Coming out from the crouch Hadley had put herself in the ball had been coming her way she turned to face the direction the ball had traveled, cringing from when she heard the inevitable sound of chaos her ball would make when it entered the stall. However the sound of a ruined stall didn’t her ears, instead she raised an eyebrow as she saw someone catch her ball.
After letting out a sigh Hadley headed over to the stall to retrieve her ball, knowing that the owner of the stall would probably yell at her about her choice of practice place. But it wasn’t her fault, ok so it kind of was her fault, with summer fest going on the whole yard was covered in either stalls or people with little to no space at all.
This place had been the first place that she found that only had one stall in the area and wasn't crawling people. Ok sure she could have practiced in the danger room, but what was the fun in that? Playing inside was nothing compared to the good outdoors.
As soon as she reached the stall she plastered a sheepish smile on her face. “Hey, sorry about that. It didn’t hit the ball straight on making it swing right and hit the wall.”

Alucard hadn't gotten much of his book read when he heard footsteps coming to the stand. He guessed it was the owner of the ball and was right when he heard a female voice. She had some excuse for what happened, but it didn't change anything. He stood up and looked at her. She was his age and she had a sheepish smile on her face. He just gave her a blank look.
" So you kicked a ball at a wall in a small, confined area with hardly any movement room, a stand nearby, and a girl not paying attention to what was happening around her and you thought that was a good idea?" Alucard asked of her. " Look at your surroundings better next time and maybe just not bring a ball to an area full of stands and people and kick it around even in a quiet spot like this because you will hit something you shouldn't."
Alucard waited to hear what she had to say. He didn't even move to pick the ball up and hand it to the girl on the other side of the stand from him. He wasn't sure if he wanted to give it back to her yet or not.

Ok so it probably hadn’t been the best of an idea to play soccer in this area, and she would be the first to admit that she was wrong, but she had just wanted to get outside and kick a ball around. Kicking it in the danger room just wasn’t the same so she had come out here to try and find a place that wasn’t covered with stalls and people, and she had found. Although if she had known that this kid was here she would have found somewhere else.
Hadley didn’t like kids like this, sure she was wrong and she would be the first to admit she was wrong, but she hated kids that tried to give her a lecture, especially if they were the same age. “If you would look around you would notice that there’s only one stand here. It’s also not that much of an enclosed area. Since there’s only one stall here there’s about a twenty foot by twenty foot area of free space; plenty of space to kick a ball. The only reason it became a problem is because I miss judged how far away I was from the wall if I happened to hit the ball at an angle.” Hadley would have admitted that he was probably right if he hadn’t felt the need to lecture her.

Alucard heard her trying to back talk him when he knew she knew he was right. He didn't mind if someone had an opinion of their own and voiced it, but it was another thing to be saying things you know are just idiotic to be saying. He gave her a look that said for her to rethink what she was saying before she talked again.
" A space full of tables, benches, and trash barrels. The actual movement space is highly limited and to over look the fact you have no movement space in picking a spot doesn't reflect well on your judgement skills. I can understand wanting to find a place to do something you enjoy doing, but to do something this reckless without paying any attention to what is around is asking for trouble." Alucard said to her.
Alucard wasn't in the mood for her at all now after she almost ruined his kitchen and had back talked him. He was patient with people when he had a reason to be, like with the shy rabbit and her issues with strangers, but it was another when someone grasped at straws to try and justify being stupid.

Hadley closed her eyes, trying to calm down. This guy was really started to get on her nerves and if there was any glass around them it would be starting to shake. “That’s true, but look over there.” She pointed in the direction she had come from. “There’s a section that’s completely clear. That’s where I was.”
It was true, past where the benches were set up for this stand there was a clear, semi wide area that was all clear. It was a place set aside for people to set up more stalls and benches.
“That’s where I put my ball down. Did you honestly think I would play in an area where there would be so many obstacles?”
Although, if she had known this guy had been her she might have aimed the ball right at his head; he would deserve it. He was acting like she did it on purpose and she didn’t, jerk. She was really beginning to not like this guy and was starting to hope that they wouldn’t have any classes together. She didn’t know how long things like windows would last if they did end up having classes together.

Alucard just looked at this girl. Was she really arguing when she already knew she was wrong? The space she tried to use was more open then the width between the benches in front of his stand, but they were not big enough to have someone trying to play with a ball in. There was also now another problem, she had kicked her ball against someone else stand. If she had kept that up, she would have ended up getting lectured any ways. Did she not pay any attention to where she was doing things or even care for that matter? He knew for a fact now that keeping her ball was the best idea. She wasn't going to like him doing that and would probably hate him for it, but what did he care if someone hated him for them avoiding getting into worse trouble later on?
" And with that being said, I am now keeping your ball." Alucard said to her. " Also any complaints you have you will need to take them up with the festival organizers and explain to them what is going on. Although it won't do you any good since I am completely with in my right to take it from you and not give it back since it almost damaged my stand and you were kicking it into the wall of another stand. Do you really want to tell them all of that or worse get them and not tell them that and they find out you didn't tell them from the beginning? It is your choice what you do now, but your not getting this back until I think your ready to have it back."

The glass ball inside her pocket started to vibrate harder then it had been a few seconds ago and then completely shattered in her pocket when he told her he wasn’t going to give her ball back. The glass ball had been a gift from her father who happened to have the same power as her and she had taken up the habit of carrying it with her everywhere she went so that on the off chance she ended up somewhere where there wasn’t any glass in the area, like now for instance.
“Look smart guy, there is enough room to kick a ball there. If there wasn’t I wouldn’t have chosen this area in the first place. I’ll admit that I should have placed the ball farther right and a few more feet away from the tables, and I’m sorry that I almost ruined your stall, but that didn’t give you the right to start lecturing me right of the bat. So I made that one stupid mistake, I was going to apologize, but you didn’t give me the chance.”
In the background you could hear the sound of a lot of glass breaking, including windows. Great, that was just great. She hadn’t thought that she was mad enough for her power to have reached all the way to the school, but apparently she had been. She was going to be in trouble this time, who knew how far her powers had extended.

Alucard just looked at the girl. Was she really trying to defend herself even though she was clearly wrong? What did she expect him to say, 'Oh sorry I didn't notice that before. I'm sorry I said all of that. Here is your ball back.' She had some kind of issue, and she needed to get over it before she got herself into more trouble. Alucard didn't care what else she had to say, but he guessed the breaking glass had something to do with her since she reacted to the sound of it in a way that hinted at it. He wasn't sure what she did to make it do that, but it was obvious she didn't have that good of control over it.
" Mind calming down before you break anymore glass? Although you could keep it up if you wanted to and get into trouble once they learn you were the one who did it. It is your choice on what happens from this point on. Either calm down and get better control of yourself or don't and end up being reprimanded for it." Alucard said to her. " Now did you want to order anything from my stand or are you just going to stand there in a huff for the rest of the night?"

This guy was really asking for trouble, if this was how he acted around everyone this kid wasn’t going to get any friends anytime soon. He was an arrogant jerk. She already apologized to him! Who did he think he was? A teacher? Lecturing her like she was stupid, she really hated this guy. It wasn’t really even about the stupid ball it was the way he made himself seem more important and how he had to be right. She hated guys like that, but this guy, this guy had to take the cake on jerks.
All of the glass that Hadley had shattered up to this point started to gather together heading toward where Hadley and Alucard were located. This had never happened before, on it own that is, Hadley had never become as mad as she needed to for her powers to get this far, but Alucard was something special and it seemed like he liked just wanted to piss off Hadley and see how far she could go.
“Do you honestly think I would end up getting something from this stand? You are the one who’s stupid! And I would stop acting like a jerk if I was you or I would end up watching my back with how many enemies you are going to acquire at this school from pissing people off.”
By this point shards of glass were completely surrounding Alucard, though Hadley did really noticed since she was just so pissed at him.

Alucard listened to her say she didn't want to get anything from his stand and that he seemed to be stupid and a jerk. The girl really needed to calm down. Alucard noticed the glass coming up around him, and he had an idea of what the girl's power was now. She didn't seem to be trying to control it though, so that meant her power was doing things on it's own. Alucard knew how dangerous it could be when a power went out of control, no matter if they were the strongest or the weakest of powers. He needed to calm the girl down, but he doubted she would listen to whatever it was he had to say to her. He just needed to do something that would shock her out of her anger, or at least this kind of anger, but what would work? He got an idea, but who knew if it would work.
Alucard looked at the glass that was approaching him and noticed it had a sharp edge. He moved his legs so they touched them enough to leave small cuts on his legs then manipulated his blood to wrap around his legs. He was out of the stand and had the girl picked up and in his arms before she could have realized what had happened. He used his blood to jump from one stand to the next quickly till he was at the woods near the institute, barely making a sound as his feet touched the roof of the stands. He set the girl down in a clearing close to the end of the trees.
" Here is a good spot for you to practice and I will show you how to get to here right now so calm down and get control over your powers. You could have hurt someone at the rate you were going." Alucard said to her.

Hadley was just about to say something when she felt herself being picked up, and then they were moving fast, first through the stalls and booths of summer fest and then they were in the trees of the surrounding forest. What the heck? What did he think he was doing? Squirming, Hadley tried to get out of Alucards grip, but he was holding on to her to tight for her to.
As soon as Alucard put her down Hadley started to sway slightly in disorientation, but as soon as she got her bearings back she quickly slapped him, hard, and then backed up a few feet and, oh if looks could kill Alucard would be bared six feet under, fixed him with of her coldest glares. In a deadly quiet voice that didn’t seem to fit Hadley at all she asked, “What the hell do you think your doing?”
Oh if he thought this would calm her down he was sadly mistaken. Hadley was at least twice as mad at him then when this whole mess started. He brought her here so she could practice her powers? Did he honestly think she had so little control of her powers? Well obviously since he had accentually kidnapped her to some place so she could ‘practice her out of control powers.’
“I don’t want your help and I don’t need your help.” Hadley nearly spat at him.
