*Chris blushed a little bit at his comment. He was nice. But most guy's she knew that were around her actual age wern't intrested, because she looked like a kid. But she had some boys around sixteen and seventeen flirt with her, but she mostly blocked them out, because they were a bit imature, doing because their friends had dared them too, stuff like that.*
*Ketchup-chips...hm. Because they were in Canada, she had herd of them, but she wasn't too familiar with them. She hadn't tried them, she had no reason to. But hearing him talk about them. There it was! Something he seemed passionate about. She giggled a little bit.* I havn't really tried them before. You'll have to introduce me to them. I promise I'll try at least one. *She smiled. She loved to try new things, but if she didn't like it she couldn't eat anymore. She had to think. What other foods did she like.* I love sea food. We used to have it all the time in California. I also like pasta. Come to think about it, I like alot of food. The better question would be, "what don't I like?"

“you haven’t tried them, You live in Canada and you haven’t had Ketchup chips next your going to tell me you haven’t have maple leafs, or a poutine; I will totally introduce you to ketchup-chips I normally have a bag stashed somewhere when ever you want to try some let me know, eh”
Mich could already tell that she liked the beer hear she was kinda drinking a bottle when she met her, he had been told that Canada’s bear was better the U.S but he had never tried the U.S beer cause he was still twenty he had to amite that Cannada had lots of strage food that you couldn’t find other places and none of it was healthy coffee crisp, Aero bars.
He cuckled it was good to see that she wasn’t picky he didn’t like it when people where picky and refused to try something new, Sea food he hadn’t had much growing up and if he did it was always older not the catch form that morning, and most people who lived on the coast wouldn’t call that sea food, “ok then what don’ t you like”
He was glad that she wasn’t upset with him and the conversation had turned back around, he didn’t want her feeling acward, to bad she’d probably never like someone around her own age.

*Chris shook her head as he mentioned each food option. She hadn't. Not a lot of the runaways were Canadian by blood. They usually had the generic food around the kitchen, for people to make.*
*Chris had to actually take some time to answer this. That question always stumped her.* Well *a pause.* I don't like....Mustard *a second pause, thinking again. She didn't like very little food.* I also don't like canned fish. *She stuck out her tong, to indicate that it was worse than anything else that she could think of.* Or older fish. As you can guess I was raised on fresh fish. I remember going to the fish market in the mornings with my dad to get our dinner. They always had the biggest fish. *She looked slightly out the window as she remonised. But after a little bit she shook her head and looked back at Mich.* Sorry, I don't usually do that.
*She didn't think about her family much, or think of the old days. She usually lived for the here and now. Chris looked down at her coffee, noticing that it was almost empty. She quickly finished it and waited for Mich to finish his.*

Mich had grown up in Canada, Canada was his home even if he didn’t have any contacted with his normal family. The land was still something he was part of, yea it was cold, and wet but it was the best he could come up with and the Runaways had become his home. And food was one of his favorite parts and none of it was to healthy.
The idea that Chris hadn’t had any of that food almost made Mich laugh, but he was sure most Runaways hadn’t had good Canadian food most just garbed the food form the kitchen. And most of that was stuff you could get anywhere.
“Well someday I’m going to take you out for a good old bowl of Protine” Mich smiled most people form the states didn’t even know what protine was, but it was simple just frys covered with cheese and gravy. He’d seen a lot of people turn there noses up at it.
As she talked about what she didn’t like mich smiled nodding, the list wasn’t big for once but she had looked so cute when she stuck out her tong, a lot of what she did was cute Mich figured. Even as she spaced off a bit. When she finally spoke again Mich gave a small smile back at her.
Most runaways rarely talked about there past so Mich was happy that she had opened up to him about being raised on a fish farm. It wasn’t much but it was something.
“eh it’s ok, I sometimes space to, thinking about the past tends to do that to a lot of people”
Mich finished his drink and then stood up steaching a little and then looked at her holding out a hand to help her up.
“So where to next ”

I'll try it. I promis. But we have to share a bowl. I hate little food, but I don't like wating it. *She smiled as he said that spacing out was what many runaways did. It was true. Many tough about their past. But others wished nothing more than to forget it all. They buried their memories far into their subconsious. So they would have dreams of their past...nightmares to most. The only other way to bring back those memories for others would be to see someone from their past. That made Chris think of Conner. It was her fault that he was exhosted. He had taken in way to much energy...and it was all because she had brought Channer with her. Why did she have to be nice? Why did his bike have to break down in her path?*
*But that was all in the past, she didn't think much of it so her bodily expressions didn't show that she was thinking about it. When he offered his hand she took it happily and let him help pull her up. She didn't weigh that much, so she was fairly sure that Mich would have noticed sooner or later.* Walking. Let's just see where it leads us.
*With a now familiar smile they left the coffee shop and just walked. They talked the entire time. There was little to know awkward silences and the two got to know each other quite well. Asking questions, and answering them. As the sun started to set in the western sky Chris noticed it.* We should start to head back. Wicked will really kill me if I'm out too late...again.

“fine by me I’m always willing to share”
He helped her up and walked out the coffee shop with her, Talking with her was nice and she always seemed to have something to say he was glad that there was no awkward silences between them, they needed to do this again sometime when….he didn’t know but Mich loved the company; And he loved almost everything about her.
They had a lot to talk about things that were similar to each-other, things that made them their own person When she mentioned it getting late Mich let out a small sigh. The day had gone by so fast and he didn’t want it to end but he guessed that all good things must come to an end sometime and he didn’t want Chris getting in tubble for being out so late.
“then we better hurry home then If Wicked kills you I would of just lost my walking buddy”
They headed back to the hide out, Mich walked her to her room just to a gentlemen Mich smiled at her, she really was lovely and he’d been trying so hard not to flirt with her to much all day, but she was still nice to talk to and be with. “ eh had a nice time you want to do that again sometime”

*Chris was happy that he understood that she had to get home. She laughed when he joked about losing his walking buddy. At least they were that. She thought he was cute, and her impulsiveness to live in the moment would eventually get out and let him know that she thought he was hot.*
*Getting back to her room Chris smiled up at Mich.* Definatly. Anytime you want to take a walk, just find me. *Chris was always up for a nice walk. It was one of her favorite pastimes. Before he could answer her she stood taller, going onto her toes. Using that to get closer to his height she placed her lips softly upon his. She only stayed there for a second of two. Pulling away she smiled at the twenty year old boy.* I had a great time. Lets do it again.
*With that she entered her room closing the door and tending to her beautiful plants. She fed her Venus fly trap and waited to hear Mich leave the front of her door. It really was a perfect walk. The best one she had had in a long time. It was great to think that she now knew someone with so many similarities. It was almost fate...if she believed in fate.*

Mich stood there in complete shock his eyes shot open for a second as she kissed him but then fell closed for the last part he was starting to kiss her back when she pulled away said something; then took off in her room.
Mich hadn’t moved trying to figure out what she had said and still completely shocked that she had kissed him. Why did she have to go and do that, not that he didn’t mind but she just took off finally his brain registered what she had said ‘I had a great time Lets do it again’ Do what the kiss or the walk, And what did this mean now it wasn’t like he could hang out with her with out wanting to feel her lips on his again the walks now would be awkward.
Mich finally turned to go to his own room, still thinking about the kiss not believing it, she kissed him, yes he did like her but did this mean that she liked him. Or was she playing with him. Mich shock his head he wasn’t going to be able to sleep tonight at all his mind would be trying to put scene to this he had really only started talking to her today and she had kissed him.
