Hank’s Motor Part’s Shop. That’s where Donny was at this very moment, since completely the computer component of his latest project Donny had began construction on the actual device, which brought him here. Hank’s Shop wasn’t very large, nor was it extremely popular, for it was just a small shop located on the outskirts of New York; in fact it was much closer to the border of Canada then New York. However Hanks happened to be the best parts shop with a hundred mile radius. Not only were the parts from this shop extremely good quality, but they were also extremely good value. Making the three hour drive to get there worth it.
Donny walked through the doors of the small shop; the air that met him was filled with the scents of grease and sweat; two scents that had become incredibly recognizable to Donny over the years. Donny had first discovered this shop when looking up shops on the internet while doing a class project a few years back, and since then it had become his number one provider for all the parts he needed, or at least for the parts that they had that he needed.

*Layla was searching, and five junkyards later there was nothing. She couldn’t find what she was looking for. She would have given up if not for her drive…and curiosity. She didn’t exactly know what she was searching for. She thought it was an idea. Something to spark her interest. All the cars and bikes at the hide out were finely tuned, thurolly cleaned and new parts were put in where they were needed. Now she was board. After finishing that big project she wanted something else. She was ready to pray to the god of invention, Vulcan, or to the Greeks Hephaestus. So she went on search. True she did find some good, cheep stuff to use, but that wasn’t inspiring enough. So after dropping the stuff off she headed out, again on her quest.*
*This quest brought her to a small shop that looked interesting, she wanted to go in. Layla was on her nice, her made bike. She built it up, it had a better looking frame then before and it looked brand new, witch most of the parts were. She was wearing dark wash skinny jeans with tight boots that went up to her knees. The boots had about a three inch pencil thin heel on it. She had a leather jacket and as she got off of her bike she took of her halmet. The hair tucked away in it falling down. Shaking it a few times as she walked into the parts store. This was the place. She could feel it. This place smelled similar to the garage at the hide out after a nice long day of Layla, and even a few others, working on machines.*
*She happily greeted the owner and she started to search.*

As Donny weaved in and out of the shelves that were towering with spare parts or other mechanical objects Donny decided to take a look at the clock hanging just above the far wall located at the back of the room, It was four in the afternoon, a little more then an hour since he had arrived, he had about two hours before he had to leave. Moving closer to the front of the store Donny looked at all the pile of stuff he had collected, he had obtained most of what was necessary to completing the mechanical aspects of this project.
The nearer he got back to the front of the store the more he started to realize that he would probably have to order some of the bigger parts rather then get them at a store, though he already suspected that. After he had gathered all the things he had come here for, and some things that he didn’t, he proceeded to head the check out and on his why he saw someone with black hair just out of the corner of his eyes.
For some reason the hair looked familiar, so Donny turned to face where he saw a girl with black hair looking through the shelves, but Donny couldn’t figure out why she looked so familiar, then it clicked. He had met her in Canada during the massive snow storm a few months back. What was her name again, though? Lily? Now that wasn’t it. Lisa? No. Layla? That sounded closer.
Moving towards her Donny stopped when he was a couple of feet away. “Your names Layla right?”

*Layla headed to the first group of items. She knew that she could find something to give her the idea if she only looked close enough. After digging around in that small section a little bit she finally saw it. A small moter, that probably went to either a scooter or a small motorcycle. She just thought a simple question then thoughts raced through her mind.* That’s it. *She softly muttered to herself. She had tones of ideas now. Even if the one she wanted to try didn’t work she could still have fun. She hoped her first idea worked though. That would be amazing! *
*She didn’t pay much mind but she knew that there was someone nearing her. But when he spoke her eyes shot up. She remembered him. He was that hot guy from that diner she got stranded in.* Yea, Donny correct? Who’d of guessed that we’d meet again here of all places.
*She smiled. Not that it was a bad thing, but she just didn’t think she’d see him on the outskirts of New York. She held the small motor in her hands, not really thinking about it anymore. But she would buy it and take it home with her. Wow that sounded like she was getting a new pet….but in a way, she kind of was. If it worked, this would become her new baby, other than her baby outside right now.*
So do you live around here? *Layla thought it would be funny if he did. Because last time they met was fairly near where she lived. She also looked at the gadgets in his arms.* That looks fun, whatchya making?
