Theo had to stay in the states for a while before he could go back to the Exile's Castle. His dad needed him to work as a salesman with some art dealers that were in the states while he was talking with some clients over in Europe. His dad always seemed to think that Theo was good at judging the value of a work of art and placing a price on it that no one could really argue with, which was completely true to give his dad some credit, so he seemed to go out of his way to have Theo do most of his grunt work on talking with dealers and selling his sculptures. He didn't mind doing it so much because it let him see some nice pieces of art. He was having to wait for his father to send over the pieces he wanted to sell in the states though along with what his father was asking for, although he was going to throw that out the window as soon as he got a look at the art, so until it came in he was stuck as a guest at the institute and continuing his lessons there.
Theo had ended up bunkering down in the informal sitting room and was painting randomly. He hadn't really had a chance to do much art work lately thanks to his father using him as a low paid salesman. The painting was turning out to look like a very attractive woman with blue eyes and light brown hair. He had no clue who the woman was, but it was the face he had thought of when he first started painting and he knew better then to think on what he was painting when he had just started to paint randomly and not planned any of it out before hand. He just sat there painting it and anyone could easily walk in without him noticing.

Amber didn’t like art. Or sculptures. Or anything art related. Music, yes. She was basically required by law to love music… She risked serious injury (Probably not, she just over exaggerates) by her parents if she didn’t love the subject they’d both spent their whole life pursuing. Yup. Really bad idea to hate music. Art though. Art was a welcome hatred. Probably because the girl was all thumbs when it came to the subject. Not to mention…. Any artsy project of hers would be plagued with bad luck. Like everything else in her life. Oh well, it was a good thing the girl wasn’t easily embarrassed.
She also hated artists. They were worst then the art they created because they just screamed ‘I’m emo!’. They sulked in their little corners, ignoring the world with a sullen look that threatened to slit your wrists if you got to close. Basically? Artists freaked her out. They were so single minded, all they cared about was the next project. And… Amber couldn’t help the urge to pick on them every time she saw one.
So, when the 15-year-old saw the artist painting in one of the sitting rooms, she couldn’t help but stop for a few moments. Her ipod was still blaring, David Garret the current artist playing (A famous violinist, who likes to play popular rock songs.). She didn’t pause it as she stared, her first thoughts being… What kind of idiot paints outside the art room? This place was a mansion! Who in their right mind painted when they were surrounded by furniture and decorations that were worth more than said person’s friken life? Idiotic. Stupid. And just asking to be tormented.
Amber was a mean person. By nature. It had seriously become a sport to her to see just how harsh she could be, and see how much she can make people squirm. So, of course, with this idiot artist painting in a room worth more than him, she couldn’t help the sudden urge to try and ruin his life. Pulling out one of the ear buds (and leaving the other in, because it always seemed to irritate people when they saw, almost as if you were telling them they were only worth half your attention.), she didn’t bother turning down the volume of her blaring music and shot the artist a “I’ve never seen someone as stupid as you before” look. ”Are you mentally challenged?”

Theo was really pleased with how his painting was coming along. He just started painting randomly and it had turned into a very lovely picture of a woman. He wasn't sure why it had come out as a woman, but it did. He just had the finer details to finish up on it left when he heard someone say something to him. He glanced back to see who it was. It was a girl who looked to be younger then him and she was giving him this look as if she thought he was an idiot and her words pretty much confirmed that she did. He looked at her for a moment before he suddenly felt some inspiration. He took the painting he was working on off the stand it was on and moved it so that he was now looking at Amber with it in front of him. He took a spare canvas he happened to have with him and put it on the stand. He looked at her for another moment before smiling.
" Who can say if I am or not? I don't that is sure." Theo said to her in a friendly voice. " Now, can you please hold that pose for one moment? Good....... alright it's fine to move now. Thank you very much."
Theo had begun to quickly get the basic outline of what she looked like painted down onto the canvas while he was talking with her. He continued to paint her face after he had finished and worked at a much faster pace then he had with the painting from earlier. He liked the look she had been giving him and just had to get it onto a canvas. He just continued to sit there and quickly paint while she did and said whatever she was going to do or say.
