Pitsha laughed, actually laughed. Holding her sides, she almost doubled over. How rich. The boy was angry at her! Why was that so funny?! "Alright, Matthew. I am sorry. But when you grow as old as I am, everyone compared to you is only a boy or girl. Sometimes I forget my manners."
Suddenly she stopped, standing up as straight as could be. Lorelei looked like she just might gut this boy if he took one wrong step. And then Lorelei had turned to Pitsha, staring.... Waiting. Oh dear. Looks like Pitsha might have to make it clear Lorelei was not to harm this Matthew. "Lorelei." Her words suddenly turned stern, as if Lorelei were the child now and she the adult scolding her... Which she most certainly was! "You must do anything you might regret later. He is no threat. And if there is no threat, there is no harm to be done. By either parties." She fixed both her young friends with that stern look now. "Besides, I would think it best to avoid attracting any unwanted attention by the humans. They are so quick to scare... I hate to think what might happen if one were frightened..." The way she spoke... was as if she saw humans as little more then animals. Predictable animals. "They may not be able to do much harm, but their law enforcements can be quite annoying."
