The day was warm, the sun shining and sky clear of all blemishes. Children ran with squirt guns, drenching each other. A time for those ridiculously short shorts and cold beverages.
Jackie hated it all.
Well, she didn’t necessarily hate the nice weather. She quite enjoyed being out in the sun on a perfect day like this. But the humans most definitely got on her nerves. They were without a care in the world… They should have been. Because nothing made a day more perfect then the destruction she could cause.
Jackie knew where to find the human man that could make the metal known as Adamantium. He always stayed at specific hotel. Same floor, same room. And with a little… digging she happened to come across what room that was.
When you were… disabled you learned rather quickly that you could get as much special treatment as you wanted. Ask for a specific floor? They’ll do it. Ask someone to carry your bag or you? They’ll do it. Ask if you could use their phone because you ‘accidently’ locked yourself out of your room? They’ll do it. And that was exactly how she got to this human man.
Pulling some strings, she was able to reserve a room on the same floor as this important figure. At first, she had wondered how she would get the man out without anyone seeing anything, but she quickly resolved that matter. A deep suitcase would do just fine.
Up on the floor of hers and the man’s room, she shut herself out of her room, hiding her room key under her immobilized legs. She quietly wheeled herself down to the man’s door, her knocks hard. When he answered, she put on the most innocent smile she could muster.
“Excuse me… I was wondering if I could use your phone? I accidently locked myself out of my room and it’s a little difficult for me to get down to the bottom floor to ask them in person.” The man seemed hesitate at first, but finally gave him, opening the door for her to enter. She was reaching for the phone when she sighed, ceasing the motion and fixing him with a ‘you just made a big mistake’ look.
“You humans are so trusting….” Before he could even react he was sprawled on the floor, her limbs flailing as he tried to get rid of the illusionary worms crawling all over him. Human distracted, she reached for the nearest, and hardest object she could find, slamming it down hard on his head. Instant knock out.
Of course, the next step took a little more time, seeing as she could only use her arms to do it. And regretfully, they weren’t on the ground floor, so she couldn’t call up some worms to assist her. Finally though, she had the man stuffed neatly inside the suitcase.
In the end though, there was no trace left that this human man had ever been there….
((Just so this is clear... I just posted this in New York cause I couldn't think of a better place for it.... And yes, she's already gone if you post. So you wont be able to stop her! XP ))
