That's right! It's February! (Sure.... IT's not the first, but the 4th is close enough! I just.... forgot to put it up sooner...) And with the new month comes more changes.
The New Semester at Xavier's has begun!(Or, began on the first....) Anyone who is going to teach a class can get a thread up in whatever classroom the subject would fit most with! We still need teachers! Please, if you are willing/able to teach a class or two on your X-men, or older X-men friendly, characters, please pm me with a subject! It can be whatever you want it to! After all, this is no ordinary school. So there wont be many... traditional classes. For example, we need 1 more teacher to help run the danger room!
There will be more overhauling on the board, but for now, most of it will just be reorganizing and creating information needed. This includes rewriting the rules, adding more Writing Work-shops, creating the treaty between the school and Brotherhood(just so everyone knows what they can and can't do to each other XD), and if we get enough teachers we'll also make a teacher directory, so everyone knows who does what!
Anyway, for now, those are all the announcements I have to make XD Have fun at school students, or have fun laughing at the students if you're char is out! XD

UPDATE!
Things are going to get real interesting, real fast around here! Why? Well, we have a new admin account that's why! This account though? It's whole purpose is to torment, harass, and harm your characters! This account? Is CHAOS. It is the chaos and mayhem of the world our characters live in. It is the unexpected dangers lurking behind every corner. No place is safe from it...
And when I say unexpected, I MEAN unexpected! CHAOS can, and will post where ever, and whenever it wants. It can enter ANY thread, even closed ones! Hahah, thought you'd be safe by keeping the thread closed to only specific people, did ya?
Actually though, there are a few boards that are safe from CHAOS! Specifically, these places are the INTERIORS of bases. So inside the school, the ruins, Exile Castle. Any base, but only indoors. That's right, it can and will strike if you are outside!
Scared yet? Good. The catch though? It won't post everywhere, just wherever it wants to. So just because we say it can and will strike, doesn't mean it will! Fun, ain't it?
And now it gets even funner! If you specifically WANT CHAOS to enter your thread, just pm the account, and have it's name in the subject! CHAOS will show up then!
The absolute best part? You will never know what CHAOS will come as! It could just be a bunch of mutant/human hating NPC's that you have to stop or attacked you! It could be unpredictable, horrific weather! It could be a single, mega powerful mutant you have to stop! Or it could be a bunch of mad Animalia Magi running rampart!
Now, to explain just why CHAOS is around. Everyone knows the world is at war right now. Well, CHAOS is here to start causing that mayhem caused by the war, and other disasters. It is to make the world as chaotic as it SHOULD be in it's current state.
Beware! You never know when or where CHAOS will strike! So be on your guard....

UPDATE!
First, For the Writer is nearly complete! At this time, I only have one more section to write! Please be sure to read it over, when you get the chance! It's there to help you! Also, if you have any suggestions that should be covered, please PM me! If it's an idea that hasn't been covered, I will personally write something up ASAP and post it! For the Character is still in the process of being renovated, I will get to work on it as soon as I finish the For the Writer thread. If you have any suggestions for that thread, please PM me. Just a reminder, remember to check the information board every once in a while! New rules can and will be added with out any warning, and you as members need to stay on top of things. No, we won't announce everytime we add or change something. Yes, you will still be held responsible if you break a rule you "Don't know about". Please, for your own safety, just make sure to check it every once in a while! Especially right now, when I have been adding more and more with each passing day.

Just a quick reminder, PLEASE fill out spotlight nominations! In the past I have had to fill one out first to get things started, BUT most the time people just agreed with MY choices! If at all possible, I would prefer NOT to have to vote(Unless in the case of a tie), if only because I am the admin and the nominations should be between the members. So please, I am begging all of you, just fill out a spotlight nomination ASAP! The month is half over and no one has voted!

UPDATE!
Over the next few days I will be working VERY hard to get up all the 23 Adult Personality Types, as well as finally start fixing up For the Character. I will be spending MANY hours doing this, and I really can use all the help I can get. One way you as members can help is, as I am posting the Personality types, look around the board and try to find a couple characters that fit each type, and then just pm me the name and what type you think they are. I would really love to have at least 2 or 3 examples of each type so people can see just what that personality type looks like in a well built character. But, as is obvious, I have a lot or work, and I don't have time to spare to go looking for these examples myself. So please, I beg all of you, just be on the look out! Keep your eyes open and try find me a few examples! I will be eternally grateful to anyone who contributes! You don't always have to be looking for them though! Just taking a glance at your own character(s) can help if you think they fit a certain type! Remember, many hands make light work! And to be helpful you'd only have to pm me one or two names! (If you find more than two, tell me all the names! That way other people aren't digging through the mud trying to find examples that YOU already found, but are too shy to share!) I am going to make this very clear right now. No, 23 Adult Personality Types is NOT like ‘For the Character’. I will not be accepting any ideas on the subject. Don’t even think about it. I have typed up the entire thread(except for the first one) word for word from the actual book. No, these are not ‘character types’, these are based on real studies, with real people, done by a real Psychologist. There will always be more to each Personality type than what is in the thread and book, but there is nowhere near enough room to list all of them. What is under each type is the generalized, well known characteristics. So just because you’re character doesn’t share all the characteristics, or has more characteristics(They actually SHOULD have more!) doesn’t mean they won’t fall under a Personality type. Like real people, characters should be complex with little quirks here and there that don’t necessarily fit their personality type. (BUT MAKE SENSE! They have to make sense!) Also, even if you aren't contributing to the examples for each Personality type, I beg all of you to please just read over all the types(when they are finished...) and take some of those ideas and add them to your own character. A lot of the time you will see little quirks that would fit your character, but you hadn't thought of! Knowing your character's personality type will open many doors, and before you know it? You'll develop believable characters, with real emotions and personalities. …. For now, that is all.
