"Where is she?!"
He held a beaten member of the brotherhood by the collar, before a stone fist sent the member flying across the ruins. His stone form looking around with anger that had never before been in his eyes. He couldn't find Cain, so the least he could do was find Ayden. What's better, he found it refreshing taking his anger of Cain out on members of the brotherhood...a little.
He continued walking around the ruins until he found the entrance, making his way into the ruins as he searched for Ayden. A member of the brother hood charged him, the fingers of his hands turning into knives. Tokra grabbed the dude by the neck, squeezing tightly. He looked to the member with a cold stare.
"Don't...even...think about it." he said, releasing the member who took off down the hall after him, he yelled out, "Ayden! Where are you?"

Mystique was frustrated, but no one else needed to know that. She hadn't expected that the two she had ordered to watch after Ayden were as big of idiots as they had turned out to be. However, now they were dead. Mystique was unsure of the effects that Alice was undergoing. In fact, Mystique had ordered that Alice be sedated again, for the time being.
Normally, she would track Ayden down herself, but there were more important matters that needed tending to.
When she heard someone calling out for Ayden, she smirked and sprinted down the corridor to meet Tokra, her yellow eyes leering at him once she had moved in front of him. "You're looking for Ayden? How sweet. It's a shame she's already left, leaving a terrible wake in her path in the process. Two of our followers are dead, and another is brutally injured. If there were not anything else important to tend to, I would chase her down myself, but if she's leaving a wake of destruction in her path, she shouldn't be hard to find." Mystique smirked, her sharp, white teeth standing out against her royal blue lips. "I just hope she likes you enough to not want to bathe in your blood."
"I'll make you a deal. I will ensure that you can leave here and look for the telepath, but the other girl stays with us. She's not broken yet, but we'll change that. And, no one is to hear of this or I'll find Ayden and rip her throat out right in front of you. Do we have an agreement?" she offered with a smile. Of course there was something in it for Mystique. If she needed to, she could always track down Tokra and Ayden and kill them both, but if she were unable to do that, she would always have Alice still in her prison, none of the guards allowed to tamper with her. "On the other hand, we could leave Ayden out there to kill mercilessly while you stay here and rot in a cell with us. However, it's your choice. Normally we don't take lightly to trespassers. You're lucky you caught me in a good mood."

When he saw Mystique, his anger flared even more. He heard about her many times, and he couldn't help but think she may had been the cause of Ayden's disappearance. He smirked as the woman talked about Ayden people and going on a rampage outside the island, who did she think she was trying to kid. He stayed in his rock form as they talked, but when she mentioned another trapped in here, he decided that Ayden would have to wait.
"How about this for a deal. You let me leave with the other , and I won't make sure Ayden comes back to finish what she started. Trust me, you'd have more then her to worry about."
He knew that the one thing Mystique didn't need at a time like this was the entire X-Men including him and Ayden coming back to get Alice from here. The lab was destroyed and Apocalypse was under the care of the X-Mansion. He flexed his fingers, ready to start causing more problems for her if need be.
"I'm sure this place isn't ready for an invasion from the X-Men, not with many members of your group or injured, your leader gone, and your lab in a mess. I'm sure you wouldn't want to deal with all that just for one , would you?"

"Release the mutants, Mystique. We are not at war with the X-Men now."
Familiar giant footsteps could be heard stomping into the ruins. Apocalypse had returned to the lab in order to get his army ready for the assault on Cain's fortress, as well as getting as much information on Cain as he was able in the wreck that was left behind. Apocalypse walked up and stood next to Tokra, looking down at the boy.
"Return to your home. I will tend to the mutants here."
Tokra gave Apocalypse a look as if to say "are you kidding?", but he could tell that the leader wasn't giving him an option. He gave one last glare to Mystique and walked towards the entrance to the cave. Apocalypse watched Tokra until the boy was gone from the entrance, he then focused his attention on his second in command.
"He would make an excellent member if things were different." he said as he started walking past her, "Release the captured mutants and gather everyone, including them, on the surface. We must prepare for war."

((About time I made a post as Alice XD Though she isn't on the surface like the rest of you....))
Mutant. There was only one left in captivity since Ayden left. What had happened to Ayden.... Alice didn't know. She didn't even know how long she'd been in that freezer cold cell. No windows, no visible door, just blank, frost covered walls. Most of the time Alice remained curled up in the farthest reaches of the room, her almost completely black gaze focused on where she knew the door was. She'd destroyed all the lights in the room after Ayden had been taken away, the entire freezer cave black. But Alice? Alice could see perfectly fine in the darkness.
The silence was agonizing. With nothing to distract her, whispers in the darkness danced in her ears. Taunting her. Teasing her. Tempting her. Alice didn't want to give in though. She'd given in so many times already, it had been impossibly difficult to snap out of it. If she kept losing control, if the corruption got a firm enough grip on her, there would never be anyway to escape it's reaches. She had to remain in control. Had to.
How she wished even for a wrist watch! The ticking of the seconds hand would be music to her ears, soothing her, keeping the corruption away.. But there was one other sound that kept the darkness away. One she could make herself.
Something slammed against where the door was, the sound echoing through the entire structure of the building, as if a truck had just run into a mountain. The sound was thunderous, and it chased the whispers away. Alice sighed in relief, her arms wrapped tightly around her knees.
It struck again, whatever it was. In such darkness as here, you wouldn't be able to see the darkness manipulating into solid structures to do her bidding. Again it hit, and again, and again. Alice was so absorbed in stopping the corruption from whispering lies to her, she wasn't even aware it was slowly and carefully wrapping her in it's net, using her need for sound to drive her closer and closer to it....

His curiosity over the sound that was coming from below the ruins. It was definetly loud and repeated. He continued down the corridor until he came to the room where Alice was. Dried and frozen blood lined the walls, showing signs that Ayden had left, and left with force like Mystique had said.
He allowed the noise to continue, knowing that if he opened the door without a barrier then whatever was pounding at the door would no doubt strike him. He was still weak from Cain's attack, his body still slowly healing and unable to stand a physical attack, but his mind was back in it's focus. He mentally placed a barrier around the door, then used the console to open the door which opened into the ceiling.
"Stand and prepare to leave. I request your assistance."

Mystique did as she was told, for she was always loyal to her leader, dispite how much she disliked her orders. Though he did not summon her, Mystique followed En Sabah Nur down the corridor to Alice's holding cell. Mystique stood by and observed what happened, but she didn't question or interfer, unless she was needed of course. When Apocalypse gave Alice an order, Mystique knew quite well that there was nothing she could do to help him, even if she wanted to. She advanced up the stairs to follow his orders and assemble the others.

"Why...?"
Alice had frozen when she heard someone speak, flinching when light met her completely pitch black eyes. To bright! Alice didn't like the light after all! Not to mention she had no idea who this man was! It wasn't that Mystique woman who had come from time to time. She'd stopped entering the room though, since Alice had been acting out so violently since Ayden escaped. "Who are you..?"
Some random man was trying to order her around? Now that made her angry! Who the hell did this guy think he was? The shadows acted out in her anger, leaping for the opening to strike out at whoever was making her angry. Suddenly though, the shadows stopped, then seemed to melt away, back into the cell where Alice was. Her eyes were returning to their normal green again. "Why do you want my help..?" It baffled the suddenly sane Alice, the girl burying her head in her arms again. Who would want the help of someone as easily 'corrupted' as her? Who could, and probably would, randomly turn on her own allies?

He wasn't impressed or surprised by her attacks, but the way she attacked had impressed him. He could see why Mystique would consider Alice a potential candidate for the Brotherhood. A mutant that used the shadows to attack was very useful, but now she was useful for other reasons. When he was sure that she was done attacking, and he could tell by the way her eyes changed, he lowered the force field he had placed up with his mind.
"My hand has been forced to join my team with that of the X-Men. There is a threat far worse then our petty rivalry that must be dealt with."

Alice just stared at him, no emotion on her face or anything. As if trying to decide why her help would be needed. He really must be desperate...
"You wouldn't want my help." She finally said, looking away from the man that refused to share his name. Sure, those who shared her ability were powerful, and often used in 'wars', but there was one draw back to it all. They often times turned on their allies. "Not unless you want more then just your enemies hurt..."
This man.. He probably didn't understand just what exactly Alice's power was, he didn't realize just what he was asking her to do...

"Very well, you are free to leave at your leisure." he turned and started up the hall, "Come, Mystique, we must make preparations."
He turned and started up the walk, telling a few of his minions to get a transport of some kind ready to allow Alice to return back to the land or where ever she wished to go. He didn't have time to play babysitter or slave laborer. Things were getting heavy, and with the adamantium sentinels out, it only meant that something else had happened. Once he had lead Mystique back to the top of the ruins, he looked to her.
"I need you to find the one called Wolverine and bring him to me."

Mystique was busy snapping at someone for not following Apocolypse’s orders straight away when her leader beckoned her. She warned the young man to not let it happen again and went with Apocalypse. The cold would have caused any other nude person to go mad, but she wasn’t one of them. Mystique had grown accustom to the freezing temperatures where others wouldn’t.
Upon receiving his request she nodded.
“You know very well that asking questions isn’t what I generally do, but why do you need Wolverine?”
Instantly, she began to consider ways to get Wolverine here. Suddenly, she realized a way to do it and an evil smirk crossed her face.
