• Hair color | Blue
• eye color | Dark Brown
• Overall Appearance |
- Data regarding the physical characteristics of target 'Yuri Vladkov' have been nearly impossible to come by. The only picture we have been able to find was the one attached to the first page of this dossier and as you can see it has been heavily censored by the Russian Government. Neither have any of our agents been able to get a picture of the target in the field. The target is about as camera shy as big foot, and understandably so.
- In-field sightings of the target have confirmed that he is a large man, matching the description above. The target is a large male, Caucasian, with dark hair and bright blue eyes. The target is reportedly covered in tattoo's, most of which are in Russian and according to some of our Russian agents depict a Russian folk lore about men turning in to wolves; the tattoo's are reportedly popular among Russian soldiers. There are tattoo's across the knuckles of the target saying something in Russian. Depictions of the tattoo's will be attached to the last page of the dossier.
- Any agents the come across a man matching this description are to IMMEDIATELY contact HQ and if possible attempt to take a picture of the target for cross-referencing. DO NOT risk your cover or location in attempting to take his picture.
PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS
NOTE: Attached below is a psychological survey that was given to the target when he first joined the Russian military, though it is almost twenty years old it may still be able to provide information that can help track down the target. As you can see, much of it was censored by the Russian Government after the target joined Spetsnaz. When we received the analysis it was heavily encrypted in Russian, it had to be decrypted and then translated so it may not be entirely accurate. Agents are to rely more on the rest of the information in the dossier and only use this for reference.

Ivanov: Though the smell was faint, I could tell that he is a bit of a cigaret- no, a cigar smoker, yes. Though I would suspect that he probably hasn't been smoking for long. Ivanov: As I mentioned before it was fairly obvious that he is a smoker and every time the subject would turn to... or other stressful topics, he would reach for his pocket, likely were he kept his cigars, suggesting that he doesn't smoke out of addiction but is more of a 'stress' smoker. Ivanov:...y overall prognosis. Private Vladkov is a kind boy, soft spoken, and very driven. He respects rank and elders, obviously knows his place in the world but that doesn't mean he is willing to be pushed around because there are others that are 'higher' than him so to speak. In fact, it seems to push him, drive him to become better, no, the best. Ivanov: ... and stable, there were absolutely no indicators in the verbal or written tests to show any sort of mental instability. In fact, he has been the most grounded soldier to come through my doors. After all, one of his greatest annoyances were 'people the owned cats', I don't think that is going to have much of an affect on him out on the front lines. He is very grounded and has very little in the terms of a sense of humor. Perhaps just enough humor to keep himself sane, though the things he would joke about were sometimes a little dark, it is not unusual at all. Overall, I approve, Private Vladkov is mentally and physically fit for battle.
Ivanov: Oh, one more thing. There was a slight problem area that was concerned with. Likely won't affect his fighting, but when he began to talk about th...

BIOGRAPHY
• Birthplace | Aprelevka, Russia
• Mother | Petrov, Natalie (Captain - Russian Air Force, deceased)
• Father | Vladkov, Vladmir (Lt. Colonel - Russian Army, deceased)
• Siblings | N/A (Only Child)
• Other Relations | Vladkov, Dmitri, 87 (Uncle, Unknown, Living)
• Overall history |
- Born in Aprelevka, Russia to Natalie and Vladmir Vladkov.
Note: Father was apparently a Lt. Colonel in the Russian Army and was a strong supporter of Soviet Russia. When the target was born, his father was on America's wanted list (later removed).
- Parents died in car crash, 1982. Target was then lived with his uncle (Vladkov, Dmitri) who was single.
Note: Reports show that targets uncle was a general in Soviet Russia's army and was kept as general for some time when the regime changed. Not much is known about the uncle because he was largely in control of the special operations division of the Russian military.
- Went to school in Moscow for two years before being home schooled due to his uncle constantly traveling. Homeschooling reports were sent to his school in Russia, transcripts show that he never received a grade lower than 95.
- Uncle retired from Russian military just after target graduated high school.
- Joined the Military after graduating. Attended college at Lomonosov University, with his major and minor in engineering (chemical engineering was his major, explosive engineering was a minor).
- Fought in many battles for Russia, earned a masters in Chemical Engineering. Went on to earn a bachelors in Explosive engineering.
NOTE: Agents should note that the target graduated top of his class in both fields of engineering. Target has extensive knowledge of chemical and explosive elements and was known to use explosives frequently during his time in the military. Agents should be wary that he may be carrying explosives on him.
- Joined Russian sniper squad for several years.
- Joined Russian Military Intelligence Operations for several years.
- Joined Spetsnaz for several years.
- Became Spetsnaz unit commander.
- Was honorably discharged from Russian military after his squad was killed and he was put in the hospital for several months. Circumstances of the death of his squad are unknown.
- Became wanted by Russian government for taking freelance mercenary work that included killing nearly forty people.
NOTE: Only forty people were recorded, it is possible and expected that the target is the death of nearly a hundred missing persons in Russia. Agents should note that nearly all of these deaths were mutants, superhuman subjects, or mutant supporters. Many of them were armed, and nearly all of them were found to have put up a struggle.
- Disappeared from the grid. Current whereabouts are unknown.
NOTE ATTACHMENT FROM THE DIRECTOR:
Yuri Vladkov is probably one of the least known but most successful mutant hunter in the world. The man is a complete predator to mutants, and should be regarded as such by agents. While the man is one of the few humans on our lists, he has more combat experience than most of our agents combined. Not to mention he is former Spetsnaz, and on top of it all he is a Russian, those two facts alone should tell you how dangerous he is. Vladkov has spent the last several years of his life hunting and killing mutants and super humans, people who are twice as powerful, with twice the advantage in combat as him. There isn't anything we've got that is going to scare him. If we are going to find him we will have to check our darker sources, reports show that he is working as a mercenary.
I am putting a kill on sight order on his head. Don't hesitate to pull the trigger if you see him agents, because he won't hesitate to pull his.
