*Chantel was a little happy to see that boy again but was dispelased at his wish to do IT again. She glared at him the entire time, but happily took people's money. As Theo ran off she glared in his direction. This time she wouldn't get pulled in. She placed all the money in her pocket. Some of them so cheep as to give only a few coins. She hated being out and performing.*
* Glancing one more time at where Theo had gone Chantel quickly looked away, she had a job to do and she was going to do it. She continued to walk the beautiful Zebra around. Sometimes telling her to do tricks. She would rear up onto her back legs and spin around. The crowd clapped and she continued to walk. She headed towards the area where the boy had ran and walked up to him.*
What are you trying to prove. Look, if you want to make money, do it on your own time, and not on our land. *This technically wasn't their land, but they were on it, and it was their job to entertain and the guest's job to observe. Why couldn't this boy get that into his head?* Just be grateful you aren't dealing with anyone else. Any of the other members would tear you limb from limb now, in ways that you couldn't imagin. *She was only part of the way exaggerating. The troupe took entertaining seriously, and it was mostly a family business. Her family business.*

Theo was glad to be away from that crowd. They were like a starving pack of wolves out for blood. He loved entertaining people as much as the next person, but they had no love for the art before them. They only wanted to see something freaky or ugly or odd because it was and not for the beauty that it possessed. He just sat down and tried to get his mind off of the vultures until the girl walked back up to him. She wasn't pleased at him, which didn't surprise him any. He listened to what she had to say to him with a forced smile on his face.
" I'm not trying to prove anything and I'm not after any money. I love what you do here, I truly do, but those people out there are vultures who don't care about the beauty of your art and it sickens me." Theo said to her as he hide his face so she couldn't see how he wasn't smiling anymore. " I didn't mean to offend you what so ever Hvísla."
Theo didn't know what she would say in reply to him, but he wasn't looking forward to it. He didn't want to make the circus people look bad by letting the crowd find out that he wasn't part of it.

*Chantel rolled her eyes. He was getting all bent out of shape. For what? The art of the circus. True they did work hard, but they were use to people who just wanted to see a freak show. They handled them. Now he was basically throwing a pity party.*
It doesn't matter, we deal with them accordingly. Its obvious that you've never worked in a Circus. I've been in this one my entire life. I think I understand costumiers better than anyone. *Chantel was an observer in the seance, that she watched and read people. She knew how they were going to react just by watching their movements and their facial features.* If it effects you so bad, why don't you just go. Next time you come, don't play, and don't do our jobs.
*It really was that simple. Chantel had said what she was going to say to the boy and now shew as done. She didn't need to be sentemental to get her point across, and the Zebra queen wanted to get more attention, she pulled towards the crowd to remind Chantel that her public awaits. Turning around she started to head back to the crowd.*

Theo heard what the girl had to say and already understood what she meant. Artists had to do that kind of thing all the time in order to survive, but that didn't mean they liked it. He looked over at the girl as she started to leave and couldn't help himself but say something to her.
" You're no artist and no performer Shorty." Theo said to her in a serious voice which sounded very odd coming from him. " You have lived in a circus your whole life, but you don't understand it's art. You can say you perform all you want to, but you are no true performer. If you were, you would have pride in what you do, but you seem like you only wish to hide from it. I understand what you do and I know it is something you have to do to survive, but that doesn't mean you should like it. I didn't play earlier for those people Whisper. I played for you. In my eyes, you were my only audience so why should I care what those others think?"
Theo had been very blunt and it was obvious that the other girl wasn't going to take it well, but he was not in a mood to care. He didn't like it when someone spit in the face of art and that girl had come very close to doing that if you asked him.

*Chantel really didn't care what he had to say. He was just a name and a face to her.* No I'm not a performer. *Her stage fright made sure of that.* I don't care what you have to say. *What Chantel said was true, but she still loved to perform infront of family and friends. It was sweet that he performed for her, but he didn't even know her name.* I understand what your saying, but let me just get one thing strait: you don't know me.
*Chantel wouldn't expose herself to anyone that she didn't know. She was interested by his playing. He was good. But she also didn't know him. Chantel turned to face the boy one more time.* Say what you want, but I know more than I say, I love to perform, but you and the other guests will never see that. There are few privileged enough to see me do what I can. *Chantel then turned and started, once again to walk away from Theo. At this point she wasn't in the mood to talk seriously about performing. That would mean that she would have to explain things. And explaining things meant that she would have to open herself up to a complete stranger, witch wasn't going to happen.*

Theo listened to what she had to say as he just sat on the ground. He was always one to be swayed by his emotions, which ironically also made him good at telling how other people felt at times. He could tell that she wasn't lying to him about anything she had said. Theo still wasn't smiling as she turned to leave once more.
" You have already performed once for me before remember? You played "Flight of the Bumblebees" on my violin and it was truly beautiful. I loved the sound of it." Theo said to her in a serious tone of voice yet again. " It is true that I do not even know your name and I do not know you, but do you need to know someone's name or anything about them to perform for them? A true performance comes from the heart and it can convey many emotions to the one they are performing for. I'll show you."
Theo got his violin out of it's case and into position. He got his bow set and then began to play. The melody he played was soft, yet it had a depth to it that left an impression. There was a serious to it that could almost be called sad, yet also hopeful. He continued to play for a few minutes before he set the violin down into his lap.

*Chantel knew, very well, what instraments could do. She could play almost anything, she even would make up her own songs when she was a kid...granted they probably sounded like elephant crap smelled, but they were hers, and people said that they were good.*
*She listened to his song, Chantel felt the emotions. But still didn't understand why he persisted to tell and show her what she obviously already knew. She still waited for him to finish and complimented him on his song.* It's a beautiful song, and I get what your saying. It doesn't change the fact that you will most likely never hear me perform again. I had my reasons for that one time, but I only play alone or for family and friends.
*She enjoyed playing, but she knew that she would mess up. That was why she chose a song she had played millions of times before. The muscle memory was so strong that there was no way she could mess it up. He seemed like a nice guy, but he was a guest, and would be leaving soon anyway.*
*With a heavy sigh Chantel slightly smiled at the boy.* Well I guess it was nice to meet you but I have work and you have....what ever you need to do. Thanks for coming to the Fury Circus, and we hope that you come again. *Chantel did kind of hope to see the boy again, but she couldn't just stand around listening to Mr. serious for to long.*

Theo listened to her as he just sat there. His attention got sparked when she mentioned the name Fury circus to him. He knew that name, but he couldn't remember from where. He thought about it for a moment before he remembered where he had heard it from. He pulled out a small notebook from his back pocket and flipped threw it until he got to the spot he meant to get to. He stood up and put the note book back into his pocket.
" So this is the Fury Circus? We that saves me some time. My dad wanted me to look around and get a feel for exactly what you do here. He was thinking about seeing if he could sculpt something that you might like." Theo said in a way that was more like his normal cheerfulness. " I guess that means I will be coming back here a few times. I don't want to send him an incomplete report."
Theo started to walk towards Chantel. His dad liked making him do alot of his footwork, but for once it seemed to be paying off for him. His smile returned, if not completely, as he walked.
" Care to show me around when I do?" Theo asked her in a cheerful way. " I will do anything you ask of me in return."

*Chantel thought she would be able to shake him. But something that she said seemed to revitalize the boy. He was saying something about his dad. Then he caught up to her.*
I may be able to swing that. It all depends on what I'm doing. And as for your offer... *Chantel looked at him some what sweetly.* I would take it back before you regret it. Not a lot of people like German's around here and they would probably have you do some nasty stuff. I'm just a worker, and so I don't have much say in what I get to do. *That was a flat out lie, but Theo wouldn't be able to tell. She had lived her entire life with Lainey, and some others, she could act like she was telling the truth. Now she was playing the roll of a girl who only worked for the Fury family.*
But if I'm free, I'll show you what I can. Remember, a lot of the places you wont be able to go in, mostly because that's where the performers practiced. We cant have a guest in danger. *That, and they didn't want anyone to know any of their seacrets. He could be a spy or something dramatic like that. But honest? Chantel doubted it.

Theo listened to what she had to say to him and he started to get an idea. He already knew she was lying about her not having any say in what she did since he was sure that she would be forced to play for the guests otherwise and wouldn't be able to walk around so freely in the first place. He thought about his idea over for a moment before he settled on how he wanted to do it. He smiled at her in a cheerful way that also showed he was up to something.
" But what if I'm from Iceland and not Germany?" Theo asked in an Icelandic accent with no hint of German in it at all. " Plus, what if I helped out with the circus? I won't perform, not if you don't want me to, but I can do something else that could be very helpful. Hold your arm out for me."
Theo had to thank his mother. If it wasn't for her, he might not be able to do what he was about to do. He waited for Chantel to offer her arm to him, however long it took her to, and gently held onto her wrist with one of his hands. He secreted some soft wax in the palm of his free hand and then began to gently message it for a moment. Her arm should have felt very relaxed and softer were the wax had touched it as well as making her skin look healthier. He just smiled at her after he had finished.
" So, would this be helpful to a group of people who work all the time?" Theo asked her. " I know a bit about messaging as well as having a little secret trick of my own."

*Chantel still wasn't so sure about letting him see seacets, but she gave him her arm. She was a little relaxed by it and thought that it could be useful. Chantel did look around to see if any of her cousin's were around. She didn't see any. Once he was done she pulled her arm away and pet the beautiful Zebra.*
*Chantel noticed some children looking at the Zebra in aw. She turned to them and smiled at them.* Would you like to pet her. Just be careful. *Placing her hand on the Zebra's neck, petting her, Cnatel created a link so that the horse wouldn't kick or attack for no reason. She turned to Theo, while still keeping an eye on the kids.* I can't promise you a full tour, but I may be able to show you somethings. There will be places you wouldn't be able to go, for privacy sake.
*Chantel smiled at Theo.* In other words, I'd be happy to show you around. If, and only if you can find me, and I'm not already occupied with something else. *He would probably take that as a challenge. Chantel wasn't always out on the ground. And if she was, it was usually with Lainey.*

Theo watched as she let the kids pet the zebra. She seemed to be in a good mood. When she mentioned him finding her, he just smiled. It wasn't hard for him to find someone when he wanted to, although that was because he had many little workers to look for him. He wasn't going to tell her his little secret though since that would take the fun out of it. He waited for the kids to leave.
" I would love for you to show me as much as you can." Theo said to her in a cheerful way. " And of course, it would be my pleasure to give you a message whenever you are feeling sore. I can do more then relax. I can also make your skin shine like the sun or be as soft as a cloud or other things."
Theo was glad he had come to the circus and even more so that his new friend had excepted his proposal. He just kept smiling at her since he wasn't sure what else he should say. His little girls seemed to sense how he was feeling and had come out to 'guard' him against Chantel. It was clear that they still considered her the enemy and were determined to make sure she didn't get too close to Theo.

*Chantel smiled at Theo as he spoke. He was flirting so much....even if he didn't realize it, but it was true.* Thanks but I'll pass, I have my own way of relaxing my self. *She wasn't going to let some stranger get close enough to her to let him massage her, or even know her very well. She didn't plan on being friends. She was mainly being nice to keep a costumer. Bur when she was done playing nice, she would make the excuse to leave. She would probably bring up the Zebra or work.*
*There was a short silence for a little bit when the Zebra reared up on her hind legs. Chantel hadn't noticed the people coming up and touching her without her knowladge. Chantel quickly moved to grab the reign's and pull the horse's head to eye level. Chantel then stroked her nose and spoke french in a soothing tone. She then looked at the guests and smiled.* Please don't sneak up on any or our animals. They can be spooked rather easily, and we would hate for you to get hurt in any way. She then started to lead the beautiful striped horse away from the guests, who looked just as startled as the Zebra acted.*
