Ah Sunday, it was the day of no homework, no uniforms, and no thinking about school, at least not until tomorrow. Today was a day of relaxation and hanging out with friends, although it was true Kaitou’s sense of fun was often different then others the concept was still applied.
Kaitou was by himself at the moment, Shakaku was off with either his mentor Freya or his girlfriend Gisli, so Kaitou decided heading to the living room to maybe watch some tv would be a good idea since he was bored out of his mind. Kaitou was the kind of person that craved excitement and if there was no excitement he would create his own, often at the expense of others, and he did not like to be bored.
Kaitou exited his dorm room and headed to the grand staircase that would take him down to the living room, hopefully something there would catch his attention. He didn’t care what it was as long is it held some form of entertainment value for him.
As Kaitou entered the living room he headed right for one of the many couches in the room, grabbing a remote to one of the flat screens on his way.
Kaitou fell back onto the main couch of the living room when he felt something hard. His first thought was that someone had left a remote on the couch, but it was to smooth, and square for that. Kaitou pulled it out form under him....it was a book. Seriously, a book? Kaitou proceeded to open it to the first page and saw the words "Max's diary."
The kid had a diary? Diary, really? Why didn’t the kid just call it a journal? Kaitou then flipped it to the next page and began reading. After about the first few sentences however Kaitou became bored. There just wasn’t enough entertainment for him.

Max walked down the stairs in skinny jeans and a london t-shirt. He was looking for his diary, he had copied everything out as he kept leaving it everywhere but still he wanted the copy and he had lost it, again. First at Sam's now in the mansion, Max walked into the lounge and saw Kaitou with the diary, Max used his telekinesis to quickly shoot the diary into his arms. "How much of it did you read?" Max looked worriedly at Kaitou, he didn't trust him at all, and he'd refrained from using his new power of witchcraft around Kaitou or Shakaku and only used it when Professor Xavier was around for one-to-one sessions to help him control his new power. The last time he'd switched bodies with a boy with a lethal power not only to others but to himself and he didn't want this happening again. Max was also scared of abuse from Kaitou, as Max has been trying to take some GCSEs (UK Qualifications) early and this made him seem like a geeky, short, little british gay boy which he had been called a few times as well, even by a few of the boys he liked, Kaitou included.

It took a moment for Kaitou to register what had just happened. He looked down at his arms which, up until a couple of seconds ago, had contained Max’s diary. He then turned his gaze to Max, the books owner. This day just got a whole lot more interesting. Alone the book had held absolutely no entertainment value whatsoever; in fact the book had been so boring he couldn’t make it past the first two pages, this kid really has no life, but with introduction of Max the entertainment value sky rocketed.
When Max asked him how much of it he read Kaitou shrugged, like the answer wasn’t that important. “Enough.” Although after he uttered that single word his face lit up with a smirk. “Although I do have to say some parts happened to be very interesting.” Since Kaitou hadn’t actually read the book he didn’t know if that was in fact true, but from the way Max was acting he was willing to bet there was something Max didn’t want to him to know. By not saying what he had read, or in this case didn’t read, he was going to get Max to admit what it was himself. Kaitou didn’t to go looking through the damn book just find whatever it was that Max didn’t want him to know, it would be far easier and faster to just let Max do it. Besides even if this didn’t work he could always call Shakaku, that would make this even more interesting.

Max sighed. "Well if you've read that much then you'll know, i'm guessing that you do or you wouldn't have that smirk on your face. So what do you think about it exactly?" Max waited for an answer, he'd guessed that Kaitou had read about his crush on Kaitou and how he sometimes looks at him undress for bed, discreetly of course, he thanked god that Kaitou hadn't caught him but it seemed that he had now, but he was taking it surprisingly well. Espacially if this was the Kaitou he knew that loved to try and terrorise his life at every opportunity. Most people would say it's horrible and Max shouldn't like him but Max saw it as a cute boy playing rough which Max found a little kinky, even if he was meant to be with Sam. Didn't mean that Max couldn't think of Kaitou as sexy. Max just stared into Kaitou's eyes, the eyes he described as beautiful waiting for an answer from Kaitou whether good or bad, Max was prepared to handle it. Although if it was too bad then Max might have to move rooms.
