Wicked smirked, shrugging dramatically. "I'm sure you'll figure out a way somehow. You've done it all so far." She was beginning to wonder how many tricks he had up his sleeve. Was it every element he came in contact with that he controlled? He always dropped one form before entering the other, so what would happen if he tried two at once? Could she force him to do that? She smirked a little. She'd just have to try.
She could feel the wind picking up, his body seeming to evaporate, becoming one with the wind. She sand at her feet hardened, before shattering and being picked up by the growing tornado. It wasn't just rocks. Dirt clumps, bits of steel, iron, wool, several types of wood, leather, along with another dozen things. All the elements picked up, Wicked let the sand under her feet harden and hold her in place so she wouldn't be picked up as well. "What sort of fight is this?! Afraid to show your face anymore?!" She laughed a little, her hair whipping into her face.

A small chuckle was all she heard as the vortex began to close in on her more. In the vortex, an image of his face showed and smiled at her.
"Now now, ie, trying to get to my ego won't work. You have to have the heart for things like that and frankly...I don't."
The face laughed at her before disappearing into the wind, the vortex closing to the point where it was just grazing her arms. Cain was having more fun with this then he had first thought, but now was the time to end it. He didn't want to kill her, he had already done enough of that, but maybe a little and pleading for life would give him some satisfaction.

"Not trying to get to your ego! It's just annoying talking to a bunch of hot air!" Now whether the air was hot or not... Well it was more for the insult that she said it, not fact. But she was beginning to wonder if she should have put so many projectiles in the tornado he was making. All it did was make it so more things hit her. As seeing as it was growing smaller and smaller...
The sharp wind and projectiles were grazing her bare arms now. Though the projectiles would change elements immediately when contacting her skin, she could still feel every. Single. Strike. And air was exceptionally trick to transmute. Even when she tried she could only succeed once in every dozen times, sometimes more then a dozen. Air was everywhere, if she transmuted just a small part, and didn't have complete and total focus, she could end up losing control, and risked just about killing herself as her power turned inward. But... It was the only thing that would stop him. If she could do it... The fight would be over. The only problem was the 'If'.
Wicked took a deep breath, lifting her arms straight out and into the tornado. The wind was almost excruciating. So powerful she could feel her arms almost being pulled out of their sockets. Gritting her teeth, she almost growled. "If I can't do this... I have no right to lead the runaways..." Her words were barely audible, but the determination on her face was absolute, almost frightening(to anyone other then Cain of course). Taking a deep breath, she focused all her energy into her arms and hands. All of it. The projectiles striking her legs and torso no longer changed, leaving thin gashes all across her bare skin. But her arms remained unharmed. The air of the tornado seemed to grow heavier, as if being weighed down by an invisible pressure. If only that were the truth. Small particles in the air were changing becoming denser. "You may control the elements, but I control what those elements are!"

Cain could feel parts of his form being changed when they touched her. She was becoming more of an annoyance then anything else.
"Very well, girl, let's see how you handle change under pressure!"
The vortex opened wider from her, but the wind began to pick up with more force. If any were to look at it from the outside, they would think that it was a tornado that turning into a giant sandstorm on the beach. The sand continued to be picked up as the wind that Cain controled spun with so much speed that it was hard to tell if anything inside it was nothing more then a blurr. With some of the projectiles still inside, he decided to have even more fun and launch them at her from every angle.

His words almost made her laugh. She already was under pressure. Did he have any idea how difficult it was to change only a select amount of air? Did he realize just how easily she could lose control and probably kill herself? Probably not. For some reason, everyone always thought air was the easiest. But quite the opposite. One mistake, even microscopic could be disastrous. She had to change every single molecule, one by one. Did you know how many molecules were in the air? Well, Wicked didn't know either, but it was a lot.
She could feel the projectiles ravaging her body, her arms the only part untouched. Sharper and faster projectiles were tearing into her skin, leaving very deep gashes all across her skin. But she wouldn't stop. If she stopped, she was good as dead. She flinched when a razor sharp shard of glass sunk into her skin, right between her shoulder blades, another embedding in her side. If this went on for much longer, she was done for.
Wicked did her absolute best to ignore the pain, putting everything she had into changing the air, and Cain, as quickly as she could.

Cain just laughed as he launched one projectile after another at her. He was enjoying his game of "target practice" greatly. When he saw her doing her best to change the element into another he chuckled out loud.
"Now, now, that's not very nice. You need to be careful when inside a tornado, it tends to suck the air right out of you."
He began to speed up the momentum of the tornado that continued to spin around her. As he continued his growing speed, he began to remove the oxygen from within the funnel. If he wasn't going to kill this by slicing her apart, he would by taking the very thing that keeps her alive.

"I'll be nice when you're nice! So I'm guessing that means never!" Wicked gritted her teeth as she spoke, suddenly furious. What was with this guy's stamina! He didn't seem tired at all! Of course, she just about choked when the oxygen grew lighter. So that was his game. Can't kill her one way, so just do it the other. She broke off her concentration on changing the air, pulling her arms back to herself as she gasped for breath. She twitched, holding her breath as long as she could as she knelt down, fingers burying in the sand. He'd have to do better... then that... She sand seemed to dissolve, changing into oxygen. Not a lot, but enough for her to take another lung full of hair and straighten. This couldn't go on much longer...
She used her whole body this time, not just her arms. All the wind that touched her, seemed to 'dull', weighed down by small particles she made, the wind around her becoming little more then a breeze.
Wicked blacked out for a moment. She would have stumbled if she hadn't locked her feet to the ground with metal, but it only lasted a few seconds. Lack of oxygen. Her lungs were screaming at her, wanting to take another breath, but that would do no good. She didn't have enough strength to focus on changing anything anymore. "You're.... Some kind... of... monster... Not.... even tired....."

The laughter continued as the wind subsided. He had taken enough air from her to make her close to . When she changed the wind to die down, he didn't have enough of it to keep the twister going. He shifted his form again and appeared near her, changing back into his normal form.
"A monster? I guess you can say that, but I'd just prefer Cain."
He laughed as his form changed to the sand again, seeing her unable to move and almost unconscious. He decided to move the sand, and her, towards the ocean. As the sand moved her towards the ocean, it also began to move her inside of it, just enough to keep her arms and legs buried in it's depths as it took her to the water.
"Pleasant dreams, girlie."

Cain... So that was his named. She'd remember it. "You better.... Keep an eye.... Out.... For Wicked.... Then..." Wicked didn't seem to be notice when the sand surrounded her, pulling her towards the ocean. Just wait... When we meet again you won't be so lucky! Of course, she needed to be able to breath to tell that to his face. She'd used all her breath already. She wouldn't let some silly ocean kill her. She just needed to catch her breath, then escape. After all, sometimes it was best to runaway, so that you could fight another day.

"Wicked...an interesting name."
He chuckled as he watched her drift off into the ocean, the sand releasing her into the salt water that now covered her open wounds. He chuckled and turned away from her, heading off of the beach and just walking off over the hill. When he reached the top of the hill, he turned and looked to her form.
"Enjoy your swim."
He then headed off and out of sight, laughing all the way.

Wicked just about screamed when the Salt Water entered her wounds. Swimming in Salt water with a cut or two was painful to begin with, but when you were covered from head to toe in deep gashes, it was agonizing. She gritted her teeth, holding back the cry of pain. She could withstand this.... She could...
When Cain was out of sight, she grunted, forcing her arms to propel herself. There was always one good thing about being dumped in the ocean after a fight like that. The cold water really woke you up when you were half unconscious only a moment before. Of course she had to get out as fast as possible. Though she doubted it could happen, if a Shark was in the water nearby it'd be on her in a matter of seconds.
And there was the shore. She pulled herself out of the water, dragging herself onto the sand. She'd pay him back for what he'd done... Just you wait...
Wicked blacked out.
