Alucard heard what Parker said and wasn't sure what to think. Parker had made it sound like this woman before him WAS Rose. He didn't think that was possible until Rosalie had said what she said. This woman was actually his cousin Rose? She had found a way to stay alive even though she looked completely different. He was so shocked he didn't even notice the dark matter she had created.
" Rose is still alive and your Rose? Your my cousin Rose? How... why....?" Alucard asked in a voice that reflected his shock.
Alucard was too shocked to think straight. This was Rose, this woman he was talking to was Rose? He couldn't believe it, yet he hoped it was true. No he knew somehow that it was true. He didn't know what to say or do, his mind had gone completely blank.
" Rose, your well it seems. You don't want the anyone to know? That is fine, I don't talk to anyone as it is." Alucard said as he tried to calm himself down. " What to do now? Your alive so-"
Alucard didn't get a change to finish what he had said because spikes of blood suddenly pierced from out of his body and caused him to begin to bleed all over. The blood quickly wrapped itself around him and hardened into it's shield state and spiked out at random. His powers had gone out of control due to the shock.

Parker nodded when Rose sent him the message. He didn’t really want to talk about it either. They were going to have that talk someday. But it wasn’t going to be today or anytime soon.
And, as he expected, Rose threw a momentary fit about him spilling the secret. But Parker wasn’t threatened by her. When it came to their family, someone throwing a simple fit about something not going their way was destroying something or giving an intimidating show of force. Unfortunately, Parker did that too when things didn’t go the way he wanted. He could actually hurt someone in his rage. He had done it before.
An alarm went off in his head when Rose confirmed it. Parker could feel Alucard’s mind becoming unstable from the shock of the news. He could literally feel his power warping and squirming from the change and irregularity of Alucard’s mind. His eyes widened in concern and caution as his power reached the breaking point. Rose…I would put up your shield if I were you.
Parker’s body tensed for action, waiting for the moment he would have to dodge Alucard’s power.

Alucard’s reaction was exactly what she’d expected it to be. Great. Sighing, Rose shrugged. ”Why does everyone we tell have such a hard time believing it? Us mutants can do some pretty crazy things.” Of course she didn’t tell him how exactly it happened. The less he knew, the better.
She fixed her younger cousin with a blank stare. ”Of course I don’t want anyone to know. How do you think the family would react if they found out? I’m a sore to them. If they found out, they’d probably order you or Parker to kill me, because I have the greatest chance of becoming just as insane as Shadow. And I really don’t want to die again. It’s not as fun as you’d think.” That would be news to Alucard. He’d never been told about the events that passed before her first death. About her going insane and almost killing several students. About her memory loss. About how she’d gone back to Shadow and become her little underling until sanity started to return. And when you went insane once, the chance of it happening again was pretty high.
Oh, well that was perfect. Alucard’s shock had caused a crack in his disposition. It was rare for a Nightshade’s power to lose control, but she guessed finding out your cousin was alive was more than capable of such a feat. Without even batting an eye a shimmering, black surface surrounded Alucard, stopping his attacks from going in any direction. None of his attacks would crack the dark matter. No, it took more than the feeble attacks of her younger cousin to break the stuff. ”See, that’s why I didn’t want him to know. He’s more sensitive than the rest of them.” She didn’t bother masking the distaste in her voice, or make it so Alucard wouldn’t hear her. ”Alucard, you should get that under control before you faint.” There wasn’t much sympathy in her voice, but, that was Rose for you.

Alucard didn't notice or even hear what was being said or done. His thought were in a jumble as he tried to sort out the information he heard. His mental state was as uncontroled and unstable as his powers were at the moment. He was trying to calm down and sort it all out as his blood spiked into the dark matter that was now surrounding him.
The blood stopped spiking against it after a moment, Rose would have felt the change it the way the blood was acting if she could sense what was happening to her dark matter. The blood remained calm for a moment, then it suddenly all struck at a single point in the dark matter as hard and fast as it was able to. The dark matter cracked and the blood had managed to make a hole in it before it returned back inside the dark matter shell that was around Alucard.
Hearing the cracking of the dark matter, Alucard came to his senses of what was going on. He noticed the shell of black around him and the hole that had appeared in it. He started to feel light headed and realized what had happened, his blood had gone out of control.
" Rose, you can remove the dark matter now. I'm back in my right mind set." Alucard said out loud as he hoped he could be heard. " Also can I get some water? I'm feeling light headed."
Alucard didn't know how the hole had been punched into the dark matter, but he was sure it wouldn't happen again if he hadn't come to. He would have fainted from blood lose before he even scratched the stuff next time.

When Rose was explaining things to Alucard, Parker just rolled his eyes. Now you’re just on the edge of being cruel.[/b] She knew Alucard’s personality. Parker just thought that they would just tell him…plain and simple. But he wasn’t planning on explaining everything. Rose did that herself. Parker just wanted to remove the heartbreak of Rose’s death from Alucard’s mind.
Parker then fixed Rose with a stare when she mentioned their family ordering him to kill her if she went insane. Didn’t she have any faith in him at all? He was insulted that Rose would think that he would turn on her so easily. Parker had cut off his ties the moment he entered this school. But…whatever. If she wanted to think that way, fine. After everything that happened to her, Parker didn’t want to push things. She acted tough, but Rose seemed fragile to him.
Once Rose put up her dark matter around Alucard, Parker just watched. Alucard had already passed out and his power was acting on its own. And he was slightly impressed that his power broke through Rose’s shield. Nightshades were pretty powerful at their breaking point.
When Alucard asked for water, Parker just nodded. ”Sure, man.” He jogged off to the kitchen and found the school’s never-ending supply of water bottles. In a minute, he jogged back in and tossed the bottle through the hole for Alucard to drink.

The little hole Alucard managed to make, purely because she hadn't been trying all that hard to contain him to begin with, started to repair itself instantly, resealing in half a second. All the while, she shrugged at Parker. Only on the edge? Damn. Besides, not like he heard me anyway.
That dirty look though, made she scowl. I didn't say you would, just that they'd try. Of course Parker wouldn't do it, she'd never thought he would. But, all the while, he was still the next head of the family. He couldn't blatantly ignore orders from his parents.
She waited until Alucard said he was back to normal before removing the barrier. "You should work on that. Could have killed someone."
Rose wasn't much for sympathy since her accident. Rolling her shoulders, she sat in one of the armchairs. "Not to mention, you'd better be more careful. That kind of outburst is exactly the kind of thing other students will gossip about." She smirked a little, leaning back into the chair. "I had some pretty bad rumors going around about me when I was your age here, so I'm tell you now, you don't want to give other students a reason to talk about you."

Alucard just sat there drinking the water Parker had gotten for him as Rose spoke. She wasn't considerate of others now like she had been before. It seemed that the events of her 'death' had left her changed from who she was before. He knew that, but he didn't care. Rose was back from the dead, and even if she was different then how she was before, Alucard had his cousin Rose again. He wasn't sure how their relationship would be now, but he hoped it would be a good one and not like the other ones he had with the rest of the family.
Alucard thought it was funny that she had mentioned him causing rumors and being careful. He had plenty of rumors about him going around the school already. Rumors about who he was, what his powers were, why he was so distant and ignored everyone, everything about how he acted really. He didn't care though what people said about him, so long as he didn't get kicked out of the school. He just did what he enjoyed to do and talk to the people he liked to talk to and the sheep could run off a cliff mindlessly for all he cared. He got an idea though and knew Parker would notice what it was.
" I'm not sure if Parker thinks my idea just now is a good one as well, but why don't we all go eat together somewhere?" Alucard asked as he sat with a now empty water bottle in his hand.
