It was about two days after the full moon.... And Alice wasn't exactly sure what had happened. Or... Most of what happened. She remembered her father had come to her in her dreams, like he often did, but for some reason she couldn't remember everything he'd said. The more she tried, the hazier things became. All she could recall... was a warning. He'd been trying to warn her about something... Or someone... But who? Why?
Alice sat on a swing, lightly swinging back and forth as she thought, trying to remember what she'd been warned about. Not only that, she wasn't sure what had happened most of the remainder of the night. She remembered Night had been there... And he could turn into a dog (wolf). Maybe that was why she wanted to throw a stick and tell him to chase after it. But what else had happened? Had she lost control at one point? That could explain her memory loss... (Which wasn't the case, she'd just become so focused on him being her 'pet' and trying to remember the warning that she completely forgot about the rest of the night's events.)
The girl was absorbed in her own thoughts, completely detached from reality, to the point that she wasn't even aware of someone approaching...

Night Wolf had been out to stretch his legs. He still was feeling some of the last of the problems caused when he had over-used his power and from his long night with Ana the day before. He walked up to a small park area and smelled a familiar scent. Alice was in the park somewhere. He walked to it and looked around until he found Alice on a swing. He walked over to her and looked at her sitting in the swing not paying any attention to what was going on around her. He watched her for several moments just sitting their in her own little world. He got tired of watching her and decided to hug her from behind and see what she did. He was feeling somewhat playful right now for some reason, maybe because of the fun he had had with ana the night before or how he didn't have to watch himself so much with the full moon having passed. He waited for her to respond before he just smiled at her and laughed.
" Hey there Alice. What are you doing here all by yourself? I guess you wouldn't have anyone come with you any ways, but still." Night said to her. " You could have just called me you know and told me you were out this way, then we could have got something to eat and I could take you to go look around at stuff. Wait you don't have my number do you. Here let me give it to you."
Night looked around and found a pen and notepad that had been left laying down on the ground nearby. He wrote his number on a piece of the papers, pulled it out, and handed it to her. He gave her a smile as she took it.

Alice's thoughts were still plagued with questions that refused to be answered. And the longer she spent trying to answer them, the more confused she seem to get. She was at a point where she wanted to talk with her father, he did seem to know everything.... At the same time though, there was only one person (or thing, to be specific) that she remotely feared, and that was him. He didn't like repeating himself, and he didn't like answering to many questions... Either way, she was sure he'd be angry with her if she told him she couldn't remember his warning...
Something grabbed her from behind, arms wrapping around her. Alice didn't even think, instantly thinking she was under attack. The shadows at her feet leaped up, poised sharpened ends at her attacker. When she finally heard that voice though.... The shadows returned to their dormant state, knowing it's be useless to attack him. All the while Alice was like a riled up cat, hair on end and all. She even growled slightly, tense until he finally let go.
After he'd released her though, she blinked, wondering where that reaction had come from. Why had she felt both on edge, and drawn to him at the same time..? Maybe... The warning had been about Night?
She stared at him blankly as he jotted down the number and handed her the note. Not even bothering to look at it, she dropped the piece of paper onto the wood chips, never giving it a glance. Instead, she pulled out her small cell and held it out. "Add it yourself."

Night Wolf took her phone from her and quickly added his number to her contacts list. He called his phone as he finished and let it ring once before he ended the call and handed the Alice's phone back to her. He pulled his out and quickly made a contact for Alice in his phone. He had noticed that Alice had no numbers from what he could notice on her phone. He wasn't much better about having numbers, but he still had people he could call.
" There, you have me on your phone now." Night said to her with a smile. " So what brought you out here to the park and had you so deep in thought? You contemplating how to murder Alex again?"
Night was trying to get her talking because something seemed different about her then she had been last time he saw her. She seemed almost like she was feeling conflicted while before she always seemed like she knew what she thought and felt all the time. He didn't know why she seemed like this, but he wanted to find out. He listened to her before he had an idea.
" Alice, do you want to continue our talk somewhere we can get something to eat? I don't know if your hungry right now, but it is better then sitting here in this park without something to drink at least." Night said to her with a smile.

Night was actually her first contact that wasn't a teacher in her phone. She'd only had the little device so the school could keep an eye on her of sorts, she'd never actually considered using it to stay in touch with anyone else... When he handed it, back, she was careful in accepting it so there was absolutely no contact, the girl stuffing the phone in her pocket after as if it were nothing special.
"No, I already know how I'm going to kill her." Some people would think she was joking, but she wasn't. She actually had already plotted how to kill Alex. Several different ways. Each new idea worst than the last. But no, that wasn't what was on her mind right now, and she wasn't going to tell him what it really was... At least not yet.
Her gaze was downward, focused on wood chips as she tried to focus back on her current dilemma. Night wouldn't let her though, urging her to go get food with him. Slowly she looked up at him, that strange, uncharacteristic uncertainty still readable in her eyes. "I'd have to be around humans though." It wasn't necessarily a no, but it wasn't a yes either...

Night Wolf looked at her and wasn't surprised to hear her talking about having thought of how she was going to kill Alex. Those two girls just couldn't get along no matter what was going on. She didn't want to go around people, but she didn't seem to mind the idea of getting some food. She did seem like she wanted to think on something though, so night wasn't sure if he should keep her from it. She might get some good out of not thinking about it for some time as well though. He wasn't sure what to do at first, but his own desire to eat and talk got the better of him.
" Well you won't have to worry too much about people were we are going." Night said to her with a smile. " You remember that restaurant we went to last time? Well the owner was thankful for what we did for him and he made a special room were we can eat and talk in private. It is dimly light, you can't see the rest of the restaurant from it, and you won't hear the other guests unless they open the door which only happens when the waiter comes in. It should fit what you are looking for perfectly. He also is giving us a good discount on whatever we buy in the place. I think he is doing too much, but it seems we did more then I thought we did from the way he acted."

Alex.... Had officially become Alice's most hated 'nemesis'. The girl was to cheerful, to outgoing. To.... Squeaky. Alice wanted to strangle the girl, torture her. Make sure the girl never comes near Alice again.
Alice looked back up at him with that typical, blank stare of hers. Still, she looked distracted and unsure. The restaurant.... From that first day? Why would they want them to come back? Especially her? She'd ripped a man apart like a rag doll. If Night hadn't stopped her, she would have given the rest of the men the same treatment... And that included the employees.
Not only that, but she doubted their motives would be honest. Humans were lying, scheming creatures. They weren't to be trusted. Especially when they wanted to 'thank' you for killing someone in their shop by building a private, sound proof room just for the 'heroes'. "They didn't seem all that grateful before. Why would they be now?" Her unsure gaze was suddenly suspicious as she stared at him.
It was unlikely that the humans really were up to something, but try telling that to Alice. She was determined to believe humans should never be trusted...

Night Wolf looked at her and could tell she didn't trust what he had told her. He hadn't trusted it either when he went to visit the owner to find out about that gang. When he had pressed the owner about it, he came to find out the real reason why he had done it. The owner didn't want to die for one thing if he said anything or crossed them in any way, he didn't want to inform the police about the actions that took place since it would bring up some questions he couldn't afford to answer, and the gang had avoided his place since the incident happened. There was a rumor going around about the place being haunted and it had ironically boosted it's sales. The owner had done all of that for them to appease them, bribe them, and thank them all at once. He knew that, but he didn't think alice would understand all of that so he was going with the one he knew she would understand.
" Your right, he didn't do all of that as thanks for saving him. He really is scared that you might kill him so he did it as a way of trying to appease you so you won't kill him. It is the perfect place for you to spent time at since you can do everything you want to in that room." Night said to her. " I already made sure it was safe and he wasn't up to anything before hand so I know it is perfect place for us to talk."

Alice waited almost impatiently as he fell silent, probably thinking about what she'd said. She actually expected him to agree with her, that the humans were up to something and were probably just looking fora reason to get rid of the two.
His answer though, when he gave it.... Actually surprised her. If he was scared of them...Why would he invite them back? "He thinks I'll go back and kill him?" Why did she suddenly feel like one of those mythical Greek Gods, and the humans were offering her a human sacrifice so she wouldn't smite them? Well, she wasn't that off. They really were offering up a sacrifice, just so she wouldn't kill them.
".... Why does it feel like we're being offered a sacrifice?" She didn't believe him entirely, but that was just Alice for you. She'd probably never trust them, but that didn't mean she actually thought the humans could do anything to her.
"Talk about what?" Why did it feel like he wanted to talk to her about something? If he did.. No wonder he wanted to go to the place, he probably didn't want any chance of being over heard.

Night Wolf laughed when she asked why it felt they were being offered a sacrifice. Did she feel like they were some kind of almighty beings or something right now? Well she was right in a way, they would have been treated as some if this was ancient times. He didn't know if he would have though, maybe as some kind of creature most likely that served her as they would have seen it. She had an odd way of thinking that was for sure, but it never surprised him that she would say something like that. She wanted to know what they were going to talk about, but he really didn't have anything important to talk about. He just knew Alice liked privacy and was more likely to talk when she felt she wouldn't have someone just dropping in on her.
" Well I guess they are doing that in a sense. It is a modern way of doing it, but I would say they are offering us up a sacrifice to appease us." Night said to her with a smile. " I didn't have anything that was important to talk about, just thought we should talk with each other. Not everything you talk about has to be important all the time Alice, it is fine to joke around or just say whats on your mind some times. So feel up to eating and try some of that talking?"

Alice's train of thought could be a bit odd, but seeing as she hadn't actually been raised normally... You couldn't really blame her.
"... Humans are strange." Had she really scared them to the point that they believed she'd come back to kill them? Or maybe they wanted to make sure those thugs didn't return. It wouldn't surprise her if one of the employees went around bragging to the thugs if the two did show up.
"......" She stared at him when he mentioned joking around and sharing what was on your mind. "Why?" She fell silent at his question, swinging back and forth as she thought. Should she? Shouldn't she? There were still those conflicting feelings, to be both wary and close to him. To stay and run.
"I guess." Even though she'd technically agreed to go, it didn't mean she sounded to sure. There was still that strange, uncertainty in her voice and expression. These conflicting thoughts were making impossible for the girl to even decide what to do, which was really showing.
Night didn't seem to realize why she was so torn. He'd heard her father influencing her thoughts to stay away from him after all. But, so far it seemed he didn't remember any of the conversation either.

Night Wolf couldn't figure out why she was so conflicted and he couldn't remember any of what the shadow had told her and him. He might have remembered part of it, if it hadn't been for the full moon. He may not have known why she was torn or what she was torn over, but he knew one thing for sure, she had just agreed to go with him to go eat even if she didn't realize it. He smiled and quickly wrapped his arms around her. He didn't immediately travel them though to the restaurant, for some reason he felt like just holding her tightly in his arms. He couldn't place why he did, but he finally managed to travel them to the restaurant after a few moment of holding her. When they got to the restaurant from the shadow plane, Night didn't feel tired or worn out or anything from the traveling. He felt like he did when he traveled alone through the shadow plane somewhere. Why didn't he get assaulted by shadows this time around? The look of confusion on his face could be seen for a moment after they had gotten back. He had forgotten to let go of Alice for a moment, but he finally realized he hadn't and let go of her. They were in a dimly light room with a table and comfortable, padded chairs around it. Night walked to the door and said something out of it before he went and sat in one of the chairs. He gave Alice a look after he did as if he was waiting for her to sit down.
Night said with a smile after she sat down, " They will be here to take our orders in a moment, so go ahead and think of what you want to drink and maybe something to eat as well while we wait. I'm treating you so don't be shy about what you want and don't worry about cost."

Like Night should already know, Alice didn't take being held well. She'd put up with it when he used his power, if only because he had to hang on to her, but that was it. Any longer and she fought. She'd been just about ready to start fighting when he finally brought them through the shadows and to the restaurant, having expected him to be quicker about it. Once they were in the room though, she escaped, not waiting for him to let go of her.
Like before, her behavior was like a riled up cat. She even looked like she might hiss at him, but instead she just sat in one of the chairs closest to the corner, and hopefully the farthest seat from where he'd be.
After a moment, she blinked, again wondering where the behavior had come from. He just might notice her confusion. Then, of course, she realized that he wasn't nearly as tired as he usually was when he traveled with someone. She didn't know why he was tired those times though, so it never occurred to her that it might be because he didn't need to protect her in the shadow plane. After all, the shadows didn't attack her..
She sat there for several moments, seeming to sulk. "I'm not hungry." Instead, she folded her arms on the table, resting her head on them as she stared blankly into space, trying to lose herself in thought. Whether she'd succeed or not though... All depended on Night.

Night Wolf heard her say she was not hungry and sit there sulking, a look of trying to escape into her thoughts on her face. He needed to stop her from trailing off or it might be awhile before he could get her to come back to reality and he didn't feel like sitting in the room in silence knowing someone else was near him. He stood up and sat next to her, leaving her with so place to escape to from his presence. He was making her notice him so that she would feel she had to talk. He waited for her to finally look at him before he gave her a smile.
" Well then, how have you been Alice? I want to hear what has been going on with you?" Night said to her. " Also, do you remember what happened on the night of the full moon? I can never remember a thing about what I do on those nights, I become different then I normally am then. I hope I didn't do anything bad to you."
He waited to see what she would say until the waiter came in to take their orders. Night ordered for the both of them. He had a strange feeling that Alice might be hungry soon, although he was taking a guess in the dark at what she would want to eat.

Alice's head shot up, eyes wide the moment he sat next to her, blocking any escape. That gaze she'd fixed him with quickly search for a new escape route, but he'd successfully blocked them all. Her eyes narrowed a little, the girl shifting in the chair so she was as far from him as possible.
Again, she didn't know where it'd come from or why she was acting this way. Even her expression, after a moment, seemed to ask why she'd done that.
Still staring at him, she listened to what he said, but didn't even open her mouth until after the waiter had come and left, her gaze narrowing a little at the presence of the man. Really, what was wrong with her today? Why did she think everyone she saw as a threat?
".... You were a dog." She'd intentionally avoided his first questions. Didn't even let herself hear the question. She didn't even know why she was acting this way herself! Why should she tell him that, for some reason, she didn't trust him? But at the same time, she wanted to?
