Taking Some Frustration Out (open)

"Huh?"

He looked to her when she said she forgot something, and almost got a face full of hair in the process. She was gone, and he almost thought that she had left him hanging, until she came back with a jacket that looked as if it belonged in a Goodwill Store. But he noticed that she looked pretty attractive in it, especially with her smiling at him. It only made him smile more then and he nodded.

"Yeah, let's get going."

She was only half-surprised when he hadn't asked why she was wearing a ruined jacket on a warm day. She'd explained it over and over before, when others had asked her, so she wouldn't have minded telling the story again. She nodded and turned toward the front entrance. She was always up to going to the beach, even if it was with someone she'd only known a few minutes.
