Another day, another chance to take a mutant. He was beginning to really enjoy the collection he was forming. So far he had aquired a telepath, a stone, phase, monster summoning and shadow mutant. His collection was growing, and he was enjoying the company he was getting. If only Shadow knew his true intentions, he would surely be killed. Thankfully she didn't, not yet anyway.
He was walking down the road towards the mansion, one of the places he had grown fond of. He had to admit, knowing where the students were was like a bear knowing where a honey pot was. Even as he thought about it, he began to hear footsteps heading in his direction. He smirked and chuckled, knowing that the bate has just introduced itself unwillingly to a trap. He stepped off the side of the road and into the nearby trees.
He placed his hand against one of the trees, his form blending in with the wood so he wouldn't be detected just yet. He wanted to make sure he knew what he was going to be up against. He waited while the footsteps grew closer, wondering who it was he would be facing.

Yet another failed outing. Mitsuru had gone into town to get something and had almost ended up destroying the store he had been in. That’s what he hated about New York, there were too many people. He had ended up being boxed in at the store with people all around him. At first he had just become a little jumpy, and then he started to panic. Being surrounded by all those people almost made it impossible to get away. From there it had just gone from bad to worse.
Mitsuru shook his head to get rid of the memories. He was heading back to the mansion, and when he got there he would head right over to the stables. A trip to go see bandit always made him feel better. As he got farther up the path he swears he had seen something. Mitsuru stopped, his hand immediately moving to one of the hilt like objects he carried on his belt.
However as Mitsuru looked up farther up the path he couldn’t see anything. Mitsuru let out a slow breath. He was still jumpy from the store. Mitsuru continued slowly up the path, though his hand still hovered close to the hilts.

He couldn't help but laugh at his luck. It seemed his next target would be Mitsuru, a dangerous but jumpy mutant. It would be interesting to see how he would get his newest target into his group. As soon as Mitsuru passed by where he was, he stepped out of hiding and turned to face the young mutant.
"Well you're certainly on edge. You look as if you're about to be attacked by something dangerous."
He chuckled as he looked at the boy. Of course he was about to be attacked by something dangerous, but he didn't know how dangerous it was. Then again Cain wasn't so sure how dangerous this mutant was, him being new to the system and Cain only had information based on the mutants that were there for years. He stood there calmly, not attacking the boy just yet. HE wanted to get a good look at him before deciding what actions to take.
"Tell me, what business do you have at a place like the X-Mansion? Wouldn't you be better off with something outside of that pitiful excuse for a school? That place has many enemies in case you hadn't heard."

Mitsuru was quick to act as soon as he had heard Cain laugh. He had spun around to face Cain with athletic type grace, grabbing a hold of one of the items on his belt, though he didn’t channel any of his life force through it, yet. As Mitsuru gazed at Cain he made sure to put plenty of space between the two of them. Mitsuru didn’t trust anyone; he had learned to put as much space as you could between yourself and what you were opposing. Mistsuru narrowed his eyes as he got a good look at Cain. He had known his eyes weren’t playing tricks on him, but at this school you could never tell when something was an attack or just a prank.
Mitsuru narrowed his eyes even farther when Cain spoke about being attacked by something dangerous. Mitsuru didn’t know how dangerous Cain was, but he wasn’t going to take any chances. With him or anyone. “It wasn’t my idea to come here.” Mitsuru said evenly. And it hadn’t been Mitsuru’s idea to come here. The foster care program he had been in had given up on him and had shipped him off to this school.

"Really now? Then what if I gave you a choice for a better place to be?"
He continued to smile at Mitsuru, even when the boy's hand was on the hilt, which made no sense to Cain since there was nothing there. He would've laughed at the attempt for the boy to look as if he was on the defense and tell him that his actions were foolish, but for now he would just try to convince the boy that there was an alternative to battle. He knew that he had a way with mutants who didn't like being locked away unwillingly. It was the same way with Alex, promising her a life where she could use her powers to it's fullest, and her ending up unknowingly on his side. Unknowingly until it was too late.
"I assure you that the place I welcome you to is more enjoyable then being locked away at that school."
His smile never left his face, but he let his mutant powers start "feeling" for the elements around him. He knew if an attack was to begin, he would have to change into the nearest element and adapt to it. Thankfully the element he was standing on was earth, which opened him up literally to a wide range of abilities.

“Really? And what kind of place would that be?”
Mitsuru lightened his narrowed eyes to give Cain a suspicious look. Mitsuru might have trust issues; there was just something about Cain that sent his already always raised alert red flags up even higher. There was just something off about this guy. Mitsuru’s defenses rose ever higher, his whole body tensed the longer the conversation went on, and Mitsuru just wanted to get away from this place, though he knew he couldn’t. If Cain really was a threat showing his back just might get him killed. Mitsuru tried to force himself to relax to try and keep from revealing his powers to early. If this turned into a fight the element of surprise might just save him since it was clear from Cain’s expression that he had no idea who Mitsuru was, much less what his power, and Mitsuru was planning on keeping it that way until it was necessary to reveal his powers, but if Mitsuru didn’t calm down he might accidentally channel his life force through the hilt.
“I like it here. Sorry” It wasn’t the truth, but with the vibe he was getting off of Cain he knew the wiser decision would be to choose the school over him.

"It's where you can use your powers without restraint and not worry about who you will be using it in front of. I can assure you that you can do whatever you wish after the training I offer."
Of course he would be able to do whatever he wished, because after he was done, Mitsuru wouldn't care where he used his powers or who he used them on. When Mitsuru said that he liked the school better, Cain shrugged and began to change. His eyes grew colder as his smile did.
"A pity, and here I thought I didn't have to resort to injury. Very well then, your choice."
He smiled as his form began to blend to that of the earth. He continued to stare at Mitsuru as the ground began to rise up around them, blocking him from all sides with walls of stone and rock. He had changed the road into a room where the only way up was about one hundred feet up, but with Cain in control of the elements, he could guarantee that the journey won't be pleasant if tried.
"I tried giving you an easy option, but like most of you brats you're too stubborn to just listen to reason."

‘I knew something wasn’t right with this guy.’
As Cain started to create the room Mitsuru backed away until he was about a foot away from one of the walls of the ‘room.’ He then started to look around to see if there was anyway out. There was only one way out and Mitsuru already knew that there was no way he was going to make it out that way. It was obvious that Cain was in charge of the stage and it was clear that the only real way out of here was to defeat the person who was in control of it.
Mitsuru let out a slow breath while trying to figure out what to do. Mitsuru was at a severe disadvantage on many fronts. The first being that Cain was older; he knew what his powers could do. Though Mitsuru had had his powers for years he was still in the stages of learning just what his powers could do. The second and most obvious disadvantage was that this was Cain’s stage. He was most likely in control of everything forcing Mitsuru to be ever on guard.
Mitsuru took another breath before grabbing another hilt off of his belt, channeling his life force into both hilts creating two long, blue blades.

"You really think you can hurt me with those toys, boy?"
He chuckled as he reached behind him and drew out what looked like a kitana blade. The lenghth of the blade was as long as he was tall, and it's reach was good enough to swing without closing in. He swung his blade in a circle infront of him, slicing through the ground and walls like a hot knife through butter. As the blade passed through, the earth closed up to leave nothing behind.
"See boy? You can't destroy what I've created. Let's see what those little light swords of yours can do against a blade of pure adamantium."
He lept into the air, jumping from one part of the wall to the next as nimble as a jumping spider. He then lept hight into the air and came down, his sword held as he was ready to swing, but he was only the distraction for now. Beneath Mitsuru the ground began to turn soft like mud, slowly beginning to pull him in. If he didn't get out soon, he would be trapped knee deep in the dirt. Cain fell in close to him and swung his sword in a low arch.
