[Stella Booth]

Stella glared at Mr. Halfort not wanting to belive what he was saying who was this guy to say what she could not do as far as she saw it she hadn’t flirted yet she was just playing around. He acted like she should feel bad for Liam but it wasn’t like she could do anything about it, everyone had a tragic story and it wasn’t like she had a normal childhood either. And who was he to say how Liam feeled they where teaseing and really he hadn’t teased much this hole time.

When he got up and went back to work Stella snaped and imploded the t.v and blew out the speeckers “opps” was all she said but she didn’t mean it. She looked over at Liam who was still asleep but looking like he was having a hard time sleeping see then laid down and held him thinking a bit about what Mr Halfort had said before she feel asleep when a little after Liam held her again an almost sour look on her face as she slept her mind trying to figure out what was going on.

She did like being Liam princess but she did plan on leaving soon after really soon but someone like Liam wouldn’t like her no one stayed with Stella for long it was better for her to live hoping around then to be with one person she had to break things off before something happened

Liam had slept through the whole conversation that Stella and Mr. Halfort had and even through Stella destroying his office's TV and speakers. He woke some time later to have Stella laying next to him still. He laid there holding her for a time before he finally got up and looked at what time it was. He had only two hours left until it was time for him to do his job. He walked around a bit and stretched out his muscles. As he was stretching out, he noticed the TV and speakers were destroyed and just sighed. He was going to have to tell Mr. Halfort to take the damages out of his pay for the job. He was fine with that, but he just wondered why it had happened. Either Stella was still sick even though he thought she was getting better or she had gotten very angry about something. He didn't like it to be either option since if she was sick he hadn't taken care of her enough and if she was angry, what was she so angry about?

Liam walked over to Stella after he had finished stretching and sat down on the edge of the bed next to her. She was still a sleep so he did what he always did when she was sound a sleep, he rubbed her head and smiled at her. He wasn't sure why, but he had been feeling much happier lately since he had picked Stella up and taken her to his home.

Stella was fast asleep when Liam woke up she rested her self and nuzzled into him some but when he got up Stella seemed to start having a nightmare or something she moved around a lot witch only caused the zipper on her jacket to slip down witch only made it so Liam was now was seeing her bra.

Stella woke up a bit when she felt some ones hand on her head she blinked a few times trying to figure out where she was before she smiled at Liam and sat up “Hey what up” she sat up and Yawned a little stretching her arms out being careful not to hit Liam in the face.

She was still really upset about the little talk she had with Mr. Halfort and didn’t know what to think about it so she just moved over and sat next to Liam looking at the clock for a second before she looked at Liam “How long untill we can leave” she said “ I don’t like being locked up in hear” she looked at the t.v and back at him “and now there not really anything to do it broke” she pointed to the T.V and looked up at Liam and wrapped her arms around him it was apparent she was upset and she wasn’t teasing or trying she just wanted a hug.

Liam wrapped his arms around Stella after she had hugged him. He smiled at her and wondered why she seemed so upset. He hoped it wasn't his fault, but he was guessing it wasn't since she wouldn't be hugging him if it was. He had heard what she had said to him and he thought of what exactly to say for a moment.

" We have about two hours until night fall, but it would be best if we left out in an hour or hour and a half just so we are already out there and can look around." Liam said to Stella in response. " As far as what we could do until then, why don't you tell me why your so upset? I hope it isn't anything I have done, but if it is I'd like to know so I can do something about it."

Liam waited for Stella to reply to him. He still didn't think it was his fault she was upset, but it still bothered him she was. He wasn't bothered by it like he would be with most people though, it was more personal feeling and he wasn't sure what to think about that. He began to lightly rub Stella's back in a friendly kind of way as he waited for a response.

" You can tell me what it is, no matter what. I want to help you out Stella." Liam said to her in a concerned voice.

Stella kept holding Liam nuzzling into him she almost starting to climb on him before she stopped her self she felt his hand over her back witch kind of made her smile a bit. She looked up at him as he talked about thinking it was his fault she held him a bit tighter and “no its not anything you did I promise” she smiled at him but then she kind of hid her face form him a bit.
She looked up at him again only for a second when he said that she chould tell him why she was upset she didn’t know what to say how could you put into words that she didn’t like her client and that he reading to much into what him and her are and if she wasn’t his girl friend she was just using him and she was lazy when she knew that she was kind of using him scene she was still planning on leaving. Stella crawled on top of him and brought her self really clouse to him like she was almost hiding “just feel confused and almost like I’m being watched hear you know I don’t like being locked up I want out”

Liam continued to hold Stella as she got closer and closer to him. He could tell from the way she was doing it that it was because she wanted to hide rather then doing it in her usual flirty way. He frowned as he heard what she had to say. He wasn't sure why she was so confused, but he could understand that feeling of being watched and not wanting to be locked up. He didn't feel that way here, although that had much to do with the fact that he knew Mr. Halfort and how he liked to do things. They were being watched, but he wasn't so much locking them up as he was trying to keep Stella out of trouble. He just looked down at Stella and squeezed her tightly.

" I don't know what I can do about you feeling confused, but I can deal with you feeling locked up." Liam said to Stella in a comforting voice. " I'll get us out of the room and then we can go walk around the outside of the workshop until dark."

Liam didn't wait for a reply and moved Stella so she was back on the bed. He stood up and walked over to the door. He looked at it for a moment before he placed his right hand on it.

" Mr. Halfort, I'm going to break your door down so I hope you don't mind." Liam said out loud. " Also, anything I should know before I remove it?"

" Feel free to break it down, just don't wreck the walls if you can help it. You should know too that the door is made of a harder metal then it looks to be, so you might want to hit it harder then you normally would. I would suggest maybe twice as hard at least?" Mr. Halfort's voice rang out of some hidden speaker in the room. " Also, be careful out there. We don't really know what it is that has been causing problems remember?"

Liam just smiled as he moved his right hand back and suddenly hit the door with a solid punch. He shook his hand after he had. As he comforted his now red knuckles, the door which now had a large dent in the middle of it fell over towards the outside of the room with a loud bang. He looked back at Stella and smiled.

" The door is open now. Thing was harder then it looked." Liam said to Stella. " So you coming?"

Stella kept holding Liam until he put her down stella looked at him for a second and tilted her head when he said that he was going to fix the problem of being locked up. Her eyes fallowed him as he moved across the room something in side of her almost wanting to lung at him and hold onto him because he let her go. She had to quit thinking about him she was going to leave that what she did she couldn’t view him as a bed buddy any more she couldn’t get attached to him.

When he talked to the door Stella didn't move until she herd Mr. Halfort over the speakers she jumped at the sound and then glared at where she was sure the sound was coming form. She weighted until he was done speaking then she closed her eyes why Liam broke down the door as her powers found the small speaker in the conner of the room and imploded it. God she didn't like that man he most likely was lessioning in to them the hole time.

When Liam asked if she was coming Stella jumped up and ran over to him zipping up her jacket as she went then she garbed Liam right hand she looked at the redness of he knuckles and gave a small found “You can't get your self hurt your my doctor she gave his knuckles a small kiss and slipped her fingers in-between his not even thinking about how this could be token as if she was his girl friend or not he knew he wasn't she didn't even know what they where.

Liam just let Stella take his hand and he lead her out of the workshop. He knew his way around the place very well since he had been here so many times before on jobs. He didn't pay much mind to what all was going on around them as he walked past the different stations. As he was walking though, one station did catch his eye that he hadn't past on the way in since he was taking Stella through the back door instead of the front. This station was completely empty and had nothing left in it when not long ago he remembered there being something there. He remembered it was some kind of mech, but he wasn't sure how well it worked or what it was for.

Liam didn't stop or slow down on the way out and kept Stella's hand firmly, yet gently, in his hand so she couldn't wonder off on him. He took them out of the back door and into the spot out back where there was a tennis and basketball court for the workers to play at and a small, steel door in the wall that was around the entire building. He took her to the door and was about to open it when someone else did. He found that odd since none of the workers ever used it during work hours and just waited for the person to come through.

The person who opened up the door was an average looking guy dressed up in some mechanic's overalls and had a generic name on his ID. Liam grabbed him and pinned him to the wall with the hand he wasn't holding Stella's hand with and pressed him hard against the wall.

" Mind telling me who you are friend and what you are doing here? I know your not one of the works here and I know Halfort hasn't hired anyone new on since I was last here, so we can avoid those excuses." Liam said to the man in an emotionless voice that seemed to demand an answer and convey that lies would not end well for the man. " Hurry up and answer before I get tired of waiting."

Liam's usually calm and gentle air about him had suddenly shifted into the emotionless and hardened air that he took when he was on a job. The way he was holding Stella's hand even changed from being gentle, warm, and caring to being rough and tight. He had shifted into his work mentality and wasn't the usual Liam.

Stella kind of dragged behind Liam looking at everything she really wanted to check it out it was like a child in a candy sore or something for her. So every once in awile she was being pulled by Liam when they where out side she was right at Liam side sighing a bit she wanted to play so much and she didn’t really want to play basketball…unless it was with mr. Halfort head Stella giggled as she imagined his head being thrown the in the basket ball hoop.

When the door opened for them she looked at Liam wondering why he was not going threw when a man came threw and Liam attacked them along with his grip on Stella getting tighter Stella looked up at the man and tried to wiggle her hand a little bit knowing that Liam was not holding her near as hard as him.

“Some buddy’s in turbule” Stella giggled “You know Liam If you want to I can teach him why its not smart to sneak around” Stella just kind of had this smile on her face that she wasn’t kidding about hurting the guy if Liam tould her she could play she play she’d been wanting to rip things apart all day.

He kind of was scaring with how….un like Liam he was right now and she didn’t like the feeling in the air right now but Liam was working she guessed but he was so mean when he was normally .

Liam didn't pay any attention to what Stella had said to him, his focus completely on the guy he had pinned with one hand against the wall. The guy just looked at Liam with wide eyes and kept struggling to free himself. He kept it up for a while before he finally gave it up and actually looked at Liam to get a good look at him. The guy seemed to get more worried after taking a look at Liam for a moment.

" Ah shit! Your that Bio-beast guy I have heard about! I heard that Halfort liked to hire you for jobs, but how did he know that someone was going to be spying on the place?" the guy said in a slightly paniced voice. " Look buddy, how about you take your hand off me and I'll be more then willing to talk with Halfort. Your not hired to kill anyone you find right? I hope not, and not usually Halfort's thing. Any ways, I'll tell Halfort everything, so just please take your hand off me and don't hurt me!"

Liam just looked at the guy for a bit after he had finished talking, the guy in a panic the whole time. He finally let the guy go, who dropped to the ground from releasing all that pent up tension, and pulled out his phone. He made a call and mentioned someone coming to the back door before ending the call and putting his phone away. A man showed up after a while and took the guy away with him. Liam stayed in his work mode the entire time that the man was around him and the second he was gone through the door, Liam slipped back into his kind and gentle nature. He looked at Stella and smiled at her.

" So ready to go outside? I don't think that guy had anything to do with all the sounds, so I still think it is best we look around the woods for awhile." Liam said to her in a friendly voice. " If anything, at least you will get some fresh air and get to spend some time away from the house with me for a bit."

Stella sighed when Liam didn’t talk to her or tell her she could implode the person peace by peace. She kept holding Liam hand and just looked at the guy when he started freaking out out calling Liam Bio-beast he was acting really scared. Stella just looked in-between the two before Liam let go of the guy she looked at him and nuzzled into Liams arm with a smile.

When someone came and picked up the guy Stella just waighted tell Liam went back to his happy slef and she looked up at him still nuzzleing his arm “Yes! we can go out in the woods” she smiled big at him and kind of wiggled her hand so he get the hint to not hold her so tight not so much. “Also that not a house that jail they even have a cement wall around the hole place tis tis tis feel bad for that guy...What do you think Mr. Halfort will do to him. I know i wouldn’t be happy about someone sneeking aroud it be like off with there head” Stella giggled and started walking a bit with Liam. “Liam..did you know you can be scary..it was kind of like you where someone else” Stella looked down a bit at her shoes it wasn’t that she really mind it she just wanted to talk and once they where out she really felt like talking now tha she felt like someone else wasn’t lessioning in on her and him.

Liam loosened up his grip on Stella's hand after she hinted that it was too tight to him. He listened to what she had to say as they headed out of the back gate and into the woods. He wasn't sure how to respond to her comment about him being scary on a job at first, so he just kept quiet as he thought of what to say as they walked in the woods outside of the workshop.

" I'm scary when I'm on the job? I guess you could say that, but it is just normal for me. My dad was a merc and he was the one who taught me how to be a merc and I have been one since I was little." Liam said to Stella in response. " He taught me that I need to abandon my emotions and to do my job without mercy or remorse while I'm doing it. I guess that is what you saw back there. He didn't teach me how to handle my emotions coming back though after the job was over, but that really isn't something you can teach someone. I had to learn it on my own and I think everyone has to really. I'm sorry if you were scared or anything back there."

Liam just waited to hear Stella's reply and smiled at her. He was glad to see that she cared enough about him to notice something like that. He listened to what she had to say, but before he could reply to her, he heard a sound that caught his ears. He stopped and glanced around slowly. He heard the sound again and went in the direction he had heard it from. He moved slowly, and made sure that he had a hold of Stella's hand the entire time.

" Keep quiet and keep low." Liam said to Stella in a hushed voice. " Something is up ahead."

Liam wasn't sure what was up ahead, but the sound he heard earlier was very clear now. He knew this had to be what was causing all the noise and what he was paid to deal with. He just hoped that it wasn't what he thought it was.

“No it was just odd you know never seen you like that and you weren’t like that when you first meet me form what I can remember you had feeling I mean if you didn’t you would of killed me” stella continued to walk down the forest swinging her hand a little “O and I wasn’t scared well maybe a little but its o.k just as long as you don’t go all work mode on me think you made that guy pee his pants” she giggled

They kept walking when there was a noise Stella looked up and towards where it was coming form when Liam sortly after that Liam started to move towards the sound and then told her to keep low and quite….Liam didn’t know her very well to ask her to be quite but she tried very hard not to ask what was going on. As they walked towards the sound it getting loader as they got closer and her was getting tenser stella threw up her hood on her jacket as if that would keep her quiter or make her less noticeable but it was kind of hard to miss someone who was dressed like her walk around the woods.

Liam didn't like what he could see in a small clearing of the trees in front of him. There was a mech standing there and scanning the area. He had seen and been around enough of them from Halfort's workshop that he knew this one belonged to Halfort, but there was one thing that really stood out about it, it was the mech that was being built in the now empty spot that he had passed in the workshop. Why was it out here in the woods and the source of all the noise that none of the employees or even Halfort himself knew what was making it? He didn't like the idea of one of the mechs that Halfort was building to be out here in the woods. Halfort's mechs were known for being well built and hard to take down, which would make Liam more cautious except that this one had horrible sensory equipment and couldn't find its way through the trees or even spot Liam and Stella while they were this close. He let go of Stella's hand and got in right next to her ear.

" Stay here and do NOT move from this spot no matter what." Liam whispered to Stella in a voice that echoed that he was now in work mode. " That thing is not a toy and it is not friendly."

Liam quickly moved a distance away from Stella just in case and then moved out of the trees and behind the mech. It didn't react to his movement right away, which was a good sign that it's sensors were worse then he had originally thought. The poor quality of it's sensors did explain why it was thrashing around out in the woods for the past few days, it couldn't find its way to the workshop. He wasn't sure why it was out here or why it was going for the workshop, but he knew that it was a threat and that he needed to get rid of it.

" Over here you senseless machine." Liam said in a loud voice. " I'm standing here and you didn't even notice."

Liam watched as the mech turned to face him. It had a green dot near what was obviously it's camera. As it spotted and targeted Liam, which took a second, the dot turned from green to red. It suddenly began to move towards Liam, rather quickly, and moved it's arms so it could strike Liam with them. Liam noticed that it didn't have any guns on it, which made him more relieved since he wouldn't have to worry about stray fire hitting Stella. He went and charged the thing as it came for him since he didn't have a weapon on him.

Stella didn’t let go of Liam hand until he let go of her she just stared at the thing forgetting she needed to stay low. She wanted to play with the toy robot even if Liam said it wasn’t a toy no that thing was something Stella wanted to play with so badly.

Stella weighted for Liam to take off before Stella went and found a fallen down tree to sit on and injoy the show if Liam wasn’t going to let her play with it then she might as well get front row seats and enjoy the show she only wished that she had some pop corn and a soda to go along with it.

Even if Stella had never seen this before she acted like this was normal to have a griant thing destroying the trees and all that she just wondered why in the world it was doing that kind of odd she seen what it took to program things before and really making something plow its way wasn’t that hard as long as you knew what you where doing but Stella most the time didn’t when she played with that kind of stuff and she never wanted to sit down long enogh to program anything. The only reason she knew this was when your stella you tend to meet all types of guys and disparate nerds who have just as much fun playing there video games and never have even kissed a girl where some of the boys that stella showed the ropes to and in return they let her play with there meatronics she missed some of them…..or well there toys.
