Why do therapists insist on journal keeping? I see no point. But, apparently it will 'help' someone like me. I seriously doubt that. I heard once, that when you try to teach someone with my 'condition' (as you so graciously put it.) emotions, all you do is make a better criminal. I wonder if that's true.
