It was always fun to completely confuse people. The look on Ian's face said just as much. "She never told you?" She was smirking again. "I wonder how much you really do know about your friends..." It was a little understandable, at least a little. Who would want to share anything like that? To have to experience it all over again as you spoke of the events?
"Who is she?" She slowly blinked, as if surprised. Oh right.. She hadn't given him a name yet. "Jane. Just tell her I gave you her number. She'll tell you everything you need to know then."
Pitsha's expression seemed to grow bare as she stared intently at him. "Hm....." Really, really tempting. "Perhaps." She paused. "The body doesn't make a person who they are. If a soul is.... moved into a new host body while it is leaving the original body..." She was smirking again. "It's more then possible for someone to live on."

"I let my friends tell me what they want to tell me. Is that a bad thing?"
This lady was really starting to bug him, and when he was just getting done paying his respects to Rose...at least...he thought he was now, it didn't help matters. He took another look at the phone number when she mentioned the 's name was Jane. He shrugged, putting the number back in his pocket. What would it hurt right? Wouldn't be the first time he wound up in an odd situation from a strange woman giving him directions.
"So I call Jane up and talk to her. I guess I tell her you sent me?"
He had to stop himself from practically begging her to tell him where Rose was. He looked back to the cross, Rose's name still on it with the rose he set infront of it still there. Would she remember him? How would he be able to find her if he looked? Then another thought came to his head, one that he didn't think of until this moment. He looked back to Pitsha.
"Why are you telling me this anyway? Am I suppose to go looking for her or somethin?"

Pitsha knew she was getting on his nerves. It made her smile even more. He wouldn't do anything though. The kid was a pacifist, and a gentleman. He wouldn't hit a woman. No matter how annoyed she made him. He'd just run away. "I would think you'd want to know when those secrets could get you killed." She paused though, shrugging. "That's not the point of us talking though, is it? Moving on...."
"... Yes. I just told you that, didn't I?" Now she felt like asking what they were teaching him at that school, but t hat would make him angry, not annoyed. And people lashed out when angry. Ian was still emotional over Rose's 'death', even if he was starting to doubt that now.
His questions took her off guard, as if having not even considered he'd ask them. After several moments pause, she shrugged once more. "I see no harm in you not knowing this." A short pause. "Besides, wouldn't you like to find her before Cain or Shadow do? How likely is it, that they won't make the connection, especially if they find someone with the exact same power as Rose?" She paused once more, sighing. "And I'm sure... if Cain were to find her first, he'd recognize my handiwork."

"Secrets are secret. Besides, I haven't been killed yet, so I doubt I'll be killed anytime soon."
He really didn't understand where she was going with all of this, but the thought that Rose could still be alive and who ever this Jane girl was and the information she could give made him curious to stick around and find out what Pitsha's about.
"So what exactly is the point of us talking then?"
Yes he was getting irritated, but he knew that if he lost control things would get bad. They always tended to do that around people he didn't know. But as she began speaking of how Cain and Shadow could go looking for Rose if they knew she was still alive, that made him want to find her even more. What she said next seemed to have made him doubt her even more.
"You're handi...so you know each other." his eyes narrowed at her, "So if you know him, and he knows you, why should I believe you or trust you at all?"

"Hm..." Pitsha stared off into space again, her expression blank. "I suppose so. Somethings are better left unsaid for the safety of the people. In case others try to retrieve the information. The less people that know of it the better. You can control just who knows what."
"The point...?" She slowly blinked, leaning against the pillar as she stared at the boy, head tilted slightly. "Well... Other then to understand your involvement in the coming events?" How was she to put words to her curiosity? "I like to new things. When you're my age, you've seen just about everything. So when I can... tamper with things a little, I jump at the chance. It keeps things interesting."
His sudden unease was as obvious as the sun. She could have left out the 'Cain knows my handiwork' part, but that wouldn't have made things boring. "We've met once." Though a second meeting was sure to come soon enough.. "How does knowing him suddenly change my alignment? You know him, don't you? Doesn't that put you in the same situation as myself?" She sighed. He probably wouldn't believe her with just that, so she continued. "I am no ally of his, but that doesn't make me a friend of the school's either. I am simply an observer. My meddling is only to make things more interesting." A short pause. "Of course, Rose wasn't a part of my meddling to begin with. She'd had such a short life, I found myself sympathetic."

The way she talked reminded him too much of the "Time Mutants", as he called them. It was because of one of them that he had ran into Rose, which threw his whole life into a very odd, amazing, and sometimes dangerous spiral. Pitsha seemed to be more interested in him then anything he wanted to find out, which put him a bit on edge. What was so important about him?
"If I knew what you were talking about, I might be able to explain it to you."
He had to admit she had a point, he knew about Cain, but the way she said it made him feel she was hiding something. So she's just here to make things interesting? That didn't sit well with him at all, but mainly made him feel like she could do whatever she wanted to make things "interesting". Whether it was interesting for her or for other people was another story. Then she mentioned Rose again, which made him think of where she was and if she truly was alive.
"How will I be able to find her?"

Pitsha could do anything to make things interesting. But would she? It was doubtful. She still had to remain mostly unnoticed. Sure, there were occasions like this that she let herself come out of hiding, but if the general public were told about her existence? Well, things would become near impossible for her. And since she didn't have any desire to seek refuge in a mutant group? Being invisible was the best thing for her.
"Hm....." How would he find her? It wasn't like Rose's new body was even remotely similar to her original. "That might prove a little difficult... " She paused for a moment. "Well... You just have to wait for the right moment, I'm sure." She smiled a little. "In the right situation, I'm sure you'll be able to see some similarities. You just have to be watching for it."

"So all I gotta do is wander around until something happens. Sounds easy enough."
He tried to hide the sarcasm in his voice that threatened to sneak out with every word spoken in that sentence. Trying to find his lost , in a new body, in the middle of New York City? That brings a whole new meaning to the phrase "needle in a haystack". He looked over Pitsha once more, getting the feeling he could trust her, after all she was giving him information t hat could lead him somewhere. To what he wasn't sure, maybe Rose? Maybe Cain's defeat? Or maybe something that linked the Melina and Nightshade family together.
"Look, I don't know what it is Cain has against me. Maybe it's because I caused him to destroy the factory where he made his sentinels, rescued a imprisoned mutant and destroyed two of said sentinels with Rose."
He couldn't help the smile on his face when he remembered that day. It was the first time he and Rose had ever teamed up against something. In fact, it was the first time they had ever teamed up at all. He could still remember Alex's excitement after the sentinel went plummeting into the icy water where his smashed companion went. How did he escape that first sentinel anyway?

By this point, PItsha's interest was long gone. She had no further need to be there, so why stay? The slightly vacant, sage like expression on her face only made her look even more bored. "I don't feel like sharing any more information with you." She spoke so bluntly, so.... unconcerned it was almost like she'd completely forgotten about him or why she was talking to him in the first place.
Her bored gaze wandered, just as her thoughts did. What should she go do now? She was done talking to this teenager after all. "Have fun with your hunting." Her voice even sounded bored! She turned a little, heading back towards the entrance. "Don't forget to call Jane. I don't want to explain anything else, but she will. She'll have to." Pitsha didn't explain why, Jane would do that. Then, she left, gone.

He gave her an odd look as she spoke, wondering why her interest in him had seem to disappear. This woman was definetly someone that could never get anybody to understand her. Within moments though, she was gone, leaving him standing near the cross that he had come to visit in the first place. He turned and began to walk away, stopping by to look at the small cross.
"Rose...are you really alive? Where are you?"
He took out the paper in his hand, looking over the number once more. Jane...what's so important about her? And why is he the one that has to contact her? He sighed, putting the peice of paper into his pocket once more. He headed back to the mansion, not really wanting to run since he hadn't had the feeling of running anywhere lately. He wondered if his powers were leaving him or if something else was wrong.
