Bobby looked to the as she stood ready to fry the robber. He could see David doing his best to hold up the bank that was coming down around him and the trapped civilians. He ran inside as the robber turned to ash from his own . He looked to David with a look as if to say "sorry, but it needs to be done". David knew what he was going to do and just nodded.
Bobby held out his arms and began freezing the entire bank inside. He made sure to freeze it around the civilians and Rory's body, and made the ice thick enough for it to sustain itself. Why he gave David the look was because since his "rock buddy" was supporting the bank, he had to act as the frozen pillar. So there was David, frozen solid in the middle of the bank. Bobby turned towards the civilians.
"Now will you get out of here?"

"What the hell is going on here?!" Tari rushed in, as angry as the ocean in a storm. The ice melted when she entered, the water following her and moving, as if it was alive. She then saw a pile of ashes and saw Freya, sulking in a corner. Heaving an exasperated sigh, Tari stomped over to her and gave her the best glare.
"Did you seriously have to roast the guy? I thought we discussed...actually NOT killing people." Tari motioned to the whole building, her movement agitated. Soon, all the water had melted and was swarming around her and crawling up her skin. The air was getting steamy, from all of Tari's angry emotions. But soon, she saw Freya's face and the steam immediately cleared. Tari walked up to her and held her hand. "Freya...? What happened...?"

Freya was sulking, in a way, unsure of what to do now. Killing the idiot hadn't made her feel any better. She almost found herself going back to the fallen Rory, but she couldn't look at him. Not... now... She looked down at her hands, covered in blood from when he'd collapsed....
Why did this have to happen?! She wrapped her arms around herself, trying to comfort herself somehow... And then she heard her sister's voice. So... The commotion had attracted Tari's attention...? Freya looked away, but her eyes found themselves locked on the body of Rory. She didn't say anything, she didn't need to. Tari knew Freya well... And once Tari looked around.. It'd be easy to figure out what might have happened....

Tari then noticed Freya's hands were stained with blood and looked around. She soon saw someone dead on the floor. Tari then glanced back at her sister.
"Freya." She then walked back to Freya, worry in her eyes. The water seemed to coil around Tari's feet as her emotions rose. "Freya, look at me...who is that? And why are you so sad? If you need me to kick someone's butt..." Heaving a sigh, Tari stood up and went to the nearest X-Man. "Ok, explanation, NOW."

Slowly the darkness faded, and emptiness became conscious thought. It was much like a person waking up from a deep sleep, first the sense wake up, hearing the voices around you, then sleepy eyes barely able to make out the figures around you; then the rest of the body wakes up. That is exactly how it is for Rory every time he comes back. It's never as if he died, it's always as if he had been in a very deep sleep.
By now though, with the amount of times Rory had died, he had gotten very used to it. So much so in fact that it was almost as if once his body healed, he chose when to come back and was able to come to his senses faster. Slowly he rolled over onto his back, looking up at the ice covered ceiling with a raised brow. Then he sat up and pushed himself to his feet, trying to rub off the blood on his arms, face, and shirt. Damn... And I just bought this too. He thought to himself as he looked down at the ruined shirt.
He then realized he was right in the middle of everyone. If they were paying attention they would likely be freaking out by now, most people were. He glanced around at the people in the room, noticing a new woman in it. "Yer all still here?" He asked rhetorically, "Well... This is awkward." He said with a sheepish grin. When he got shot he had hoped everyone would have left by the time he came to.

He didn't know what was going on now. First things were all frozen and the people were getting out, then another comes in who knew the one she called Freya...somehow. Then after trying to find out what as going on, she came to him and asked him what was wrong, and David just stood there as the frozen pillar from the floor to the ceiling.
"I...I don't know really. There was this guy, a mutant rather, attacking the police, me and David tried to stop him and then Freya's friend got shot, she got mad and toasted the mutant, and I pretty much froze everything including my friend who's trying to hold up the ceiling right now so the people can get out and the bank doesn't fall on us."
He took a deep breath, having said everything in one breath. He was actually impressed with himself being able to do that. When he heard the voice from Rory, he looked over and the color pretty much fell from his face.

Freya down right refused to speak or look at her sister. No way. The temperature had returned to normal by now, Bobby no longer having to worry she might melt all his ice sculptures. What was she supposed to do...? The Police would probably be entering the bank any moment now, so they had to get out of there! But was she supposed to just leave Rory there..? To be found, like the rest of the killed robbers?
Still though... She couldn't get caught... If the Police tried to apprehend them, Freya would flat out refuse. And if that meant scorching their cars and uniforms, so be it. How would that look on the news? 'Mutant attack police in escape after Robbing the bank!' would be all over the news the next day! And things would get a lot worse for mutants if that happened.
Freya took a step, to leave through the 'door' these teenagers' made, when she heard a familiar Irish accent. She froze. What..? She turned her gaze back to where Rory had fallen.. Only he wasn't 'fallen' anymore. "...Rory...?" She was so confused! He'd been DEAD! She'd felt the life leave him! How could he be standing.... as if he'd never been shot in the first place..?

Tari nodded fervently at the man's explanation and immediately, the whole place was frozen. It was like a winter wonderland. Then, Tari heard a man's voice. She turned around and saw that the dead guy was actually alive. She smiled and looked at Freya.
"See? The guy's alive. No more being depressed, okay? Now, we all need to get out of here, before things get any more complicated." From previous experiences, Freya had roasted policemen that had ordered her around. Tari sighed...she really didn't want that happening again. She then walked over to the zombie guy.
"I'm guessing you're...like a phoenix? Is that your power? To come back to life or something?"

As Rory took a step away from the large pool of blood on the floor, one of the teenagers who had "saved the day" caught his eye. He could see his face was turning pale and couldn't help but chuckle. He had to admit, dying and coming back with people watching had it's perks; watching peoples expressions was one of them. Then the soft and familiar voice of Freya made him turn to face her.
"Hello again, lass." He said, scratching the back of his head nervously when he noticed her expression. It looked as though she had actually been upset when he died, that was new for him. Most people were happy when he kicked the bucket. "I guess I should explain... You see, I'm not quite as human as made myself out to be..." He paused for a moment, not sure what else to say, "Eh... Suprise!" A nervous chuckle followed.
He turned his attention to the new woman when she came up to him, questioning his powers. She seemed surprisingly calm considering a dead man just got back up. "A phoenix? Kind of, I suppose... But quite a bit different too." It was far to complicated for him to explain, and really, he didn't completely understand it. He only know that out of the many, many ways he had been killed (and tried to kill himself) he always came back eventually.

Freya was left speechless. He really was alive again! She wasn't just seeing things! What the hell! How?! But then, he was speaking, admitting he was a mutant after all. "Was that.... how you were able to move the stone...?" When she'd been buried by the rock, Rory had dug her out. No human had that much physical strength! It was impossible!
How was she supposed to be reacting to all of this? A man that had saved her, shot, then come back from the dead. How was anyone supposed to react?!
Suddenly, she felt like throwing a fit, which Tari would be used to. He'd made her worry like that for no reason?! Ugh! The temperature jumped a few degrees with her sudden annoyance, but it was unlikely anyone would notice it.... Other then Tari, of course, who would know what was happen exactly.

Tari just nodded at the zombie guy's explanation. "I see." Then, suddenly the temperature rose in the room and she just rolled her eyes. "My sister's...a bit...oh, this is going to get interesting." Luckily Tari was there, in case anything bad might happen. She then stood up and went to Freya. "Just don't kill the guy, okay?" She whispered.

"Ay, that's why I was able to lift that rock... Among other things." Other things including, moving faster than the robbers could shoot, expertly and gracefully moving around the debris in the room, and knock many of the robbers out with only a few hits. Though, admittedly, while some of it was powers, a lot of it was many, many, many years of training. Though, he didn't really feel the need to tell her that he used to work for the government and bring down powerful mutants as a job.
Her features confused him slightly though. When he had first gotten up it was obvious she was shocked, and understandbly so. Then the shock seemed to turn into confusion, partially into relief, and now if she didn't know better she looked upset as if she was somewhat mad. Come to think of it, during the fight she switched from friendly, to kind, to pure rage in only seconds. However, whether she knew it or now, she had just shown Rory a bit of her weakness; emotions.
While she was far too in control of her power to let her emotions affect it, it seemed that she still let her emotions control her; that was very interesting to Rory. "If it's any consolation, sorry." Wait, why was he apologizing for dying, "Wait, does this bother you? I mean, it's not as if ye cared, is it?" He asked with a raised brow. Her answer would likely let him know a bit more about her, whether she meant it to or not. He glanced at the other woman when she spoke, so they were sisters?... Even more interesting.

Ugh, why was Freya getting so annoyed now?! He couldn't exactly help that he'd died.... And it isn't exactly something you could bring up in a conversation. 'Oh hi, I'm Rory, and I come back from the dead!' Yeah.... Freya would have thought him crazy! But still! It irked her!
But then he was speaking again, assuming her emotions again. That she didn't care, that this didn't bother her in someways. Of course it bothered her! He'd died! And she'd gotten so angry she left nothing of the man but ashes! And then Rory just woke up! Like he'd been taking a nap! His apology was empty words to her. There was nothing to forgive, but didn't mean she wasn't mad either way.
Before she was even aware of it, her feet had carried her towards him, stopping just in front of Rory. She looked like she might cry, while glaring at him all in the same breath. Then, probably to everyone's shock, she slapped him. The men, probably because they didn't expect her to slap him, and Tari, because that was probably the most normal reaction Freya had ever had.
"You idiot..." She didn't offer any other explanation. Didn't answer his questions, but surely her reaction was enough response. Of course she'd cared!

Tari's eyes widened in shock when Freya slapped this guy, but then, when she realized it was a normal reaction, she breathed a sigh of relief. Freya wasn't going to kill him...but it still puzzled Tari for her twin sister to have such a normal reaction. Usually the guy would go up in smoke or ashes or be screaming in agony right now. But...she just slapped him. Tari smiled in a relieving way...apparently Freya had something for this guy if she was acting this emotional and wasn't killing him at the same time. She then walked up to the zombie guy.
"What's your name, stranger? You must be foreign, with that interesting accent of yours." It was like she didn't care! Her sister just slapped the guy, but he was lucky to be breathing. So, she didn't complain.

Bobby didn't know what to think. The man had gotten up and was just standing there...talking to both the sisters. What made him wince is when Freya seemed a little irritated and Rory just had to ask why it bothered her so much. Bobby knew well enough that when a girl is angry about a guy not telling her something, the last thing you wanna do is act like she didn't care. There was a cracking sound nearby, and soon David's head, still in stone form, came out of the ice pillar.
"Geeze, is this how it was with you and Rogue?"
"Nope." Bobby answered, "What about you and Ayden."
"Nope." he answered back, "um...can we hurry this along? I may be in stone form right now but I'm still starting to get cold." Bobby just smirked.
