It was the most normal dream Luke had had since he was eleven. He was fishing with his dad, out on the lake in a row-boat, when suddenly their was a tug on the line. Luke reeled as hard as he could and found that he had caught a leprechaun. The leprechaun said to him as he was hanging by the end of his coat. I shall make it rain fish of gold said the leprechaun in a strangely Arabian accent. And so he did and it hurt immensely. On one hand it was raining golden fish on the other hand gold is heavy and painful. As Luke turned around his dad had been riding the only available dolphin too shore. Oh what the hell dad. Man what am I going to do oh crap. a golden perch suddenly fell like a comet shattering through the boat. The boat is sinking o.k. calm down what do i do. Ill grab the lifesaver and swim home and so he did as Luke grabbed the lifesaver and swam with all his might he eventually came home, to a house crushed by a giant pile of golden fish why... why did I ever catch that leprechaun. Why... everything began to blur. he looked and saw a white plaster tiled ceiling he was lying in what looked like a hospital room only much larger with multiple beds in the room. I'm in the infirmary... OW Ow ow my head ugh I hit my head while I during power practice... I am so wearing a helmet during practice from now on. Luke looked around to see if anyone was there.

Nick had trained in the danger room right after the kid did and well it was a busy day to say the least for the infirmary Nick had broke he hand he was thankful it wasn’t churched he had caught the weight just in time to do any major damage but not enough to break it.
Nick had just gotten it cased and it was going to have to be in the cast for the next wile until it healed all the way or until a healing mutant could look at it Nick was shooting for the healing mutant he couldn’t stand his arm being in a cast.
Nick was about to leave when he hurd the kid well he tought it was luke maybe….it was so hard to keep track of everyone that ran around the school he hurd the kid start to talk to him self Nick laughed a little and shock his head “yea helmets are friends but now you know for next time don’t you” Nick smiled at that kid and waved his hand seeing that he was looking around if he hit his head then everything must have been a blur at the moment he might of not seen him.

Luke was still dazed from his dream, what did it mean? It was it a pretty simple dream for Luke, and kind of stupid. Usually his dreams were more complex than fishing for leprechauns.
“yea helmets are friends but now you know for next time don’t you”[/color] Luke was slightly put off at the strangers interjection. But as the man waved to him casually trying to strike up a conversation Luke waved back to him in a daze. Um well yeah helmets are uhh important... uhh... forget I said that, my name's Luke. He had obviously failed at putting off this awkwardness, clearly the situation was more awkward than it had started. Trying to remove the soon to be awkwardness as quickly as possibly, Luke looked around the room for a new conversation topic when he spotted the man's cast. So did you have an accident in the danger room too? Luke said as he tried to get out of bed.
Luke was barefoot he looked down on the cold white tiled wondering where his shoes were with the nurse probably? He felt a bit dizzy and hungry, with a slight mix of pain on the head but other than that he was completely fine.

Nick smiled at the kid seeing he was in a daze; he must have been hit pretty hard or something. So he was Luke he keep that in mind just incase they ran into each other again, “Nick” he said when the kid said his name was Luke. “It’s nice to meet you Luke”
Nick saw the kid get up watching to make sure he wasn’t about to fall and saw the kid look down at his bare feet, Nick actually hated shoes and the only reason why he was wherein them now is he had learned years ago that walking around down in the basement and in the danger room with no shoes is bad for the feet. So he thought that the kid just didn’t like shoes like he didn’t.
When he asked about if he had an accident Nick nod looking at his hand “yep broke my hand, did you know that if you have a 1000 pound metal block flying at you, you should stop it and if you don’t stop it fast enogh get out of the way all your limbs” Nick was luckily that he had changed the gravity in the room just in time so it only was about 200 pounds but 200 pound was still enough to put you in a cast for a wile.

Nice too meet you too nick. Luke as surprised he got hit by a half-ton piece of metal in the danger room what setting did he leave it on and what did he do to get a half ton piece of metal launched at him? Obviously really high, or at least one setting higher than mine. Luke looked back up at the man and putting a grin on his face out of agreement. How did he even survive does he have super strength? I had noo idea oh well live and learn i guess. Anyway how did you even survive that? Luke was curious the conversation was nice he had been here for a while but had yet too make many friends mostly because it was summer and most of the kids who were stable enough to be aloud too were hanging out outside the school. Although the man was at least five years older than him it was nice to be able to have a normal conversation again. Well if you can call a conversation about failing to stop a half a ton block in the danger room normal anyway. Well it it's as close to normal as im going to get.

Nick laughed when he asked how he survied that “well lets just say it wasn’t that heavy when it hit only about as heavy as a grown man maybe but it was still going fast enough to break a bone” Nick grumbled a bit after that he should of caught it fast enough it was easy enough it was large and there wasn’t the fact that he had to worry about other people getting hurt but he still didn’t get it in time.
Nick sat on one of the bed and looked at the kid it looked like they where going to be talking for a bit witch Nick didn’t have a problem with at all Nick liked talking to people about random things and the age derfince between him and Luke didn’t bug him infact he didn’t care he liked talking to younger people more then liked people his own age anyway “So what did you do get in hear kid, looks like you got hit hard or something or do you not remember” Nick new that when you get hit in the head it was not odd to not remember what hit you in the head and when your in the danger room then you might not even know what hit you tell it was to late. Then you keep doing the level over and over trying to figure out what was sneaking up behind you “well you know it wouldn’t be called the danger room if it didn’t test you I was just hoping to move up a level today but that not going to happen it looks likes” he looked at his cased arm and sighed a little

So he has super strength then? Or maybe he meant literally in which case that could be a lot of things shrink powers atom dismissal, gravity control, weight control, Heat control. Either way this guy is pretty strong the older man seemed quite embarrassed about
Luke thought about it and tried to remember how he hit his head he remembered trying to mirror a miniature sentinel and realized that he had trouble mirroring non-living objects he could do it it was just too difficult for now. His copy of himself in front of him got hit in the face and launched into his face. Uh well how i ended up in here a sentinel hit a copy of me into my face. A small sentinel...I didn't know had those in the danger room. The older man seemed quite nice to him. So what are your powers anyway or is it that question too personal? Luke wondered if the question was too far out their and too private for some people now that he thought about it, it could easily come off as manipulative or wary even if he wasn't trying to be that at all

When he said how he ended up hurt Nick nodded the fact that a small sentinel attacked the kid wasn’t a surprise he’d herd stranger things happening in there “Well its got to test you some how” Nick smiled “Now just think what if that was in real life you ended up running into a sentinel in real life…hmm” Nick raised a brow.
Nick had found a doctor tool and was tossing it up and down as Luke spoke about how he hot hurt a copy…hmm Luke must have been able to make copies of himself somehow that was cool Nick could amazing if he could make copies of him self then he’d play basketball all the time with him self it be kinda cool actually. Nick looked at the kid when he asked what his power was or if it was to personal to share “I am a teacher at a school full of mutants and ever scene I’ve had my power people have known I don’t care who knows my power is gravity malipucaison I can control the gravity in an amount of space, that’s why it didn’t hit me so hard I was trying to stop it form flying towards me I was not able to stop it fast enough just make it lighter”
Nick threw the object in the air again but this time he used his powers and it stayed floating in the air Nick looked at the kid waved his hand under it and above it like it was some kind of magic trick “It’s like if you where to fight on the moon or something and what can you do you said a copy of you got hit right”
