Bobby and David arrived at the mansion, talking and laughing about the bank incident. Neither of them could believed they tag-teamed a mutant, and one with telekinetic powers no less. The conversation led to Freya turning the mutant into a pile of ash, and both agreed to stay on her good side from now on. Bobby used his card to open the gate to the mansion
"Hey guys, I'll see you later. I need to work on my training." David said, taking off into the mansion before Bobby could say anything.
Bobby just stood there scratching his head. David had been acting strange since he came back from his trip to the beach. When Bobby had asked him about it, he simply shrugged it off as your average outing. But ever since then he's been spending more time browsing through the computer and training in the Danger room.
"I wonder what he's up to." Bobby said, then looked to Rory, "Anyway, we'll go talk to Hazel and see if we can get a room set up for you."

Rory had been fairly quiet on the trip over, which didn't seem to bother Bobby and David as they both continued to talk on without him. He had only spoken when asked some of the simple questions, such as where he was from, what he was doing in New York, and so on. Instead of talking he chose to fill his time with thinking, mostly about the bank incident.
Why had he been so easily hurt and tossed around the room? Not to mention killed by a mutant who's power barely registered compared to the others Rory had killed. Was he losing his grip, was all this time without a kill making him soft? Was it a bad thing to be going soft in this aspect? No, what it all boiled down to was he had let himself be distracted. He couldn't let that happen again, even if the distraction is on the eyes, like at the bank.
Suddenly they had pulled up to a mansion, a literal mansion. Turns out these two boys weren't kidding when they said they would take him to a mansion. He quickly closed his mouth as he felt it drop slightly when he saw the complex. Mostly he was shocked because of how much it reminded him of another building...
He slowly got out of the car and turned to Bobby when he spoke, "Alright, but don't make too much of a fuss over me... I probably won't be staying fer too long, boy-o." He said as he pulled a gym bag out of the car, he had made Bobby and David stop by his apartment to pick up a few things before they headed out here.

"Who is that with you, Bobby?" There were very few secrets at the school, and gossip reached all corners in minutes. So, when Bobby Drake and driven up with a complete stranger, Hazel had found out in less then two minutes. She descended the steps of the school, slowly crossing the lawns to the pairing. Her expression was curious. It wasn't often Bobby brought a guest home with him. Other students though? She almost sighed. It was a daily occurrence for students...
This man though wasn't of student age, which half surprised her. He was an ox of a man, tall and strong. He looked to be late 20's, but you could never tell for certain. "What is your name, stranger?"

"That's ok, this is basically a sanctuary for mutants, so you can stay as long as you want."
He smiled as he turned the car off and helped Rory with his baggage. He had his back turned and didn't see Hazel until she had come up behind him and spoke. He literally froze for a second before registering what she had asked. Did she find out about the bank? Was it on t he news already? But no, she only asked about the man, which caused him to sigh on the inside. The last thing the mutants at the school needed was publicity.
"This is Rory, he'll be staying with us for a bit, is that ok?" he looked to Rory, then to Hazel, "We met him at the bank in new york."

Rory slung the bag over his shoulder and took a look around the mansion's grounds. It was massive, just within the gates. No telling how far the property extended from there. The lawn was perfectly manicured, all the trees trimmed and spaced to give shade exactly where they needed to.
Suddenly, he heard a voice behind him, causing him to turn around. A young, dark-haired, blue-eyed woman was questioning Bobby and himself. He was just about to answer the woman when Bobby jumped in and did it for him, not that it bothered Rory. It gave him time to evaluate the woman. Despite not looking too old, she held herself in a way that suggested she had some authority in the mansion, not to mention the way she addressed Bobby.
He realized he was staring slightly at the girl, a bad habit of his when meeting new people. He needed to learn how to read them faster, "Eh... What he said." He hoisted the bag higher on his shoulder. "I jus' need a room fer a couple nights lass... I won't be stayin' too long." It was only then he realized he was still covered in blood, with the entire right side of his face caked with it. His shirt was mostly ripped, as were the bottom half of both pant legs, and the right side of his clothes were a dark scarlett color from the blood. He hoped she wouldn't freak out.

Hazel sighed, shrugging. "It's fine. We're a refuge for mutants after all. And you sir, are a mutant." She smiled a little. "No one could lose that much blood and still be alive. Let alone a shot there." She pointed at the hole in his shirt. Blood didn't scare this woman. And her knowledge... It was obvious. She was a doctor.
"So... Bobby, you and David got involved with the Bank incident, did you? And I'm guessing your friend was involved as well. With Freya and Tari... You fellows weren't very subtle, were you?" She paused a little, probably because they would be confused how Hazel already knew. "Professor Xavier told me. He is making Freya and Tari come to explain things. Wants to make sure Freya doesn't alert the public to her being in the states."
She paused, sighing and running a hand through her hair. He can take one of the spare rooms then. Bobby, will you show him to one of them?"

((Tim's in Russia, Chels, David and Bobby were the ones at the bank;)))
Bobby couldn't help but smile at Rory when Hazel said that he was more then welcome. She pretty much told Rory what he had before. Though when she commented on him and David being at the bank, he couldn't help but wince, and hearing that Xavier found out about him, David, Rory, and the sisters made him wince even more. He had definitely been caught, and no doubt Xavier will want explanations from the three boys after talking with the three s.
"Yes ma'am." was all he could say when she asked him to show Rory to one of the rooms. He picked up the bags he was helping with and headed towards the school.

Rory listened silently and politely as the woman spoke. Just like that she offered to let him stay. There were no questions asked, no forms to fill out, just the fact that he was a mutant and they trusted him and were immediately willing to help. That was incredibly kind, and made Rory a bit hesitent to walk into the building. After all, no one was ever nice without wanting something back. He glanced up and down the woman, though he wasn't "checking her out", he was judging her once again. She didn't seem like the kind of person that could be outright mean, but then Rory probably didn't either.
So the blood all over him didn't bother the woman at all, once again, that was interesting. He glanced at Bobby to see that the boy was beaming at him, all this happiness and friendliness seemed unnatural. Rory glanced at the women when she mentioned the name Freya; so the two women he had seen at the bank were somehow in league with the people at the mansion? He shook the thoughts from his head for now and hoisted the bag up higher on his shoulder, preparing to follow Bobby up the steps to the mansion.
As he stepped past the women though he stepped, letting Bobby get slightly ahead and out of earshot, "How do you know this blood is mine and that I'm not here to kill everyone in the building?... Why would you be so willing to help me?" He said, stopping beside the woman and only slightly turning to face her as he spoke. Though he tried to hide it, it was obvious in Rory's tone that he was not used to kindness, it was a very foreign concept to him.

Hazel was smiling warmly, no sort of malice in the look, but it might unnerve a stranger to the school. Bobby's reaction was rather funny, still he had the nerves of a student, even though he had already graduated. "Bobby, why don't you go talk to the Professor after you show Rory around?" It was only an offer, not an order. She wanted Bobby to realize something. That the bank incident, that was what the X-men were there to do. Even if it meant revealing themselves to the public. The only reason Freya might be in trouble? Well, the public wasn't supposed to know that the Elensars were in the states right now. A lot of things would happen if it got out. And none of it good.
She continued to smile as Rory hung behind to talk to her, glancing at him out of the corner of her eye. "I'm a doctor. I know where Blood comes from" She paused. "All the blood on you, came from that hole in your shirt." She smirked a little, as she paused again. "Besides. If you tried killing everyone here, you'd find yourself with quite a challenge. This may be a school, but everyone knows how to fight. Including a lowly doctor like myself." Something happened, Rory would find his head spinning, as if he were being spun so fast, he was having trouble to stay standing. Just like it came, it vanished, but the way Hazel smiled, she'd obviously been the source. "Not to mention, we have plenty of telepaths here. Powerful ones. If they are relaxed about having you here, we have nothing to worry about." Professor Xavier hadn't contacted anyone when the stranger stepped onto their land. Professor Xavier welcomed his presence, so they would as well.

Bobby was half way up the stairs when Hazel called to him again. He looked back to her, seeing Rory stop and ask her something. But he did caught Hazel requesting that he speak with Xavier. He looked back towards the entrance to the school and couldn't help but feel that going in was like going into a dangerous room. He took a deep breath and prayed that Xavier wouldn't scold him too harshly. He then stepped into the room and off to the side, waiting for Rory to enter so he could show the man his room. One thing he loved about the mansion, everybody knew when a guest was coming, so a room was automatically prepared for the arrival.

When the woman glanced at Rory out the corner of her eye she immediately reminded him of someone. He couldn't quite remember who, but the way she looked at him was so... Familiar. It was almost like a wall hitting him and the harder he tried to remember who and the deeper he delved into his many memories the darker it got for him. Trying to remember that far back was like swimming in the dark, you knew you had somewhere to go, but you couldn't see it. It was like that every time he tried to remember anything before he had joined the agency almost fifty years ago.
When she started to speak to him again he quickly looked away, before glancing back again, "Even for a doctor... That's a very astute observation, lass." Noticing where the blood had flowed from a wound on a living person was usually something CSI workers did, or at least those with logical thinking. Suddenly he started to feel dizzy. Due to his far superior balance than the average person, it didn't affect him quite as much as it likely would others, but there was no doubt that something strange was happening to him. He started to feel a little light-headed as well and when he glanced at the women, it was obvious it had come from her.
"Ay... Cute trick doctor." Rory said as the dizzy feeling began to leave. Rory took another step past the women and rolled his eyes slightly, "Great... Telepaths." Rory said a few things after that but they were mostly mumblings to himself, though if one listened closely they would be able to tell they were in a different language and if that person listening closely was from Ireland as well, they would hear a string of curse words bashing telepaths coming from him.
"Well, thank ye for the hospitality, doctor... If I can do somethin' to return the favor, let me know." He said with a slight nod, then began slowly making his way up the steps toward the door where Bobby was standing. With every step he was examining a different part of the building from the outside. Every banister, every pipe, every window, and every weak point of entry. It was a habit of his that he had been trained for, and old habits die hard. He gave another glance back at the woman as he walked, still wondering what it was that was so familiar about her.

Bobby couldn't help his curiosity as he peaked back around the corner at the two. A half smile formed on his face as he watched Rory become a bit disoriented. He turned away from the door, laughing a little as he knew Hazel was using her powers to prove some sort of point to him. He heard the footsteps coming and knew it was either Hazel or Rory coming into the door. He picked up the bag and looked to find Rory entering, and still had that half smile on his face.
"You should be glad you caught her in a good mood today." he chuckled, "Come on, your room's upstairs."
He started walking upstairs, making sure to keep pace so Rory would be able to follow him.

Rory continued to examine the building as he entered through the door. He almost couldn't explain why he had the urge to look at every point of entry, but he did. Giving one last glance at the women who had greeted them, he stepped through the door and into the mansion. It was a very lavish, yet comfortable building and surprisingly clean considering it was also a school to teenagers. Teenagers with super human abilities no less.
"Why? What's she like in a bad mood?" Rory asked curiously as he walked up the stairs behind Bobby. The building inside seemed to be mostly tight quarters, which was perfectly fine for Rory considering that's the type of combat he excelled at. But why did he care what it would be like to fight in here? He shook the thought from his head. "So, who's the headmaster here?"

"Well, you know that funny feeling in your head?" he stopped half way up the stairs and looked at Rory, "Times that by at least ten and that's only if she's irritated."
He continued up the stairs and down the hall, noticing that Rory was checking things out. He didn't know if he was scanning the area or just looking around out of curiosity. Bobby gave a nod and a wave to some of his friends as they passed by, telling one he'd catch them after getting Rory settles in. When Rory asked who the headmaster is, he couldn't help but smile.
"His name's Charles Xavier, but everybody just calls him professor or professor X. You'll know who he is immediately cuz he's pretty much the only calm one here." he stopped at a nearby door, turning and opening it into a nicely refurbished room. He smiled and walked in, setting Rory's bag on the floor in the center.

"A woman that gives you a headache when she's mad? I though every female had that power." Rory said dryly, but obviously joking, as he followed Bobby to his room. They passed a couple of other students on the way, both about Bobby's age or younger. In fact, everyone he had seen in the mansion besides the women who greeted them was young. Now everywhere Rory went he was generally the oldest person in the building regardless, and he was sure he was here too, but he didn't expect so many kids.
Finally they arrived at a decent sized room, comfortably bigger than a dorm room. It was already made up for someone to stay in and Rory was going to ask how they knew he was staying here, but then remembered what the girl said about all the telepaths and didn't bother to ask. Rory walked in and set his other bag on the bed, "The Professor Xavier is here?... Well that's interesting..." Rory said contemplatingly, of course he had heard of the man, who hadn't? "Well, thanks fer the help boy-o... I suppose it's alright if I take a look around, eh?"
