she is whereas bindi on her forehead.(that’s the little dot on the forehead a bindi thought is not paint it a She’s Indian as in from India, So she has a nice even tan she can been seen in wearing the traditional Sari (the thing that you see Indian dancer in the long robe thing) but when she is traveling she where a normal t shirt and jeans she also no matter where jewel of some sort)

Devika loves to be educated she hast to find out more about a subject if she doesn’t know enough about, making her very knowledgeable and she has a high amount of education considering that hardly any mutants form India have any. Devika may of grown up in an area that very high in poverty her parents where rich and sent her to all the best schools she had servants and a very large home.
Dispite her standing with money and never having a problem with it she has always felt the need to help others also she is pro woman rights and feels that slavery is wrong to the point that she is extremely kind to her own servants and when she found out that her parents had a slave living there she would help free them.
Devika is shy and tends to shut down sometimes when someone is angry with her or something. Also Devika loves who she is as a person and where she is from even if she may seem like she spends more time traveling she trys to keep very traditional in the way she acts and dresses.

This is going to need a little background story
Going back in history there are always stories of monsters that lived in the dead of night creatures that eat small childed even now we tell stories of vampires and werewolf’s some religions belive that each creature that man comes up with is real that every nightmare we have are real they just don’t exist in are world. These creature exist on a plane that is full of are nightmares and monsters that man kind has pasted on
O.K now to the power
She can summon creatures form this unknown plane and bring them into the real world. She could bring any thing to an Aslet (witch is a Vampire dog) to a Zlatorog (witch is a white deer with golden horns). She can not bring out creatures that are known to culminate with humans and most humanoid type creatures she can not bring out. It if because they have to much knowledge to come out of the plane if they existed inside it. Creatures she can not bring out, Elfs, Hobbits, Gods.
Once the Creature is out of the plane she can control it to do her biding as she sees fit she is trying to figure out how to send them back but as she gets better at her power she will be able to send anything back and forth between This world and the other plane
