Alucard realized how bad it sounded that he hadn't mentioned what he wanted during their talk. The problem with the whole thing though was that he didn't want anything from this in particular. He might as well mention what it was he wanted since it wasn't that much truly.
" I didn't mention what I wanted in return because it would sound so odd for the two of you I'm sure. What I want in return for all of this is to help you out Little Bird so that you won't have to suffer from being sick as often or as long and the effects of being low on blood all the time. I also hoped that it might give me a chance to get to know you better later on." Alucard said to her in reply. " That is all I wish for in return, so I did not see a reason to state it. You can believe me or not. That is your choice to make, but I know what it is I want from all of this."
Alucard truly didn't want anything from this aside from the things he mentioned. He didn't try to hide anything from them, so there was no reason for them to suspect him based on how he acted. He had given his word to the girl that he was going to do anything he could for her, and this was just one way he could help her out.

This was so fun Shaun had nearly forgotten about his match entirely...apparently setting up the ring took a lot of time, or some sort of BS like that, so this was a hell of a lot better then just sittin around twittlin his thumbs.

Alucard looked over at Shaun after he had finished talking. He had mentioned a lot about Alucard intending to sleep with his sister and he made it sound like it wasn't that big of a deal to him. He was a strange one for sure since he was so over protective of her, and yet he just said it was her choice in who she dated and married. Alucard wasn't sure of what to say to that since he wasn't completely sure as to what it was he felt for the girl himself. He definitely could see her as being someone he could be friends with, but to be in that kind of relationship with her? He had never liked someone before so even if it was possible that is how he felt about her, he might not be able to recognize it. He did know one thing for sure though about what the man had said to him, and that was the answer to the question of if he would die for her. He needed to say his peace and hoped it would help calm the girl down, who seemed like he was about ready to die.
" I do like her, but I am not sure of in what way that is myself. It could be that I do wish to date her as you said, but since I have never experienced something like that before I don't know if I would recognize it." Alucard said in a voice that showed how honest he was being. " Although I am not certain on that, there is one thing I can tell you I am certain of. You asked if I was willing to die for her, so I'll ask you this. If I wasn't prepared and willing to die for her, why would I be sitting here talking to the man who tried to kill me twice and has been threatening me with death nonstop since I got here and spoken with you so calmly? I gave my word to the Little Bird that I would do anything for her sake and protection. That would include give my life for her sake."

"Awww see Emmy, I was right the little birdwatcher does want to get in your pants, and on top of that he's a virgin...good on ya for admitin it I suppose...better now then later, if ya know what I mean." he said winking at the guy as he continued to talk.
So now that we have the air all cleared out between ya two...I suppose my little sister's got ta make a decision...shouldn't call her little anymore I suppose..."
He looked over at her it looked almost as if she had a fever she was so red and flustered at this point. "Ah did I embarrass you or are you just a little bothered? Or is it that you have a fever now being so sick and all? You know prince charmin here could give ya some fluids and perk ya right up...all better right as rain eh?....After all that's what he's been wantin to do all along..."
"So what do ya say angel? What's your take on all this? Your big brother's all ears ya know."
He waited a few moments as his sister stayed frozen in embarrassment and fear, it was nice to savor the moment. Nothing quite like the brother sister relationship.
"Come on now...you can't leave this poor boy waitin all day can ya?...just think of how inconsiderate your bein...him all waitin on pins and needles ya know?"

Emily was actually frozen. In horror, embarrassment. If she wasn’t so afraid of Shaun (Or what he’d do, to be specific), she would have hit him for saying something like this. She just closed her eyes, keeping her mouth shut and head down. Hoping, praying he’d stop, and the intruder wouldn’t add fuel to the fire. Apparently the intruder didn’t realize this though, just making everything worse.
It wasn’t often that she got up the courage to ‘fight back’, but slowly, she was getting to that point. Most people would say that was a good thing. When you had Shaun for an older brother though…. Those people would tell you to keep your mouth shut.
She was angry, at both of them, but neither would see it. They were to focused on her horror and embarrassment. ”Shut up…..” Em didn’t look at either of them, her gaze downward, but it was obvious she meant both of them. She’d realize how stupid this move was later, but for right now, she wasn’t going to take it. She’d ignore everything else her brother threw at her, silently. But not right now. Not on this.

Alucard looked at Emmy as Shaun sat there messing with her. She was unusually still, and he could tell how she felt from the look in her eyes. He actually felt bad for what he had said just now. He had ended up hurting her without realizing it. That was all he seemed to do to her. He watched her brother sitting there toying her about this whole situation. He wasn't sure what he could do for her, but he knew he needed to do something. He wasn't going to be able to stop her brother from saying anything at this rate, so he needed to do something. He was just going to have to wing it since he wasn't sure how to handle this whole situation.
" I am going to go get some more stuff from the food stand, what might either of you want?" Alucard asked of both of them. " I'll bring you back anything you want so long as they have it, so just name what it is you want."
Alucard listened to what they wanted, if Emmy even was willing to talk to him by now. He got up and headed for the food stand to get there food. He was glad the line was long when he got there, now she would not have to have him around her for awhile. Alucard actually almost didn't want to go back after everything.

Things were going well, the match was just a few moments away from starting, and Shaun had managed to take his dominant position above these teenagers by playing to their hearts and their insecurities. Alucard for one, seemed absolutely oblivious to the kind of situation he was in, or maybe it was just overconfidence? either way the kid did a good job of playing the pawn as Shaun had a little fun with his sister. That was until Em decided to throw a little fit. Now something had to be done.
He had to give it to Alucard, at least he knew when to take his leave. The kid didn't need to be in anymore trouble then he already was...
Shaun stood there in silence for a few moments after the boy had left. Em was staring at the floor slightly quivering, she was clearly aware of what she had done. If they were home right now Shaun would have given her the full treatment, but since they were stuck in such a crowded place he had to settle for a more subtle approach.
"You know I don't appreciate back talk...just feel lucky that I can't do too much about it right now."
He placed his hand on her shoulder and immediately her body started to fall apart, according to his every whim. It was amazing the kind of control and fines he had when using his powers...he could decide precisely which molecule to burst...and exactly how hard to burst it. He was a composer and his instrument was pain...You know there is a lot more to causing pain then most people realize...sure you could go for the blunt force approach or you can just do as much damage as possible...but unfortunately the human brain has a limit. Eventually a person will just pass out...further more the body only tends to focus on the thing that is causing the most pain at the time...that most definitely deludes the experience. The trick to causing the most pain was to cause the pain with short intervals in between...and if you varied the sensation of that pain you made it very difficult for a person to adapt to it.
Much like putting a needle into someone's skin, you had to know what you were doing, needle after needle excruciatingly slow, make them feel like it would never end....That was the trick and Shaun was very well versed in it. After, all he had plenty of practice, most often with his sister more then anyone.
It wouldn't take long sharp pain dull pain burning pain electric pain they would all attack the nerves poking and prodding them...as her shoulder and then her arm would slowly begin to turn black.
"Now I believe I asked you a question...when you give me your answer I'll let you go....if your lucky."

Alucard had been standing in the line for the food stand when he realized that he had left all of his money in his satchel which was still by the girl and her brother. He didn't want to, but he had to go back there early. He left the line and walked back over to where he had been sitting next to the girl. She had a look of pain on her face and her brother's hand was on her arm. He had an idea of what was going on fairly quickly. He quickly cut himself with the razor he always used which he had in his pocket and placed his hand on Shaun's arm. His blood quickly moved under Shaun's hand and managed to pry it off enough that he could pull his hand up before Emmy's shoulder and arm had started to turn black. He looked at Shaun as he returned his blood back to his hand and let go of his arm.
" She was talking to just me earlier so there is no need to do this. Why would she talk back to you?" Alucard said to him. " Now then, I forgot my money and I think it would be best if I take her with me so she can pick out what she wants herself. You won't lose sight of her so there is no problem."
Alucard didn't wait for a reply as he just grabbed Emmy hand and forced her to come with him. He was luck that the popcorn wasn't in her lap at the time. He also grabbed his satchel and put it over himself as he took the girl with him.

Emily was almost cowering as she realized her mistake. She was in a lot of trouble. She should have just kept her mouth shut, not say anything… Would have been better. Even worse, the intruder left, leaving her and Shaun alone. Very, very bad… If he’d stayed… Her brother might have let it go… Might being the keyword…
”I-I didn’t mean it….. I’m sorry….” She didn’t look up. She couldn’t even raise her voice above a whisper. Em might be terrified of the outside world, but when her brother was mad at her… She’d rather be out in the world then face him. She flinched when he touched her, trying to mentally prepare herself for what was about to happen.
Nothing could prepare someone for this kind of pain.
Emily trembled under his touch, forcing herself to keep quiet and her expression as blank as possible. She had to endure it, silently, obediently, no matter how bad it was. And it could have been worse…. A lot worse.
”H-he’s a s-stranger…. W-we don’t…. t-trust s-strangers…” It wasn’t just fear and nerves that made her stutter this time. He’d hear the agony in her voice, the silent pleading for him to stop. That she’d be good if he just stopped…
Then, just like that, Shaun’s hand was gone. Her shoulder and arm still killed, but…. It was just that, a painful throbbing from the abuse it’d been put through. Shaun used his power to change the sensation before she could adapt, so…. He must have been satisfied with her answer and let go.
Not quite right. Someone had interfered. But it wasn’t just anyone, it was Alucard. He must have looked back… And he’d been smart enough not to grab her bad arm, she probably would have cried out if he did, dragging her away from her brother. She was eerily silent, not putting up any fight, or even looking up at him.

"Hey there now hang on for a minute there boyo!" he said as he geabbed Alucard roughly by the shoulder spinning him around. "Now I appreciate ya bein all lovey dovey and what not, but I don't think it be your place ta be gettin into our family affairs...besides this concerns you more then anyone...let the lady make her decison in peace why don't ya?...ain't that right angel?"
He said appealing to Em. She knew more then anyone that soon the decision would be made for her, but this time it wouldn't benifit anyone involved. As much as Shaun wanted to bash this poor kid's head in, Shaun didn't really want to cause any trouble until he had to. Starting a riot would just ruin his fun, and he didn't want to put such a damper on a good night like this.
" Now if you would please hand me back my sister, hopefully dhe csn come to a nice, informed decision, and we can all move on with our lives...or lack there of."
Shaun held out his arm and waited for his sister's return.

Alucard just looked at Shaun as he had grabbed at him. The moment he went for his shoulder, Alucard just moved so his hand slipped off before he could get a grip on it. He knew that the man was going to be mad, but Alucard wasn't exactly too worried about that at this moment.
" I'm just taking her to the food stand to get some stuff. We won't be leaving your sight for a single moment and I'm bringing her right back here. I won't be taking off with her anywhere you won't know about, and I'm sure you could find her easily if you wanted to again just like last time if I did. So why don't you just enjoy your fight that is starting right now? I will bring you back whatever it is you want from the food stand. Besides, haven't we at least earned this little trip to ourselves for having provided you enough entertainment until your glorious match started?" Alucard said to him. " Besides, you have stated already several times you could kill me if you wanted to so what is the trouble of letting someone like me take your sister to the food stand? Do you think I will cause you enough trouble you couldn't do anything about it? You also look like you could use some time to yourself right now, so I'm going to give it to you even if it isn't for long. What do you really have to lose by just letting me take her to the food stand to get some candy and you a really nice treat?"
Alucard waited to hear his answer. He wasn't sure what Shaun would do, but he hoped he would just let them go to the food stand and enjoy himself for a moment. He could understand the man not trusting him, but what could Alucard really do at the moment? It was already proven that Shaun could easily track Emmy down and Alucard had no desire to take her away from him.
" I just want to let you enjoy yourself for a moment, and I truly don't have any desire or reason to do anything other then take her to the food stand and back." Alcuard said to him. " We both know that watching your fight would be more fun then talking with me right now."

Emily didn’t think Shaun would just let someone take off with her, so she wasn’t surprised when her brother stopped Alucard. Still, she didn’t look up, or really react. She remained that same, eerily silent.
She always got like this after Shaun put her in her place, reminding her that he was in charge, and she wasn’t to do anything he didn’t like. Sullen, withdrawn… She fell into a depressed state that lasted a few days. Still, she was obedient. She didn’t even consider breaking any of his rules. So, when she heard Shaun address her, she looked up. After a few moments, she looked back down, silently telling him to make the decision for her. The girl wouldn’t choose the one her brother disapproved of, after all.
Hearing Shaun’s queue to return, she slipped her hand free of Alucard’s grasp. She didn’t even hesitate, slowly stepping away from the other teenager and into her brother’s waiting arms. She flinched when her bad arm and shoulder were touched, but didn’t seem to care that he’d been the one to cause the pain. In her mind, she’d miss behaved, and therefore it was her own fault he’d done it.

Shaun put his hand back on Emmy's shoulder with slightly more force then was necessary, taking some amount of glee out of her wince of pain. This girl had yet to learn her lesson...she wasn't going to get away until she did.
"I much appreciate your wantin to protect my sister and all Boyo, but I'm afraid we are going to have to make this decision, as a family, ya see, and I can't be lettin ya interfere. Now if ya know what's best for ya you'll be off and leavin us to this VERY important decision now."
Em was squirming right under his thumb, she would do just about anything to get out of this situation, but he wouldn't let her. She would beg and plead silently with her eyes, but he would get no sympathy from him, not right now, not today. He was going to make her make this decision. Why? simply because it was fun, and it pleased him. Was there any other reason?
His grip slowly tightened as he held his sister close. "Now let's continue where we left off shall we? I was asking you a question...and you were...Oh that's right...You were ignoring ME."

Alucard listened to what he said and didn't like the way he said it or the way he was treating the girl. He knew that the guy wasn't going to listen to him now, but he needed to find some way to get the girl away from him even just for a bit. How to get the girl away from him though without her getting into more trouble? There was only one thing that Alucard could think of, but the chances of it actually working were low. He was just going to have to go for it.
" You know, as much as I would love to go back to the food stand and get us more stuff, I can't possible carry it all back by myself. I was going to see if the girl would go with me, but you were right about her not going up there. She is deathly afraid of strangers after all and that is such a long line growing longer full of strangers. Who knows how much of a torture that might be for her to go with me, and I can't possible carry it all back by myself." Alucard said to the man. " It would seem that we have a problem doesn't it? But what can we do to solve it?"
Alucard hoped the man would take the bait, but the problem was that the man might not go for it at all.

Luke had suddenly woken up from his deep despair. He heard very little of Alucard's conversation figuring it wasn't his business, It's Alucards girlfriend, it's best if I don't get involved with their hyjinx. For now I need something to take my mind off this problem so that I can calm down.
Luke had very little Idea of what was going on in the rows in front of him he hadn't been paying very much attention to them. From what he knew, Alucard was just creepily talking to his girlfriend, while her brother disagreed. Nothing too unusual, in a relationship. Suddenly the brother seemed angry, the girl pulled herself away from Alucard, and he needed too carry the food back here for his brother. This would be a good time to chat with Alucard, besides not only would it be awkward too have your girlfriend carry your food for you, but it's even more awkward to have an angry older brother carry the food for him.
Now that I think about it that girl's brother looks familiar. Luke looks at the center of the ring and back at him. He repeated this action a few more times too make sure, it seemed out of place like a dream. Remembering his friends words of Shaun. Shit... Luke connected the dots. I don't know what kind of powers, he's using but this is no simple love affair, now I really need to talk to Alucard, he seems in trouble.
Luke stood up, putting on an optimistic and ignorant facade. He then turned his head toward them, too seem as if he had just noticed what he said. He took a few steps forward. Oh you need someone to carry the food for for you? I can do it. Luke smiled in his normal fashion towards him.
