Jubilee was happy to get out of the world of uniforms that the school had become. Granted, she'd have to be heading back soon or else there was a good chance that she'd get in trouble. She may have been rebelious before coming to the school, and to a degree she still was, but right now the X-men had enough on their plate and educating her in how to properly act and assigning her some form of detention probably wasn't the most important thing they could be doing.
She gazed out at the setting sun as she chewed on a piece of bubble gum, slouching on a bench. She stretched the gum over her tongue and blew a bubbled before sucking the air, and the gum, back into her mouth. Jubilee wished that things were a little more exciting for her personally. She hadn't really done anything interesting since before she was taken into the school. No more shoplifting, no more pickpocketing. Sometimes it was nice to have those days behind her but others she would have much rather been doing something more than homework and ironing her new, ugly uniform. She sighed and blew another bubble.

Cain had picked up a new hobby it seems: Mutant collecting. So far he had managed to grab five mutants, one who came willingly. He had been building up his own army, and the best part was it was right under Shadow's nose in the dungeon. He had told her that he had been gathering mutants to grow the nightmares army after the deaths that occurred during the attack, but it was a lie.
Even now he wandered the streets. Things have died down since he had laid off his attacks on cities. Even the humans seem to regard him as just an odd looking man with silver hair, but a cold look from him turned their gazes away. He was looking around for more mutants to take, which led him to the pier and ended him up walking in the direction of one of the mutants he saw while hacking into the database of the mansion. He grinned evilly as he slowly approached her. If she was going to cause him trouble, he didn't mind. He needed the exercise.
"Enjoying the ocean view?"
He did his best to hide the emptiness in his voice, but that alone was hard. So far he knew that just talking to mutants and trying to adhere to their good side ended him up with more willing suspects. If not, then there's always either knocking them out or holding someone hostage. That would work for him to.

Jubilee wasn't exactly socailly normal. She had a thing for making things...awkward. She arched a brow at him and looked him up and down as if he were an outfit on a maniquine in an outlet mall's window that she was considering stealing, the bubble she had been blowing still growing before it stretched too thin and popped itself. She pulled the chewy substance into her mouth with her tongue before looking back at the sunset.
"I was. I had been hoping to be alone for a little while but you decided to show up here and ruin it."
This was Jubilee's way of saying 'leave me alone, I'm not interested in you.' Most people took the hint, but he didn't. She could sort of feel him hovering over her and she arched a brow and looked back at him.
"Don't you have something better to do? Like, get a hair cut and some dye maybe."
Jubilee didn't generally scare easy and him just being there and looking at her like a creepy old man made her a bit uncomfortable, yes, but she was far from scared. What reason did she had to be?

"I apologize for disturbing you...Jubilee."
He grinned coldly as she spoke, knowing that he had caught her off guard with knowing her name. He didn't know she was fiesty, but her attitude told him that things were going to get interesting before he managed to get a hold of her. When she asked her next question, all he did was laugh softly.
"Actually yes, I'm part of a collection agency, and my dear, you're next on my list to collect."
He chuckled more as the wood from the dock began to form over him, making him the same material. He raised his hand up and caused the entire pier to fold upward around them, trapping them in a wooden like room. He opened up small holes in the floor then, causing the room to lower itself into the ocean. He knew her power was blowing things up, so being in wood form was dangerous to him. So instead he lowered himself to the water, causing at least two feet of the ocean to enter. He then changed his form to match the water.
"Now, you can come peacefully, or we can make this a very hard experience for you. You're choice."

She arched a brow when he knew her name. That was weird. Not weird enough to phase her though. Even if it was she was well schooled in keeping her check. Instead of demanding how he knew her, she arched a raven brow at him and blew another bubble.
"What? Are you a stalker or something? Sorry, but old and gray's not exactly my type."
The he said he was collecting her. That she had to laugh at.
"Collecting? Is that so? Am I a stamp?"
Then he did...that! Whatever that was. She wasn't a big fan of it. She may have been young and she may have been starting to get scared, but she wasn't stupid. He wouldn't have singled her out and made her a target to visit personally if he was going to kill her. He might hurt her, but she didn't think that she was in any serious trouble. At the worst she'd get kidnapped, but if that happened then she was sure that the professor would be able to track her down with cerebro and eventually she'd get rescued. "Tell me what your name is and I'll think about it."

He would've expected an attack, or smart words from her like she had before he had encased the two of them in this wooden box with at most three feet of water in it, but what she did could've surprised him if he had the knack for being surprised anymore. She wanted to know his name? Had time really passed to the point that people have forgotten him? This truly was becoming an interesting few days.
"My name is Cain. I'm sure you've seen my nice work with the sentinels and the destruction I caused in cities around the world. You could even ask your friend Freya, she made a lovely little decoration to Paris."
He chuckled at that thought, relishing in the memory of taking down one of the most powerful mutants on the planet. The only thing that came second to it was what he did to Rogue or Xavier. Just the thought of those memories made him want to go out and do more, maybe he'll have fun with Jubilee instead.
"Or perhaps if you're looking closer to home, you could ask your dear professor when he wakes up." a cruel smile formed, "If he wakes up that is."

Ah, so this was the infamous Cain. She knew that that information should have sent her away screaming, but Jubilee wasn't that spineless. Granted, there was was part of her that wanted to run away screaming, but she was too stubborn to be scared.
"Oh, so you're the one everyone's been talking about....I imagined you'd be taller."
This comment may have seemed odd, but it was true. She had imagined him to be this towering figure with eyes of fire. However, Jubilee's imagination did tend to run away with itself from time to time.
Her eyes narrowed at the mention of the professor.
"You have a really stupid sense of humor. Anyway, I said I'd think aobut it and I am. What's so special about me that you would want me? This had better be good for you to get my shoes all wet."
Jubilee was wearing jeans and a tee shirt too, but the shoes she wore today just happened to have been her favorites and she wouldn't have been happy if they ended up ruined thanks to him. It was strange that she was waist deep in water in a holey box yet her main concern was her shoes.

"Taller, eh? Is this better?"
His form took the same material as the water once more, growing taller to the point where he was now towering over her. She had an attitude, and he couldn't help but smirk at her comment after he told her about the professor. Did she even know it was he who put the man there in the first place?
"I'm looking for members for my own army. I'm gaining them from all corners of the mutant world. Granted some come willingly while I had to "persuade" others to join. In the end, all were more then willing to serve under me."
He began to debate whether or not he should just render her unconscious now or wait until she gives her final answer. In the end it would all be the same to him, she would join him whether she willingly wanted to or not. He lowered himself back down to normal size, his form returning to normal in the process.
"Imagine having the entire world at your fingertips. No schools, no restrictions, nobody to tell you where you should go or who you can and can't obey. You will be able to do as you please where ever you wish."

*poofs in throws pie at everyone and leaves*
here's the stuff to fill the space ^.^
Looking for Group's Ryan Sohmer and Lar deSouza draw the themes of Looking for Group from many influences, such as Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series, Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time series, George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire (with several acknowledged news posts of this), and Blizzard Entertainment's popular MMORPG video game World of Warcraft. The art style and the title imply that it was originally intended as a parody of World of Warcraft - the four main characters resemble four of the five Horde races in World of Warcraft - but outside of artistic similarities, the strip's plot bears no resemblance to the Warcraft setting and Sohmer has stated that it is set in an independent universe. Though the comic began as purely humorous in tone, it soon shifted to a more serious (albeit complicated) adventure, with most of the remaining comedy carried by Richard the warlock. A recurring gag in the comic features characters resembling famous fantasy characters such as Frodo Baggins, Obi Wan Kenobi and a Smurf appearing and then immediately being killed. Dialogue from The Lord of the Rings is often parodied, and pop culture references in medieval guise abound. The Comic is currently updated twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.
