Nightmare Island. Once the base of the Nightshades and their band of ruthless mutants who wanted nothing more then to destroy. That was, until, the future caught up with the past, in the form of Cain.
Now the once powerful Nightmares walked around the halls with a blank stare in their eyes, cold and empty like that of Cain. The reason behind this was after Shadow's defeat at his hands, Cain descended into the depths of the island and corrupted everything. Those that willingly bowed to his power were spared, while others were turned into mindless slaves by the nanobites injected by him.
The lab in the basement was restored, Shadow's room was completely destroyed, while Sky's room was barred from any entry except for Sky herself. The first level was completely changed and shaped by the nanobites, changing it into what would've easily been mistaken as a spacebridge, with the main computer room near the back of the base.
Cain stood staring at the screen which showed the different areas on the island which were now under surveilance and equipped with futuristic technology which now served as the security system.
"Master." a member of the nightmares came in and knelt before him, "The security system is complete, and the uplinc to the military sattelites is almost ready."
"How soon?" Cain spoke, unmoving.
"Within the hour master."
"Excellent." Cain spoke again, a cold smile growing on his face.

Anansi blinked a few times why would Cain want to see her. Anansi was fine with the new line of command, the Nightshades couldn’t be in charge forever someone was bound be bold enough to take over some time charge Cain just happened to be the person who was powerful enough and Anansi would say stupid enough but…that wasn’t really the case hear he had somehow gotten control of the nightmares to the point that most didn’t really act like them selfs.
When given the opsion wherether she was going to bow down to Cain or be turned into a mindless zombie well that wasn’t a hard chosie for her at all she liked her head how it was and she didn’t really care who was in charge she mostly stayed out of the way of everything anyway.
Anansi steeped in to the room with Cain she saw the some other member bow down to Cain she let a small sigh one of the members that was dumb enough to not follow the new line of command and was now changed. Anansi weighted until he the member left the room. Before she bow her head towards Cain. She was going to have to get use to this, she never was much to give people repect but
“You sent for me”
Anansi had no idea why Cain wanted her, she already stated that she was willing to fallow him and actually besides the remolding she liked where things where going so far with this new change of power things where getting done , Anansi would of never dreamed of them having any control over anything military. Yep Cain was doing a good job she couldn’t find anything to really complain about besides the new spacey look but she wasn’t dumb enough to complain about that.

"Ah, Anansi. How are you adjusting to your new room? I painted it myself."
Anansi was the first of many to bow down to him without him needing to "persuade" her, so as a reward he gave her Crimson's old room. Crimson, who had tried her best to stop Cain from taking over along with Shadow, met her end inside her own room. Cain's sick mind had decided that since she enjoyed blood so much, he would decorate the wall with hers. Of course he had to get rid of the small body parts that were left behind, but those were easily disposed of inside the island.
"Devika and David are now doing some recruiting so we could build our army and take over this pitiful planet. With those three in my command, and the military satillites in my control, I will no doubt have this planet under my control. I have a new task for you, however."
He turned and looked to her, knowing that she would be useful in the mission he was going to send her on. He chuckled at the thought of his idea, knowing that having The Alliance under his control would help his cause greatly.
"I need you to infiltrate Asteroid M and grant me control. Then find the ones that call themselves Xavier, Apocalypse and Magneto. Find them...and kill them."

“I’m adjusting well…thankyou for the room it was…thoughtful of you” Anansi was well aware of who the room use to belong to and it was an honor for the room to now be hers now The smell of blood in the room was different Anansi didn’t mind it was a good color but she didn’t understand what Cains point was to paint the walls that way.
She lessoned as he spoke about the Indian woman and the Xmen student who where now under his control nodding not saying much. Thinking that he’d send her to do a similar task or to make sure he did not lose control of the two but when he got to what he wanted her she looked at him and blinked a few times.
“sir…as honored as I am by that task we are talking some very powerful men there” She looked at him, trying to figure out what he was pulling hear, “Sir, do you have any idea how I’m going to kill them or get to Asteroid M”
She was fine with the jobs she just normally wasn’t one to go and do missions she stayed in nice dark rooms where no one bothered her killing she could do but she took longer to kill someone as it would say cain

Her words had seemed to get Cain thinking, and as his hand touched his chin, he began to pace back and forth. She was right of course, having her go after the three most powerful mutants in the world was suicide, he would have to take care of those three himself.
"You're right of course. You're not skilled nor powerful enough to bring them down. It's a task I must do myself, however I'm still going to count on you to take control of the asteroid. I have reason to believe that Magneto left it unguarded as he went to help with Xavier. Taking control will not be a problem."
When she asked about how to get to Asteroid M, all he could do was laugh. A look back at the monitor and the screen flashed on, revealing a large ship that was harboring mutants on their way to the asteroid. A cold smile graced his lips as he looked from the screen back to Anansi.
"Take a few of your spiders with you, as well as a few of our mutant friends. I'm sure with their help, taking the asteroid will be easy and we can use it to our advantage."

Sky arrived on the island once more, looking over the old Nightmares' headquarters. It had changed completely...by the man she loved.
Syrena cooed in Sky’s arms, the baby’s tiny hands reaching for locks of her hair as they blew in the wind. Sky looked down at her precious bundle with a sad smile, wrapped tightly in blankets in the crook of her right arm. “It’s time for you to sleep now, Syrena.”
Soon, the baby’s eyes drooped and fell sound asleep, by using her mind powers. Sky covered her with more clothing, so that Cain wouldn’t notice his daughter. She strode in, as she used to do many times before and found no one at the entrance. That was expected, of course. Everyone was either in their rooms or on the first level, as Sky reached out with her mind. But…these minds…it seemed they no longer belonged to their owners. Cain had injected them with nanobots to enslave and control them. Sky narrowed her eyes menacingly as she continued her search. Cain was on the first level, with a woman named Anansi.
“There you are…traitor.” Sky hid her presence from other telepaths who may have been in the vicinity. She didn’t want to be noticed…yet. Sky also cloaked Syrena, so nobody would notice and take her baby hostage. It felt as though a heavy, menacing aura exuded from Sky, her hatred almost manifesting in the air around her. Her eyes, that were normally brown, were a dark, shiny purple, almost black. Sky descended the stairs, without a trace of mercy in her face.
Soon, Sky arrived, standing behind Cain as he faced Anansi.
“It’s been a long time, Cain. Benefitting from Shadow’s absence, I see.” No trace of the regard she’d felt for Cain before was found in Sky’s expression now. He was the man who killed Shadow and made her little sister suffer, after swearing he wouldn’t touch Rose. Sky would take her vengeance.

She watched as Cain moved across the room like he was thinking she slowly nodded when she told him it was not wise to go after the men but told him to still go to the asteroid “yes sir” she nodded again “ the asteroid will be under your command as soon as I can” .
Anansi raised a brow when he told her how she was going to get there she looked at the monitor with the large ship on it…more tec wonderful how she hated it so but she could make it work and when she could bring all her little spider friends with her then there not be a problem at all. The mutant friends she’d treat the same way she did now mindless fulls no one cares about but they’d be useful she couldn’t think of how to do this with her normal way of fighting but her normal way normal involved a bed her victim and maybe a drink or two but this would be fun something new.
“Don’t worry Cain this will be fun I’ll make sure the first thing I do is hack there cameras for you so you can see the show” she stated with a laugh she new that there was a mindless freak who could do hack like nothing else and also do other fun things, O this was going to be a game she had so many new toys to play with when attacking the asteroid.
Anansi looked away form the monitor and saw Sky standing behind Cain, O she didn’t look to happy Anansi gave a wicked smiled o how tempted she was to see how this paned out but crossing paths with sky was never a good sign she wondered why she was so mad at him weren’t they lovers or something like that. O well it wasn’t her concern. “Cain is there any last minute intrusions before I go”

"Yes, do allow me to view the show. I love a good action film."
He laughed before seeing Sky in the entrance with something in her arms. When Anansi spoke and asked if there was anything else, he smirked and shook his head. He knew the reason Sky was here. Word of Shadow's death went like wildfire, but to him it didn't matter. She could invade his mind all she wanted, but a mind of metal and engineering wasn't easy to control.
"No, Anansi, you may leave. This is a private conversation." he then looked to Sky with a cold smile, "Yes, though I do admit that she had a grand place here, I decided to do a little redecorating in her...absence."
He chuckled at the memory of killing Shadow. It was more pleasant than how he had killed Crimson. One limb after another was removed, and hearing Shadow's screams of pain were like music to his ears. Now Sky had come into his domain, but why? Was she here to join him, or challenge him.
"Don't be downhearted though, Sky, I'm sure that I can bring Shadow back into our little family if you so desire."

Anansi nodded when he said that this was a private conversation and turned and left giving a small nod of respect to Sky her family may have been out of power but she grew up hear the Nightshades where the almost family to her everything she knew was taught on this island and who ever said Cain was going to be in power for lorn.
as walked down the hall to the ship she called what ever spiders where on the island onto the ship and finding some mindless mutants to pick to go with her ones that she felt would be most helpful in taking over the asitrod.
Once she was on the ship the ship looked like a nightmare already filled with spiders already forming webs in corners of the ship you chould hardly steep with out steeping into on luckily most of them would move out of the way before anyone steeped and when Ananisi moved it was like the waters where parting black moving water that was.
She smirked sitting in the command chair pushing a few buttons on the control panel the cournets where already in so there was not much she needed to do hear she slipped on the head set “Ready to launch” a voice reponed that all was ready “In 10, 9,8,7,6.5,4.3.2.1 lift off” with that the ship took off headed towards Asteroid M she was going to have fun with this way to much fun.
