Appearance: Average height, semi-broad and muscular build, dark brown almost black hair, right eye blue and left eye green, arms are slightly paler then torso, legs are slightly darker then torso, scars around arms and legs that mark the slight change in skin color, over both eyes, and on torso were some organs are. Has a tattoo that says T12 over his heart.

Personality: Will is an odd one. He will think out loud (that means talk to himself) often or just have a conversation with himself for no real reason (not the insane kind, the "oh should i press the button? Why yes you should. Thank you Will. Your welcome Will. *presses self-destruct button*" kind). He will sometimes get a song in his head and have to sing it at times. He has a tendency to complain about stuff, no matter how stupid the complaint might be. He likes to joke around, usually making bad jokes or puns.
Will is more then just comical relief or an annoyance however. He is quick to adapt to situations and is a quick thinker. He isn't a shy person, but he prefers to spend time around people he knows or is friends with rather then be in a crowd of any size. He is also a fairly serious person despite his joking appearance. He will complete something once he starts it, no matter how much he complains or says he won't. He does a lot of self-reflection, so he is almost too aware of how he thinks and feels. Because of his self-reflection, he is also good at figuring out what others think and feel at times.
Will has a love for anything dark blue. He loves the smell of lavender and the taste of pears and peaches. He hates neon green, the smell of lilacs, and the taste of apricots. He loves to play video games and watch horror movies. He loves anything scary or horrifying. He had some kind of issue with dogs. He doesn't hate them, but he doesn't like being around them. He will avoid them if he has a choice.
Will doesn't remember a large chunk of his past and asking him about it will depress him to the point that he won't say much of anything and become completely withdrawn into himself. When he is like this, he will completely isolate himself from others and there is no way to predict what will snap him out of it or when he will stop acting this way on his own.

Power(s): Will is a human, well mostly human, but that doesn't mean he is normal. His limbs, both eyes, and many of his organs did not belong to him originally. They were replaced with ones that belonged to mutants with physically better bodies so now his own body is naturally stronger then a normal humans, but not as strong as the mutants used were.
Will is also what you would call a living Tesla coil now. His body can store, channel, and generate electricity. He can't shot electricity out of his hands, but he can tap into his store of electrical power to boost his strength and speed slightly for up to 3 minutes or to gain a powerful burst of strength or speed for 3 seconds. He can also touch something or someone and shock it. His body naturally will store electricity, so instead of it harming him, he just absorbs it.
Weakness(s): Normal human weaknesses. Will's electrical wonders have there limits. If he used his electrified boosts to their limits, he is left without enough electrical power to do it again for between 1-3 hours depending on how much he used at once. He can also only shock things for 3 seconds at the longest before he has to recharge for the same 1-3 hours. His body also can only only store so much electrical power before he has a forced discharge which will violently damage his body as well as anything within 3 feet of him when it happens.
Cause: He was forcibly used as an experiment to try to replicate the Frankenstein experiment that brought the dead back to life (in which he was still alive when they performed the experiment).
Other skills:
Hand-to-hand combat training- mixed martial arts and how to use knives/hatchets
Marksmanship- can use most firearms effectively and accurately
Can speak German fluently and read Latin.
Can cook fairly well.
Able to drive most land vehicles, although can't seem to drive water crafts.
Hacking- not the most skilled of hackers, but he can get the job done usually.

Allegiance: SHIELD!!!
Anything else: Will is an ex UN solider. He was fighting terrorists in Eastern Europe when he took an explosion that took both of his eyes, either blew off or completely crippled his all of his limbs, and destroyed many of his major organs. He should have died there, but was found by a man who used him as a subject in his attempt to replicate the Frankenstein experiment. The man believed that Will had died, but when it was discovered that he was miraculously still barely alive, the man decided to go ahead and use him in the experiment.
Will was put into an ICU like room until he stablized after the experiment. Once he awoke from the experiment, he forgot all his memories from the time he was 13 until he woke up in the room. The man who 'saved' him started having him doing basic thing as he tested to see if Will's body would reject his new parts, which despite many, MANY painful episodes, his body finally did. Once he was completely recovered, he was made to see how much of his military training he retained and he discovered that only his memories were gone while all of his skills still remained. Before the experiment to test his ability to generate electricity, SHIELD made a raid on the lab. While they managed to shut the whole thing down, the man behind it escaped. Will was picked up and held by SHIELD for 4 months, during which time he discovered his abilities with electricity and he found out about some of his lost past, although he still does not remember it. He decided to join up with SHIELD after since there was no life for him in normal society anymore and has been working with them since.
