Just saying that it's a bad habit.
::he smirked, taking another drag from his cigar. He looked over at Sarah, knowing he'd probly be scratched, and reached over to scratch the top of her head. He then looked over at Clarissa and smiled when she talked about dirt not being his style::
I'm fine with dirt. Dealt with it more than a few times.

Clarissa said nothing to his comment and smiled when he moved to pet Sarah. Cat in question just flicked her tail in annoyance and made no other move towards Logan.
Clarissa smirked. "She likes you you know. She just doesn't appreciate the teasing comments. Other than that your stuck with another friend. I think you have grown on her." she said amused.
"I suppose you do don't you." she said with a small smile as the small clearing filled with a cool breeze that centered its self around Clarissa. This was her element and she reveled in it as it surrounded them and tickled her face and upset her hair.

"I guess it's just animal instinct." he said when she said he's grown onto Sarah.
He took his cigar and crushed it into the ground. He then looked up at the sky as Clarissa did, the two of them just sitting in silence as the wind blew through the trees. In truth he missed the excitement and adventure that came with being at the X Mansion, but it never hurts to sit back and enjoy nature from time to time.

"Maybe so." she said simply.
No other words really needed to be exchanged between the two. Sometimes it was just nice to sit in someones company and not say anything. A companionable silence. She watched as he put out his cigar and then turned back to the trees. Might as well enjoy the peace now because Clarissa was sure they would have a mission to do soon enough.

::he shrugged at her words and sat back and relaxed while they watched the clouds. He followed her gaze to a nearby tree and then to the clouds above. He breathed in the air and closed his eyes, feeling more calm then he had in a while::

Clarissa watched Logan for a bit before she looked over to Sarah who was currently snoring in her head.
"Great" she mumbled. Turning back to Logan she gave him a smile.
"You seem more, at peace I guess is the right word. The last time I saw you you looked like you could have chewed someones head off. You were always so tense around everyone. Whats brought on such a change?" she asked curiously.

::he turned his attention to her when she noticed her cat sleeping. When she asked him about his change, he smiled and looked back up towards the sky. He thought about when he had joined X-Men and what happened with Stryker. Even when he had lost Jean, he couldn't help but be glad that he finally found out what he wanted to. He knew he'd never be free of his past or the memories, but was fiinally at peace with himself::
Just had a lot on my mind, but I've learned to deal with it.
