Nick cuckeld at her thoughts and thought to him self not knowing he was sending it to her "one day, when you understand your powers you'll hear me i'm sure" he poked her when she poked her but the lick was a little odd, he smiled and kissed her nose.
When she started to look around Nick looked around as well not seeing anyone he smiled an looked at Aphrodite "what wrong" he held her tight around the waist with no sign that he even let her think about swimming off with out him. "my little mermaid want to go somewhere else we do get to get dry now but that won't be a problem will it" he smiled. they did still have the rest of the school to see and he still had no idea who he go for for help to see if anyone new anyone who could get it threw Aphrodite think head that she was a mutant. He just didn't know any Telepaths at lest not any that came off the top of his head, but nick was never good at keeping trak of everyones power expully when it came to the admout of people at the school.

Reverie had no idea to respond to what the girl said. How was she supposed to respond to something like that? She instantly felt self conscious, but that was to be expected. The Scottish girl had no self esteem, and one of the first things Americans noticed about her was her accent… And most of them felt the need to harass her about it. As you could imagine, someone simply saying she talked funny was enough to crush the girl.
She considered just leaving, at least she wouldn’t get another comment like that… But something kept her standing there, out of sight. After a few moments, she sighed. ”Ah’m no’ a voice.” She stepped out from behind the school, her shocking blue gaze focused in the direction this girl and Nick were, in full view of them. Sadly, they were only sometimes visible to her, every time one of them moved, they vanished from her sight, reappearing when they froze. ”And ih isnae nice… Say’in that ta someun…”
[/i] Her thoughts were much quieter this time, reflecting her sudden uncertainty and insecurity in this ‘conversation’. ”Ah just thought… ah’ve nevae heard yer thoughts afore… Yer the first telepath ah’ve heard…. That cannae keep anyth’in oot…” From where she stood, she had her hands stuffed in her pockets, insecurely shifting from foot to foot, as if waiting to get yelled at for being there. Aphrodite heard nick;s thoughts telling her oneday she would understand her powers she was poked back and smiled when he kissed her nose, she still felt like someone was there watching she just couldn’t figure out why she felt like that. She looked around once more before looking back to nick’s lips she nodded her head eagerly and swam to the ladder climbing out Aphrodite stood out of the pool drench completely in the clothing nick gave her and smiled she decided that the funny voice she heard was just that a voice someone new in her head to listen to.
Then she heard the voice again telling her she was no voice which confused the insane telepath she tilted her head to the side and listened as the voice spoke again, telling her it wasn’t nice to be saying something like that I am super super super sorry, but I never heard any voices like that before…I just thought well…its rather bizarre…no offense miss voice....but you’re the first voice that ever spoke back to me. just suprising please don’t be mad pretty please with ice scream on top[/i]she thought back to the Scottish telepath
she then listened to the strange voice again and listen as she spoke you’re confusing me what’s a telepath…is It food ooo ooo is it like hide and seek can we play hide and seek I hide you seek ok…. …..hey can I give you a name I mean you’re the first voice to ever speak back to me I think I am going to call you barry….[/i] While she waited for the strange voice to respond she noticed a blond girl in the distance, out of curiousity Aphrodite ran to the blond and looked at her, she smiled and looked into her eyes she thought it was pretty.[/size]

Nick swam out to the ladder and quickly dryid him self of and then walked over to Aphrodite taking a towel and drying her off what he could tell they got her a change of close to where sometime soon but that o.k he was sure he find something and heck he had shirts she could where and find pants for her somewhere else.
Aphrodite was acting a bit odd for her at lest Nick burshed it off thinking very little about it . suddenly he saw someone out of the corner of his eyes it looked like a student Nick felt bad that he didn't know the girl all that well he smiled at her "hey sorry if we where to loud or anything the pools all yours" he laughed he wasn't really the most macher adult out there so she porboully tought that him and Aphrodite where a bit crazy to be in there clouse swimming around in the pool acting like they where kids and fuirting with each other like that but him and Aphrodite where just having fun and hey you only live once and why not just have fun when you can and now they chould.

As sad as it was, Reverie rarely interacted with other telepaths. Most of them thought she was a nosey brat because she couldn’t keep out of their head. It didn’t help that mental barriers couldn’t keep her out, either. Unlike most telepaths, for some reason, Reverie was capable of getting past even the strongest of mental barriers without even trying. Which, as you can imagine, made a lot of people angry.
”Ih’s called a accent…” Was all Reverie had to think at first, unsure how else to react. After a few moments though, she seemed to recover. ”Ah’m no’ mad… ah just donnae like Americans mak’in fun o’ ma accent…” A short pause. ”Ye’ve neva heard another telepath..?”
[/i] She wasn’t sure what to think now. Reverie had noticed this girl’s…. odd behavior, of course, which sometimes happened with telepaths who couldn’t keep the voices out. It seemed this girl’s sanity wasn’t the steadiest thing around. Her surprise at the question was readable on her expression. Not only had the girl never heard another telepath, she’d never even heard of them? ”Ye donnae know what a telepath is?”[/i] Before she could think anything else, the girl had vanished, only to reappear right in front of Reverie. To say she was surprised was an understatement. She looked like she was about to have a heart attack, her eyes as wide as saucers and her whole body violently jolting. And, for a few seconds, she actually forgot how to breath. After a time though, she seemed to recover. ”D-donnae do that!”[/i] Her projected thoughts sounded just as terrified as she’d looked. ”A-and ah already have a name....”[/i] Forcing herself to take deep breaths, she was just as unprepared for Nickolass to do the exact. Same. Thing. This time, she actually lost her balance as she stumbled backwards in surprise. Falling on her behind, that deer in headlights look was back with a vengeance. ”N-No…. Ih…. Ih wasnnae…” She fell silent, tongue tied for a moment. ”Ih… ah should be the un apologiz’in… Ah didnae mean ta pry…. Ah was just…. Curious…. When ah heard her thoughts…. Ah’m sorry…” Her face was slowly turning red, embarrassed by the fact that she’d been caught. All the while, she sat there on the ground, not having stood up after her startled stumble. Aphrodite felt nick wrap the towel around her nd dry her off she smiled sheepishly and then looked at the girl in front of her, Aphrodite listened as the voice tell her that it was called an accent, something she wasn’t used to the only other time she had heard it was when she was around nick’s dog. She smiled when the voice told her she wasn’t mad nope never heard of telepaths…is it something you can eat[/i] she watched as the voice sounded terrorfied and the girl looked just as scared wow….you sound just as scared as the pretty girl with blue eyes…whats your name is it…green oo ooo is it pink….yeah I bet its pink….i know its Pikachu.[/i] she thought back to the voice while waiting she thought about the kiss she had with her knight and thought it was fun and tasted nice. The girl had started to fall and Aphrodite grabbed her arm and stopped her from falling aphrodite lowered her hand.
The teenager found herself curious at the blond and wondered if kissing the girl would be as nice as kissing nick. Leaning close to the girl Aphrodite kissed the blond blue eyed girl on the lips for a moment and pulled back slowly sticking her tongue out and leaning to the side to cough that was horrible not nice at all yucky yucky yucky…nick is much better[/i] she thought to nick. Aphrodite turned from the girl and looked at nick pouting, curiousity was a bad thing.[/size]

Nick watched as the girl feel, Nick was about to catch her but Aphrodite bet her to it he smiled at the girl "your not intruding at all" Nick then was a little put off gard by what she said next, She could hear her toughest. "your a telepath i was actully trying to think of any in the school I'm so glad that your hear…you see Aphrodite hear she um..thinks she a little crazy"
That when things got worst Nick would of never saw it happening Aphrodite kissed the poor student who already looked scared out of her mind. all he could do was stare at her, just thinking what in the world did she do that for "Aphrodite….we don't just kiss people we don't know" he some how got out of his mouth he looked at the poor girl "I am so sorry" crap how was Nick supost to get this girl to see if she could help Aphrodite i mean if anyone had seen Aphrodites face it was clear she didn't like it that much but really Nick was going to ask if he could help her understand that the voices where just her being crazy.

Reverie didn’t expect the older girl to latch onto her arm, keeping her steady and pulling her back to her feet. She opened her mouth to say something, anything, but quickly closed her, her face as red as a tomato. ”Y-ye donnae eat telepaths. Yer a telepath. Ah’m one too.”
[/i] It shouldn’t be possible for thoughts to stutter, but Reverie somehow managed it, only proving her epic fail at socializing, even with another telepath! She was taken back, a little too much, by the pretty comment, her face even redder with embarrassment. ”Ih’s Reverie, Rev for short. But ah am the girl…” Her thoughts stopped for a moment, pulling back to herself as she tried to think of a way to prove she was… well her. ”Here, watch. Ah’ll-All thoughts came to a screeching halt. Literally. The older girl just…. Just… kissed her?! Poor Reverie. She looked like a deer in headlights at first, her whole body completely frozen in…. horror? When the girl leaned back, the poor Scottish teenager looked like she was going to faint, that extreme blushing gone as all the color drained from her skin. And, once again, she forgot how to breath. Only this time, she didn’t remember until she actually started struggling for air! Gasping, her stuttering thoughts were back, just not quite as ‘composed and understandable as before. ”Y-ye donnae…. Ye donnae k-k-kiss r-random p-p-p-p-people!” Poor Reverie…. She sounded like someone had just tried to run her over with a car. ”Ih….. I-I-Ih’s… o-o-o-okay…” Even verbally her stuttering was pretty bad, her eyes still wide as saucers. You might even think the poor girl was in shock, which, she basically was. ”B-b-but ye w…were lo-look’in… fer a-a tele…telepath..?” She was obviously struggling with finding words now, making her already sometimes difficult accent even harder to understand. Aphrodite watched nick speak telling her that people don’t just go up and kiss strangers. The teenager pouted her bottom lip quivering in an attempts to look adorable. The teenager continued to appear cute and adorable so she wouldn’t get in trouble, while thinking about what the accented voice had told her, that telepath’s weren’t food, but whatever it was she was one and so was the voice, she couldn’t hear the Scottish girl gasping for air, but the accented voice scolded her telling her that you don’t go around kissing random people.
Aphrodite turned to look at Reverie to see she was red in the face, Aphrodite tilted her head wondering why her face was all red why is her face all red….maybe she is embarrassed because she taste really really bad….Nick well he taste nice[/i] she thought to nick and found her cheeks getting a little red Aphrodite looked around restlessly this is kind of boring I wanna play with the doggie….i like how friendly she is and how she is so active and her tongue tickles.[/i]she thought to herself looking around for the puppy.[/size]

Nick shock his head at her trying to look cute she was cute but, he needed to help her right now Nick looked at Reverie when she asked about the Telepath, she kind of felt bad for the girl, she was in shock you could tell. "Yea i need someone to help Aphrodite hear….explain that she not hearing things that are meaning less that they are real people, like you and me I don't know how to get it threw to her, Also…she a bit of a hand full as you can tell"
Nick saw that Aphrodite was looking around and turned to her and grabed her hand so she wouldn't slip off "Aphrodite if your a good girl and stay we will go shopping, there may be a treat in it for you but you got to stay hear o.k" he said hoping this time she lession and not do anything crazy like kiss the poor little girl or drag her into the pool, tell her that she looked funny or talked funny. "She been in the crazy house for who knows how long she thinks the voices are her but, the fact that she can send telepathic messages to people, means she a mutant...i just want to help her maybe get some control if she can but she needs to know what she is before she gets any control"

Honestly, Reverie was still tongue tied. Her thoughts were a jumbled mess of stuttering, Scottish Gaelic, and a few random words in English. Basically, it was unlikely a fellow telepath would have any idea what exactly was going on in her head. Sadly, that also included Reverie.
Best course of action? Keep her mouth shut until she actually knew what to say…. And what she was thinking. So, Reverie just stood there, eyes wider then should be physically possible, and trained on the pair in front of her, face redder then a cherry. Over all, the girl looked more awkward than any human being that had ever existed. And that, was a serious feat. One that Reverie seemed to manage all. The. TIME.
So she waited. For either of them to remember she was there. The girl had completely forgotten, moving onto the topic of a dog. And Nick seemed to be trying to make up for it. ”She…. D-donnae…. Think she…. B-believes… ah’m real….” She paused for a moment, her stuttering still present but a little more under control. ”Ah…. Already tried… tell’in her, bu’….” Her voice trailed off as she gave up on the difficult task called communication.

Aphrodite continued to look around for the doggie and ignored the bad headache she had she simply adored nick’s puppy here doggie doggie doggie where are you[/i] Aphrodite pouted, she wanted the puppy she stomped her foot in a childish fit and crossed her arms, she heard the thoughts around her and looked at the bad tasting girl. She read her lips and bit on her bottom lip well of course it’s not real things like that aren’t even possible…you are you’re thoughts if they exist me I contain everything that is you and I become you…you cease to exist…and so do i..[/i] she thought out to both nick and the odd tasting girl.
Aphrodite looked around come on puppy come back here….fine ill just wait right here…no pets for you or anything in fact im gonna pet the girl….on second thoughts ill pet nick instead of you so there[/i]she thought to herself and began petting nick’s head.[/size]

Nick only wraped his arms around Aphrodite when she started to stomp her foot "no pouting aphrodite if your a good girl and don't pout then we will be able to play with Zoya again" Nick said looking at her making it clear she needed to stay.
Nick was sighed at the fact that the young girl was still tounge tied "Take a deep breath if you need a second to talk go ahead" Nick looked at Aphrodite with the tought of hers that went to his head he was a bit confused with the statement he looked at the girl. "there gots to be away to explain this all to her, mutants, powers, the school i didn't want to take her hear until she understood a bit but she is a bit much to handle like last night i was going to take her camping so it was just me and her out in the middle of no where but she decided that she was going to hug a bear. So being the school is a bit saver then a bear. She is hear now but she can't go around not knowing what going on forever"

This conversation was getting worse by minute. Every thought or word only adding to her embarrassment. Reverie seemed to shrink away from them, her discomfort written plain as day on her face. She didn’t like the idea of someone being convinced she wasn’t real… If only because when she was little, there had been a time when she’d been in the same situation. Being motion blind, she didn’t always see people. Which, when you are trying to come to terms with being a telepath, made things a little difficult. She’d hear people, but most the time wouldn’t see them. So, trying to decide she wasn’t hearing things had taken quite a while. But she’d had Professor Xavier to teach her that! How was she supposed to teach, or at least convince someone else it wasn’t just voices when she had issues communicating the simplest of things?
It definitely didn’t help that Nick was obviously flirting with the slightly older girl. To be honest, it was creepy. Reverie knew Nick was older, mid to late twenties. This girl though… Couldn’t be too much older than Reverie. If that weren’t bad enough, to flirt so openly in front of someone else…. For some reason Reverie felt like she was (half) seeing something she shouldn’t. Basically, she didn’t like it. At all.
So, shrinking back a little more, she forced her eyes to close a little, at least to a reasonable size, and lowered her gaze to the grass, as if afraid to look at them again. ”Ah dunnae know how ta explain ih ta someun who doesnae wanna listen.”

Aphrodite lowered her hand as nick spoke she folded her arms and did what she was told meanie…I wanna play with the doggy… Aphrodite watched the woman and looked at her lips she scowled even though the girl didn’t speak she could tell what she was thinking, but to her it didn’t connect that the thoughts in her head were real “Nick is not creepy…he is a hero…take that back this instant” she spoke with anger forgetting about how self conscious she was, as she spoke one of the windows shattered.
She looked away from the girl and turned to hug her nick, she looked at him and pouted a little more she was determined to get her way and at the moment what she wanted aside from zoya was food, I don’t understand…just what are these people trying to tell me…if I can hear people’s thoughts why did they put me in that hospital…if I arnt a telepath…why are the voices in my head so mean…I like nick…he is cute and friendly and he is a knight in shining armour…why do the mean voices have to be mean and call him creepy.[/i] she thought to nick and hugged him tighter[/size]
