Beast had taken hours of his own time to create and install new programming for the Danger Room. Sadly, he even had to do some troubleshooting with Tony Stark on the phone as well. But finally everything seemed to come together perfectly. Now he just had to see if this was even possible. And that would mostly be up to the girl. If she was determined enough then certainly it could be possible. And while she tried then he could examine on whether it was indeed possible. There were many factors in flight, and her wings may just not be developed enough. They would see.
Henry had left a note on his office door to tell her how she could access the Danger Room and how to answer any faculty that may question her along the way. He would wait for her in the control room while he put the last finishing touches on the program. He only hoped that she had some natural talent. Or perhaps some other skill to work from. If they had to start from scratch, he was very willing to help. It would just be easier if they hadn't. BUt it was only a matter of time before they found that all out together. And of course a new book awaited her in that room as well. At least he hoped she hadn't read it. There was always that possibility.

Adin had spent every spare moment of her day reading about birds of prey and flight from a book she had selected from the library. Pictures of birds in flight and diagrams of wings swirled around her head like leaves caught in the wind as she walked down to Doctor McCoy’s office. She read the note that had been left on the door, her heart beating with excitement. If she could learn to fly, then everything she had gone through because of her mutation would be worth it.
She followed the instructions left on the note to go down to the Danger Room, walking as fast as her clawed feet would allow. Adin hesitated outside the door to the room. A voice in the back of her head whispered that it might be better just to give up while she was still in one piece. Birds were a lot lighter than a human. If her wings could not bear her weight she could fall and hurt herself, or worse. “I’m not giving up before I try,” Adin said to herself. Pale with nervousness, but with a spark of determination in her eyes, she walked into the room and looked around for Doctor McCoy.

Hank waited for Adin to show up as he idlely hoped that the book he chose she hadn't read yet. It was "Man on Fire" by Philip Nicholson. It was a little on the harsh side but hopefully she would realize the inside message that he was hoping to portray to her. When he saw her enter the danger room below he smiled a little and turned on the intercom. "Hello Adin." He waited for her to look up and see him in the window of the observation room. "Now this room is special, it can create just about anything to help prepare our teams for whatever they may come across. I have prepared a few obstacle courses for you to go through. First I would like you to concentrate on your movement with your feet. The more comfortable you are with your feet the easier it should be to have balance for your flying." He assumed that she would be able to fly but there were always the basics to cover first. "There is going to be a series of poles that go upward, I would like you to grasp onto those poles and move your way upward. Don't go too fast, take your time, work on your balance. I took care to make sure they aren't much further than average steps of a staircase for the first round." He waited for her to okay the idea before he started up the systems. The room would stay in its basic gray walls and floors but in a matter of moments those horizontal metal poles that he refered to started to appear. (sorry for the major delay )
