["Anansi" Winifred Lenn Black]

Anansi stayed in his arms when he held her and they showed up at a room Anansi looked around seeing some of his stuff before sliping out of his arms and sitting on the bed “Night where are we” she layed down just making herself comfortable. “you said you where getting money right….is this your place mmm can we stay hear you beds nice and soft” Anansi looked back up at Night and sighed.

She could see he was tired the fact that he did drop to the floor did help Anansi helped him up and set him on the bed he pretty much feel asleep as soon as he hit the bed. Anansi got up went to his closet stepped in side changed into one of his t-shirts witch was very large on her and then moved to the bed and snuggled next to Night. She held him she may have been upset at him but it was hard to stay upset at night for to long she still had feeling for him that she didn’t understand, but she did no that her feeling did make her extremely jealous of other woman, made her feel like she didn’t want other men to touch them the same way he did, and she didn’t want to leave him.

Night Wolf had fallen asleep as soon as him and Ana had moved to the bed. He was too tired to think of where they had ended up, but the bed felt familiar to him. He had slept for a short time before he woke up to Ana snuggled up next to him. He wasn't sure if she had fallen asleep yet or not herself. He wrapped his arms around her and cuddled into her. He just laid their taking in her scent for a moment before he kissed her on the head. He still wondered where they were at, but at the moment he was more focused on laying here with Ana.

" I hope you have enjoyed our date Ana." Night said to her in an affectionate voice. " I know I did, and I'm very excited about the news you gave to me. I hope we can be a big, happy family one of these days."

Night wasn't sure if Ana was up or asleep when he spoke to her, but he wanted to tell her how he felt about the events of the night as soon as he could. He really wished that things could go on happily for the both of them for some time to come.

Anansi was asleep she just laid there holding onto night, when he cuddled into her she stirred a little and made a small sound that sounded like she was sort of wakening up before she feel back to sleep her arms around night. She felt his little kiss and nuzzled into him but the talking woke her up.
Anansi blinked a few times trying to catch what he said maybe he was talking in his sleep….what time was it anyway it chouldnt of been morning yet. Anansi looked up at him giving a small yawn, before snuggling into him it was bed time why was he talking to her she was so tried she didn’t really care what he was saying just wanted him to be quite so she could get some sleep “mmmhm”

She just laid there looking at him, her eyes showing that she wanted sleep more then anything at the moment, she was so comfortable right now, being in a bed she was sure was Nights being that his close where in the closet being in his shirt she liked the smell of his shirt.

Night seemed like something was on his mind the look on his face gave it away so she did try her best to remember what he had said....something about date, news, and happy family…the words happy family reminded her of that big purple dinosaur that when she was in preschool people use to watch but she was sure he wasn’t talking about that thing.

Night listened to Ana say 'mmmhm' and felt her snuggle into him more. He could tell that she just wanted to sleep right now. He also wanted to get back to sleep, so he pulled her even tighter into him and drifted off to sleep. He could wait to find out where they were and talk with Ana some more in the morning.

Night had a strange dream while he was asleep. He dreamed he was a wolf running through a dark forest. Light trickled in through the branches, but it didn't seem to illuminate more then just making things slightly brighter. He just kept running through the darkness of the forest until he came to a giant web that was blocking his path. He stopped and looked at the web. It was spread across the entire path and made it so he couldn't go on down the path unless he crossed it somehow. As he thought about what to do to cross it, a giant spider came down the web. The spider was beautifully colored in black and crimson. She had a deadly grace to her movements, but she did not frighten him like it should have. The spider and him exchanged nothing more then a look and she opened up the web for him to travel through. He moved to go through it and as he passed through, she jumped onto his back to join him as he went farther down the path of the dark forest.

Night woke up from his strange dream to find out he had slept longer then Ana had. What he was also surprised to find out was that they were in his room at Jamie's house.

Anansi slept o.k that night and she was sleeping pretty well that was until she herd someone else walking around Anansi, Looked at night his strong arms still around her. She still herd the foot steps not wanting to wake night she slipped out of bed and peeked out of the room. She was surprised to see a woman walking down the hallway her hair down and in curls and looking like she was on her way to the office or something.

Anansi stood in the center of the hallway and glared at the woman what was she doing hear and why was she acting like she owned the place Night had a room hear and this wasn’t an apartment…..Was night having other woman live with him. The woman turned right then and saw Anansi standing in the middle of the hall but before she even made a sound Anansi lept and attacked her pining her to the ground and quickly forming a web to wrap around her mouth so she chouldn’t scream no reason to wake up HER Night.

By the time that Night had woken up Anansi had gotten Jamie stuck up against the wall trapped up in a web caccoon the spiders in her house moving up and down the walls, she had even go and found Night knife again and was debating on what she was going to do to this woman pretty little face, to make her tell everything that she knew about Night and how close they where to each other.

Night Wolf got up and started to change out of his nice, new cloths that he had ended up sleeping in for the night. He had gotten out of the nice cloths and only had a pair of jeans on when he smelt something. He smelt Jamie's scent and he smelt Ana's scent and Ana was no where in sight. Night wasn't sure what had happened, but he knew it wasn't good. He rushed out of the room to find that Ana had Jamie webbed up on the wall with some spiders crawling towards her and one of his knives in Ana's hand. He quickly went over to Ana and placed his hands on her shoulders so she would have to look at him. He didn't look pleased at all.

" Ana, you need to let Jamie off of the wall now. I'm not sure why she is up there, but we can talk about it as soon as we get her down off it." Night said to Ana in a voice that was half plead and half commanding. " Does that sound good to you?"

Night waited to see what Ana would say, and hoped that she hadn't done anything worse then web Jamie to the wall.

“No” she narrowed her eyes at Night “Who is she we where in your room why is there a woman hear” Anansi already didn’t like Jamie it looked like Night had been cheating on her with this woman and she wasn’t going to let the woman down tell she got some answers.

Night grip was tight but it didn’t hurt Anansi didn’t like the fact that he was making her look at him after fighting all night with him he needed to explain what was going on and who this woman was he did know her enogh to know her name so it wasn’t like she was breaking into the area or anything.

“Night let go” she tried to wiggle out of his grip unable to but she wasn’t fighting to hard “I haven’t hurt her yet” yes scared her to death maybe but she hadn’t hurt her….yet there was no reason for night to be mad at her and use that commanding voice, the voice wouldn’t work on her anyway, she wanted answers and she wanted them now.

She looked at Night because he was making her eyes narrowed if he wanted a happy family then where did she fit in and where did this woman fit in, Night care enough about her to live with her that was for sure but did he care about his little ana that much or did he just use her.

Night Wolf could tell that Ana was not going to calm down or let Jamie off the wall until she had some answers. He didn't telling her now since she already had found out. He wasn't trying to keep it a secret from her, Jamie just didn't want people knowing where she lived. He looked at Ana and hugged her.

" Ana, this is Jamie and this is her house. She took me in and is letting me stay with her since I have no where else to go. I have been helping her out with her work some as well. I know I didn't tell you before, but she is a reporter and she didn't want people who would hurt her to know where she lived. I would have told you sooner and brought you over here, but I didn't get a chance to ask her about it yet." Night said to Ana in as reassuring a voice as he could manage.

Night was still holding Ana in his arms during and after what he said to her. He just held her there and had no plans on letting go of her until she had calmed down.

He hugged her again… struggled for air trying to pop her head out of his arms and then slip out she was really hating the fact that she was not going to turn in to a spider tell she new for sure if that effect the child or not that she didn’t want she might add.

She lessoned to him moving her head so she could glare at Jamie the hole time having the idea of throwing the knife at Jamie if Night wasn’t going to let her go. The spiders where starting to freak and craw around Night and her self moving up his pants and jumping on to his bare back.

“you’ve become a pet to some woman bet she’s single to…..a crazy cat ladys pet”

She glared at the woman how dare she take in Night and how dare she feel her life needed to be a secret she was just some good for nothing human Anansi should of killed her already and then told night when he woke up that they had the place to themselves for ever this would be there new home.

“And what secrets would the likes of her have to make her worried her worried about people wanting to hurt her” already the fact that she was a reporter did not sit well with Anansi but for the woman’s sake she better hope that she wasn’t one that reported on mutants they always didn’t report them in a good light. Even when they tried.

Night Wolf looked at Ana as she went on about Jamie. She wasn't seeming to understand what was going on or at least she was over reacting to what was happening. He needed to calm her down now, before something happened to either him or Jamie. He had felt the spiders on him and he had a feeling that Ana wasn't doing a good job of controlling herself. He needed to do something about this situation and it needed to be done fast.

" Ana, I'm not some pet for her. She is letting me stay with her until I find my own place. She reports about dangerous people so that is why she needs to keep things a secret. You could say that I'm her body guard in a way. And she is single, but as you are well aware of Ana, I am not single. I'm your man. You can ask Jamie yourself. I'm also out of the house most of the time. I have spent more time with you then I have with her, so Ana just calm down and let her off the wall already ok?" Night said to Ana in a pleading voice. " Once she is down, I'll go make us something to eat and you can talk with Jamie yourself, but no harming or threatening her ok?"

Anansi stayed there in Nights arms glaring at Jamie not trusting the woman at all a small smile formed on her lips when he said that he was her man or it was more of a smirk like him saying that in front of Jamie proved that she was better.

Anansi tried to calm down still not trusting the woman until she finaley after a very long time said “I won’t kill her…you would be out of a job it looks like if I did” the spiders all seemed to go away and she weighted until Night let go of her realizing that this was the calmest she was going to be no matter what. Once he did she walked over took the knife and cut the web watching as the woman feel to the ground. Anansi left the mouth peace off he just said get her off the wall and he’d feed her she went down stairs to the kitchen and sat at the kitchen table setting the knife on the tabble her arms crossed and one leg crossed over the other weighting for night to come down and feed her.

Jamie watched the two stand there as the crazy women sat and gave her evil eyes the hole time when Night let her go she wasn’t to happy that the crazy women was going to be getting her down and she tried so hard to not finch when ever the knife got next to her skin. She feel to the ground the web still around her mouth. She tried to take it off but it just wasn’t coming it was to sticking and tight when Anansi made it she wanted to make sure it didn’t come off.

Night bent down and helped her get it off, as soon as it was off she glared at Night very upset she was late for work and she was attacked by Nights girl friend “John that woman is nuts she really is your girl friend” Jamie stood up looked at her outfit brushing some of the webs off and fixing her hair. “I can’t believe I got attacked in my own home by some crazy chick because she thinks were together, your never hear anyway I spend more time with pup then I do you and when you are hear you just sleep or tell me something and then take off again”

Jamie sighed “Do I really have to explain to her that I’m not in any way romantically involved with you” she looked at Night almost positive that the answer was going to be yes even if she really didn’t want to talk to crazy lady right now…no she never really did.

Night Wolf had helped Jamie get the webbing off her mouth and listened to her complain about Ana. He heard her ask if she needed to talk to Ana and noticed she looked like she didn't want to. He just gave her an apologetic expression.

" I'm affraid so Jamie. She won't calm down until she is for sure we haven't done anything and aren't like that. I told her so now you have to as well. I'll make all of us some breakfest since it looks like you skipped eating this morning. Your already late to work as it is, so just tell them you had a personal matter come up and you can't come in. It isn't like your lying, I mean this is a very personal matter since your life might have been on the line for a moment." Night said to her. " I'm sorry about all of this by the way."

Night had gone down stairs to the kitchen. He looked around to see what they had. It seemed that Jamie had made sure to stock up on food. He wasn't sure what Ana wanted though, and he needed to make sure she was happy right now.

" Ana, what would you like to eat? I can make several things with what is here." Night asked her without looking behind him.

Night started to cook what she wanted as he waited for her and Jamie to have their talk.

“Fine all talk to the crazy bitch but I don’t think she’ll care for what I say”

Jamie pulled out her phone and made the call to her work, when they asked what was the personal matter she said that she wasn’t feeling well and she’d be in tomorrow or maybe tonight depending on how she was feeling she was sure it was just a 24 hour bug.

Jamie headed down stairs and sat on the furest chair away form the crazy lady she weighted as she ordered her food like she was better then everyone else in the room and they should all bow before her. When she was done ordering night around Jamie smiled at her “sorry for the misunderstanding this morning like John said I’m just his roommate really he hardly is hear, we just work together”

Anansi looked at Jamie “John who is John” she glared at Night “your name isn’t Night”

Anansi name may of not been Anansi but she didn’t tell anyone her real name only her parents and who ever new her before she joined the nightmares and she didn’t even reposed to that name anymore if anyone did call her that name she’d never talk to them again but Night didn’t tell her, his real name how where they subpost to be a happy family if he didn’t let her know things and then how were they subpost to trust anything he said.

Night Wolf was busy cooking the food for Ana when Jamie mentioned his name being John. Ana sounded very upset and Night about slammed his head into the stove. He was so use to not even going by his first name with almost everyone that he had forgotten to tell Ana what his real name was. He had pretty much finished what he was cooking at the moment, so he turned to stove off and turned around. He gave Ana an apologetic look.

" I'm very sorry Ana! I'm so use to not telling anyone my first name that it slipped my mind. My name is John Wolfe, but it isn't a lie that my name is also Night. I haven't gone by John since I was taken to that place, so I don't even think about my name really being John most of the time." Night said to Ana pleadingly. " I wasn't trying to hide it from you or anything, honestly."

Night hoped that Ana would believe him, since it was true. He finished makes her what he was cooking and got it on a plate. He set it in front of her and Jamie before sitting next to Ana with a plate of his own. He hoped things would go smoothly.

Anansi looked at the food that he placed infront of her nose wrinkled up at it. Night sat next to her witch was the smartest move for him but that just ment that he’d have to deal with a pissed off Anansi sitting next to him.

“then how come she knows your name is John and I had to find out form the ugly pin up reporter”

Jamie didn’t look happy that she was called a pin up reporter but she ate her food in silence John had dug his own hole hear and it wasn’t her saw on what he was going to do.

Anansi pushed the food away and picked up Nights knife again, wondering how close she could throw it at Jamie’s head with out her or Night freaking out at her. Anansi just keep her eyes at Night “Its not like I care about the fact that you didn’t tell me your name it’s the fact that you shared it with someone you say you hardly know how can I be sure not both lieing to me” Anansi played with Nights knife a bit at one point she did look like she was going to throw it but she didn’t she wasn’t to skilled at knife throwing and she wasn’t sure she’s hit her target with a knife that was made for someone elese not her.
