true. Her younger sister alone got together lots of money. This was sometime with their cousin as well.*

*It was so sweet how he kept trying to make her feel better. He wasn’t mad at her, that was good. she stayed for a while, until she went to the bench. She nodded when he asked if it would make her happy, then she thought about the time and what they could talk about.* I should probably get home, I have an early morning tomorrow. You can just drop me where you did the last night. *She moved closer to the man who was next to her, draping her arms around him, getting close to his face. She gave him a sweet kiss on the cheek and then she gave him a big smile.*

When she told him that he never needed to go to the circus he raised an eyebrow “o.k um...i think thats the point for them to have a trick up there sleeve hun but I can promise to never go to one...but...never mind ” Ben looked down he was going to ask about the address but it didn't seem like a good time or maybe she just lie about it or something.

When she said that she should head home soon he nooded and smiled when he kissed her check he wraped his arms around her and took off flying, he drooped her off right where she said last time he held her for a second more “Good night love how about we do dinner this weekend...a late dinner meet hear at 8 ock friday” he looked at her letting her good home when she let go of him and waighting for him to say yes or no to the dinner date..

*Aryanna smiled when he said that he would, because she asked.* Thank you *That was all she would say unless he asked. As they flew Aryanna didn’t observe things as much as she did the last time they flew. She was deep in thought about her family versus her love life. She would keep it a secret for now, from everyone. This wasn’t a good time to talk about it. Unfortunately she knew that it would have to come up sometime...soon.*

*They landed in an alleyway as they did the last time. She smiled at him. He told her about a dinner date, her smile only widened.* I’ll meet you here. *She then moved in closer to him and, once again, lightly pressed her lips on his. Staying there only a few seconds, she pulled away. Turning on her heels she happily walked away from Angel. She walked away. Once near her home she stopped, taking a deep breath and calmed herself down before she walked into the living area of the troupe. She then went to her area and went to bed. It goes without saying, but her dreams were filled with her wonderful new dragon boyfriend. But in most of her dreams, he was a big black, beautiful, scaly dragon. And in some of her dreams, she rode him around all day and all night.*
