Of course Alice didn't trust him, she didn't want to listen to anything he had to say. Him and his stupid wolves.... They did this! They'd ruined everything. The only thing she'd ever been sure of in her life, was gone, and they were at fault. It didn't matter that she could feel his own emotions through the strange bond, her own were so powerful that she was incapable of even recognizing what he was feeling.
"Liar!" She'd been faithful! She'd done everything that was asked of her! Why would he... Why would he just..... just give her away? No, they were all liars! The wolves couldn't be trusted! And if it wasn't for Night.... Her father wouldn't have said those things. "It's all your fault! If you... If you hadn't shown up, he'd still want me!"
Alice didn't care if she was used or manipulated. She'd never known a different life after all! She'd never known anything different. As you can imagine, the idea of change, especially to this degree, was a terrifying thought, and when Alice was scared she turned violent...
Hearing him say he wanted her.... Well, she had two reactions. First, raw confusion, so strong he'd feel it. Then... Hatred. The 'brainwashing' she'd gone through growing up was stronger then anyone would have thought, even Night wouldn't have realized just how strong of a hold the shadow had on her, even when she knew he didn't want her anymore. The emotions were so strong, that Night would probably feel like he was being crushed by the world.
"You destroyed everything! You made him hate me and leave me! And all on purpose!" In her mind? He'd ruined everything just because he wanted her. He'd taken her away from the only parent she knew, because he'd 'wanted' her.
She turned and ran again, she didn't care where she went, just ran and didn't look back to see if he was following or not.

Night Wolf watched her run off again. He moved after her without realizing it and caught up to her quickly. He tackled her to the ground, but made sure that he was the one who hit the hard ground and not her. He held her in his arms and didn't let go no matter how hard she fought against him. He needed to get her to calm down and to listen to him. He didn't know what to do, and the part of the shadow he had absorbed was starting to do something strange to him. It was like he could see part of the shadow's memories that had to deal with Alice and how it truly saw her. They both slipped into a dream like state again as the shadow's memories were shown to them and there was no way Alice could not tell that what she saw was everything that the shadow thought and felt about her and not some kind of trick.
" This girl is so easy to manipulate, I lucked out by getting her and not the boy. She will do everything I tell her to do and will believe everything I say. She is nothing more then a doll and a tool for me. I can use her until she breaks and then I'll just throw her off to the side and find a new toy to play with. I could care less what happens to her, she could die and it wouldn't matter to me, tools break all the time. I just love how easy it was to turn her against that boy, he might have a chance of making her realize what is going on. I would turn her against him if her powers would actually work against him, she is so useless and she is a failure. The wolves want to let her think for herself, but tools don't need to feel any thing. Although it is not like I care if she did feel pain or agony, it would be very entertaining to see her come crawling back to one who doesn't care for her and only uses her for his own gain. Although I do wish she would die some times, she is not that interesting anymore. Maybe I should get her killed or have her kill herself? Well I guess I will find out what I want to do later." the shadow's memories said as if to Alice herself.

Alice did fight, harder then ever before. He was prepared this time, because no matter how violently she thrashed and fought, he just tightened his grip on her, refusing to release her. "Let go!"
After futile attempts to escape, she stopped fighting. She just hung her head, refusing to look at him, refusing to speak to him, just praying he'd let her go....She didn't even seem to realize when they both passed into the shadow plane, but the moment she heard that voice, the voice she'd been begging to hear, her head shot up, searching desperately for him. When she realize what this was though... And what was said, she returned to her 'sulking'.
She was silent for a long time, long after the 'dream' had ended. Even through the 'bond' Night wouldn't know what was going on with her expect... That emotionally she was numb. "....." Still, silence. "... I don't care..." Her voice was so quiet you wouldn't even hear her speak unless you were paying very close attention.
"I don't want to do anything for myself if I can't be useful to him..." And him alone. She didn't care if she was useful to anyone else.

Night Wolf had listened to what the shadow had said and didn't know what he could do for Alice. He had become apart of the shadow plane himself, and Alice had not. It was probably for the best that she never did become part of that plane, the shadow that had control over her for so long had done enough damage to her as it was let alone allow her to fall into other hands. He wasn't sure how he could help her anymore as the shadow finished talking. They were back in their plane, but Alice did not move or say a word. He keep his arms wrapped around her as tightly as he could. He was going to hold her for as long as it took. He wasn't sure what she would say, but he wasn't letting go of her until she said something to him.
Night wasn't sure what to think of himself anymore after everything that had happened. He was trying to be there for Alice, but he was failing at that. He seemed to be hurting her more by what he was doing then helping. He never could seem to do the right thing no matter how hard he tried to, everyone always ended up being hurt. He had also become something because of what those beings of the shadow plane were using them for that experiment. He didn't know what was left for him anymore. How was he suppose to help someone when he couldn't even help one girl feel better? How was he suppose to become a better person if his very existence seemed to be the bane of the person he was trying to protect? His whole life was nothing but one horrible event after the other it would seem. He had finally started to get to know people and truly make a connection with others, but he could do nothing for them. And even though he knew all of that, he would still go on living in the world because he had to survive, he had to for nothing more then the sake of surviving.
