Appearance:
At first glance, Scylla appears relatively normal, with thick, curly red hair, large gray-blue eyes, fair skin. The only abnormal feature about her is her height, the girl touching 5'10 easily. Upon closer examination though, you'll spot one very crucial detail. She's thing. Freakishly thin. Like she'd never had a decent meal in her life thin.

Personality:
Scylla is.... Okay, let's just start out by saying stay away from this psychopath as much as possible. And, yes. She actually is a (clinically diagnosed) psychopath.

First and foremost, the girl has... issues. At least when it comes to understanding emotions, body language, facial expressions, even different voice tones. You see, because of her condition, she's a bit lacking when it comes to emotions. She either can't feel it, or it's very subdued (For example, she's incapable of feeling guilt, love, sympathy, remorse... the list goes on and on.). As you can see, to recognize an emotion, you must first understand it. Amazingly though, she is very very good at faking emotions. Unless she slips up, or tells you, it's unlikely you'll ever find out what she really is...

Like most psychopaths, she's a pathological liar. And to say she's good at it... Is a bit of an understatement. Because she's incapable of feeling shame, or fear, her body language and tone of voice never display the typical signs of a liar. Instead, you have to rely on what she says to try and catch a lie. How? Well, because of her vague understanding of emotions, sometimes she will contradict herself. This doesn't happen very often though, so just always assume she's lying.

Scylla is a manipulative little witch. Basically, she classifies people into two categories. You are either useful, and manipulable, or not worth her time. If you fall in the first category, expect the girl to use you. She comes off as very charming, and always makes good first impressions. She'll maintain this facade as long as necessary, all the while raking up an impressive list of cons she's pulled on the individual.

The girl lacks respect or people, authority, and rules/laws. In fact, she believes she's above all of those things. People are inferior creatures, so listening to them is beneath her. Rules and laws are meant to be broken. In fact, if you punish this girl for misdeeds, all it does is encourage her to do it again! Actually, she's had quite a few run ins with the law before now for pretty theft, fire starting, and assault. The only reason she isn't in Juvie is because the Assault case was ruled self defense when the person showed signs of a psychotic break (by committing Cannibalism. Wonder who caused that.). Sadly, she wouldn't have cared if she was sent to Juvie, or even full blown prison. Because she can't feel fear, she honestly wouldn't care if she was given the death penalty! Creepy...

Whatever you do, NEVER challenge this girl to a battle of the minds. Just don't. She is... freakishly smart. Trying to outsmart this girl would be like trying to outsmart Sherlock Holmes. Just don't do it. You'll make a fool of yourself... She doesn't have full blown photographic memory though. Specifically, she can remember anything she reads or sees, but can only retain anything she hears for a short time (So, she can quote a book she read ten years ago word for word, but she can't quote one that she heard ten years ago.)

This girl thrives on reactions, and will lash out violently at times towards an unsuspecting individual. If she gets the reaction she wants... she will mentally (and, in rare cases physically) torture them. Telepaths in particular will find themselves being targetted specifically by Scylla, all because she doesn't have to say anything to make them squirm.

Power(s):
Hunger Manipulation- Basically, she can control people's hunger, and. Doesn't sound that bad, does it? Well, if she's angry enough, she can turn people into cannibals.... Pretty creepy, huh?

Energy Manipulation/consumption- Without food, your body has no energy! So, Scylla also has the pesky ability to manipulate how much energy you have! Usually, she only uses this ability to drain a person, make them so weak they can barely move, but she can have the opposite. You know, if she ever wanted. What does she do with all this energy though? She takes it for herself, of course!

Weakness(s): The biggest down side to her hunger manipulation is she is always under it's affects. Literally, she is always hungry. Which is why she looks so malnourished. Like wise, her body has trouble converting food to energy, so the only way for her to get energy, is by stealing it. Awesome side affect, right?
Cause: That's a tricky question. She showed signs of her.... differences at a very young age, but they were merely abnormalities then. It wasn't until her father's death two years ago that her powers fully manifested.
